Weather Windows 7 Desktop Gadget

I have windows 7 and I have the weather gadget on my desktop, it indicates the temperature, but he says always not available for other weather information "today."  It seems that do this for a single city (Ottawa) where I live.  If I try to anywhere else, it gives the data but not for Ottawa.  It used to work and for some reason now it is not.  Is it possible to reset or repair?

Hi MBigras,

Which weather gadget you have installed? Were there changes to the computer before the impossibility of using Ottawa as your location? If you have not already, try to uninstall and reinstall the gadget? This issue follows the user accounts on your computer? If necessary, create a new user account to eliminate the possibility of a corrupted user account.

  • Google Desktop Gadgets / Windows supports

    Two questions:

Suddenly one of my desktop gadgets disappeared (I did no change) and, to make things worse, I can not access the desktop gadgets in the Panel or online. I tried to restart the computer. Can anyone offer advice, please?

I tried to ask for help on the Windows website. They asked for the product ID of Windows 7, which I gave, and then he said that they would not help unless I paid for the service. Why, if I have a paid, legal framework for Windows product, refuse to provide support?

Click Start and type in the Search Desktop Gadget Gallery.
You can start using the available shortcut?

I put t know what about Microsoft and Windows support. Fact is you have produced legal Microsoft installed on your laptop (recovery image).

Sometimes to restart Explorer, you can get out of this situation.  When you arrive at the blank screen, press Ctrl - Alt - Delete if all goes well a window will appear that allows you to choose 'Task Manager '.  Click on the Task Manager and when it starts, click on the "Processes" tab and then select the file-> new task.  When that window comes to the top, enter "Explorer" in the box, and then click 'OK '.  I hope that your screen will then fill.
