  The ACR and DNG Converter store their profiles in the same folder.  If you have recently uninstalled the DNG Converter, maybe he deleted all of the profiles?  You could put them back by reinstalling the DNG Converter 9.1, which is available on the Adobe updates page:

  If the camera is just clicking and don't move does not correctly, it is likely that the camera has stuck, either accidentally, or by a person moving by hand for the CMV align properly inside.

  can't comment on the use of USb on the C series, because ports are not currently active on the Sx however they are used for serial interface.

  I have a SX20 I need to upgrade to the latest version '7.3.3', my question is do I have intermediate version upgraded to or I can move to 6.1.1 7.3.3 directly? also can I enter the key to unlock the software before the upgrade or after?

  You can directly access the TC7.3.3 without worries. Your previous RK for TC6.1 will be valid and still intact for TC7.x.x without re-enter RK. And of course as a best practice, always make a backup before upgrading.

  This means that the 12 elements is too old updated to 8.6.

  You must have at least PSE13 (PSE14 is now at 9.4)

  If you do not wan't to pay the upgrade, you can use the DNGconverter mentioned in this faq. You download this application free and independent (not a plugin); It can batch process all of a folder of your raw files to DNG format raw that your 12 elements can read and modify.

  I tried, but I usually download all of my wagers to update, patches, etc. to a flash drive and install from there.

  Kind of a place to keep them if my HARD drive goes off the rails.

  About the issue with BBM, sure that BBM is uninstalled from your list of applications and reinsert the battery. Then try to reinstall BBM by accessing www.blackberry.com/bbm using your BlackBerry browser.

  When the upgrade your device software, you need to download the device software, published by the provider without original BlackBerry wire. If an update is available, I recommend this installation on your PC and retry the upgrade.

  You can 'connect' most recent of ACR in EPS by "update" to your cab to the item editor plugin (Help menu > update). This is provided to your device picture is supported and you did not state your camera model.

  If your camera is not supported, the DNG Converter will never 'connect' to the elements, it will convert a folder of your raw files to DNG in another folder. Your items will be able to open and edit them.
