WebHelp skin changes Pro is not always

Hey Gang!

I added a few elements of custom button to one of the skins in RH9 and finds that they are not reliable.

Here's what I found:

  • If I navigate to the local level directly that contains the generated webhelp pro of the project and open the project of a browser, the buttons are there
  • If I press F1 in my application to call the webhelp pro Server system help, aid load correctly but the buttons are not there
  • If I right click on the page that appears when I press F1 and choose Properties on the page and copy the URL from the Properties dialog box and paste that into a browser and load the page, the buttons are there

In summary, it seems that the buttons do not appear on the server by using the URL that provides the documentation (http://[ip address] Server/robohelp /? project = [insert project name here] & area = [insert domain name here]) but the buttons appear if I cut and paste the URL of 'real' resulting from loading the page with the URL documented If that makes sense.

Any ideas?

Hi Rocky. I'll assume you use RH 9 Server and there is nothing unusual about the "custom" buttons (code, etc.) which is a problem. JavaScript actions are usually very good. In addition, it would be good to know what browser you use see it.

1. for your first point: remember that if you access locally (see results) you get a dialog box warning

This means that you don't really get an overview of the feature unless you actually post and view it from the server running.

2. with respect to the appeal of the F1.  I wonder if you need to define a custom window and ask the window in the syntax of the call?

Also, here is a screen that says how you choose the buttons that you want to appear in the window. Your custom buttons appear in this list?

Then, you may need to consult this window when the context sensitive call.

Here is an example of a call that is sensitive to the context in a window named "F1Window" call a topic with a context ID of 10.

http://localhost: 8080/robohelp/Server? prj = EmployeeCare & area = ForumTest & wnd = F1Window & ctxid = 10

  • Changes Made in not always recognized in LR3 PS5

    I use LR 3.0, PS5 on a Mac Pro 2.66 16 GB Ram running OS X10.6.4

Lately, I've noticed that when I did a LR image using Photoshop, sometimes when I close and save and return to LR, some of these changes, I applied the PSD file appear not in LR. But if I export the file the changes are there. Or if I open the file again and choose 'Edit a copy with LR adjustments' the changes are there and if I save this second copy, the changes appear even in LR. It's as if LR fails to update the preview of the image after that I have work on the file in PS.

    Please note:

    • I've been editing files from LR to PS for years. It is part of the abnormal in my workflow and I naver had such problem.

    • This odd beahvior does not happen with all the files.

    • My file naming is very regular, and does not include spaces or strange characters. Is an example of my file names: '20100723_egg_001.CR2 '.

I was able to reproduce the problem as follows:

I imported a file from Canon 1Ds MKIII
    -apply basic LR settings
-Open in PS5 from LR (command - E)
-It opens in a 16-bit PSD RGB Profoto
-J' applied the curves adjustment layer
-J' applied the hue/saturation adjustment layer
-J' hit save (command-S) and saw the miniature updated in LR. So far so good.
    - Then I changed the mask in the Hue/Saturation layer on black (to cancel the effect)
-Hit save again. No updates happening in LR.
-Created a new layer and painted on a blue line.
-Hit save again. No updates happening in LR.
    -Close the file in PS.
-Tile in LR is glued to watch in the first record I've done.
    BUT
-If I open the file to LR to PS5 once again, changes and the layers are all there.
    OR
-If I export the file, it exports correctly with the latest updates and changes I made in PS5.

Does anyone know what could go wrong?

    Thank you

FYI, I clear the cache and has not solved the problem.

The cache of ACR, which preferences in Lightroom, you can clear isn't the same cache which speaks of Dorin. He speaks of the glimpses that are stored in a filefolder right along your catalog file. If you remove that, Lightroom is forced to rebuild previews of all your images.

However, I noticed that you use the psd. It was reported some strange behavior in LR 3 with psd files. I would try to set the preference in Lightroom for external editing in photoshop to TIFF (now the default). This gives you even better compatibility.

  • XP pro do not start after changing the Boot.ini file

The problem is that my C: partition Windows 7
    D: has XP Pro

These should be considered right resp. partitions 1 and 2?

I wanted to first XP pro to start the default partition.

A few days ago, I made a change to the boot.ini file. But since XP Pro was not starting at all.

I tried XP Pro to start first that the default partition.

Given that XP Pro and my D: drive have not been starting, I consulted the boot.ini file in C:, Windows 7 partition and I changed the order (i.e. partition No.) in the boot.ini file and saved it to the required location, i.e. D:/WINDOWS/pss.
through my drive C: of work, i.e. the partition of Windows 7, but it still does not work because apparently even though I save here, the actual values and the paths of the partition are not actually be changed on the system. I confirmed this by going into the CMD shell switching to D: and by running the command D: > bootcfg.
Apparently any values I save in the boot.ini file that I save as a text file or "All files" in D:/WINDOWS/pss/it does not actually change in the system because whenever I run the command bootfg values are remaining still and not able to be changed, because apparently it is not saved in XP Pro and the D : partition. No matter what I do and what I put in the boot.ini file to access the values through the windows 7 partition, the values that bootcfg returns me are always the same and he refuses to change the name of path or anything else. No matter what orders, I also put in bootcfg himself.

These are the values that bootcfg gives me:
    default: multi (0) disk (0) rdisk (0) partition (1) \WINDOWS

    Boot entries:
    Boot entry ID: 1
Friendly name of operating system: MS Windows XP Professional
    Path: multi (0) disk (0) rdisk (0) partition (1) \WINDOWS
The operating system load options: / noexecute = OPTIN/FASTDETECT/usepmtimer

My XP Pro partition is simply not booting, and it of my main partition and has all my work. It is imperative that it starts.

My Windows CD is also not start because apparently my DVD drive does not work properly, I had the anti malware threatfire (ThreatFire) installed on my XP D:Windows program disk but have uninstalled just in case it was blocking my changes to the system.

On C:Win7, I put the default operating system option in the Advanced tab for Win7 and the D:XP Pro to XP Pro, when he was the starter and work. Now I can only access my files D:XP Pro Player C:Win7. But XP is not just start. What shd - I do? Thks.

I don't have a very practical windows CD but my CD/DVD drive is not read and does not properly.

Looks like your original post stated that your cd/dvd does not work.

Respectfully, you will continue these hap hazard patches and your computer will not start at all. I'll try to help you once again. Please follow closely.

Start your computer by loading Windows 7. Click HERE and download EasyBCD. Install the software in trial version. Once installation is complete open EasyBCD. You will see an interface like the image below. Click Add a new entry.

A new screen appears as in the image below. Use the drop down menu to select Windows NT / 2 k/XP / 2 k 3 as described below. Type the name of the operating system in the box below. Of course, it will be Windows Xp (you can add the home or Pro to the name if you want). Make sure now that there is a check mark in the box "automatically detect the correct player. Once you have completed these steps click on 'add an entry '. That's all! You are finished. If all goes well, and if you have followed these steps carefully, there, now you have a system dual boot.

You can now start working on your cd/dvd problem.

  • My Windows XP pro would not let me change the option 'Use the home screen', so I removed a vital .dll file. I can't start Windows now!

My Windows XP pro would not let me change the "Use welcome screen" option under: user accounts/change the way users connect or power off.

He gave a message to the effect (I forgot to write it!) "a recently installed program does not change this setting. Search in the file named "RtlGina2.dll for a clue. So as silly as I can be, I did a search, finds the file RtlGina2.dll in the Windows/System32 folder and cut and paste on my desk. My thought was to isolate this file to see if it will address the problem of not being able to change the option use Windows screen.

Now, I can't run Windows! It gives a message that this file RtlGina2.dll is not found! Specifically, it says, User Interface failure. The UI for logon RtlGina2.dll DLL failed to load. Contact your system administrator to replace the DLL or restore the original dll.

How can I replace the dll if I can't even get started? Help, please! I know just enough to get me in trouble I see.

    WyoPathfinder,
Are you able to boot mode safe mode with command prompt?  If Yes, then you can search for the file "dir /s /a RtlGina2.dll" lists the location where you moved to.  Then you can just copy (path\filename) c:\Windows/System32\(filename)

If you do not work in safe mode, then you can boot from a XP disc and go into the recovery console and do the same thing.

Hope that helps. QQ learn manage!

  • 9.3.2 on iPad Pro can not update

to message cannot update 9.3.2 like you are no longer connected to the Internet. (But I am)

    any suggestions?

    On ipad pro

Note users that allows to remove the package downloaded in this situation. Go to settings > general > storage & use iCloud > storage management > you will see the downloaded 9.3, select which > delete.

My 5s then will check for new software update. Note that it shows download & install instead of install only. Select that and it will ask for your password. Let it run until complete depending on your internet speed (mine took about 5 minutes and I didn't let the screen change). Once completed, he must check and installed automatically.

  • HDR5010KB-digital recorder - signal does not always come through the use of HDMI

    Hello

I bought the product above in October. Since then, I have had intermittent problems. When switching on the channel AV on my TV (a Panasonic TX-P42S20B) signal is not always crossed when you use the HDMI channel (I also connected via a SCART, and who works so always seems to be a problem HDMI.) It is particularly obvious when the recorder has been used for a while (be it for recording or playback.) It is not overheating (or if this is the case, not to the degree I get a warning message) and turn off the power to the electric network seems to correct the problem, but it's a pain.

I tried to change the hdmi cable, as well as to try different channels AV on my TV and it did not help. Is this a common problem or make me a defective unit?

    Any suggestion would be appreciated

Have you noticed the same problem using other devices connected to your TV (using the same cable)?

  • Default configuration of the Windows updates. Restoration of the changes. Do not turn off your computer

Hi, I just refreshed my laptop that I got a few drops FPS at random. Initially, it worked fine, but after a while before instaled Norton started to cause me problems. At this time I uninstalled it and when he asked me to computer restatr now, I did. Now I'm stuck with this message window loading. Restart the computer from time to time, but the message is always the same: failure of configuration of Windows updates. Restoration of the changes. Do not turn off your computer.
    Computer: hp pavilion n006sm
    Operating system: win 8 pre-installed
At the moment I'm stuck on this window for over an hour and nothing has changed

Seems that problem solved by itself. As I correctly uninstalled Norton, I just put my automatic updates and restarted my laptop again. He installed the updates with no problem and its working fine. Seems that Norton was really the problem, will keep you informed.

  • NB550D - battery icon does not always reflect the right balance of time

I recently bought a NB550D and I must say that, first of all, I am very happy with it. It tends to be a bit slow, but I can live with that.

However, my problem is that the battery icon may not always reflect the right balance of time. After a full charge, it can present 9 remaining hours but after a stop and restart it will be may show 75% and the remaining 3 hours. If I stop and restart it can show 75% and remaining 6 hours

When I started the unit I enabled him to discharge completely (by means of) three times, as suggested by the seller in the store, but quite frankly it seems not a fall of difference!

    Any advice will be appreciated.

    Concerning

    Hello

Like Tom, battery depands of working time on the use of the laptop.
    Battery time can always change.

In addition, I would recommend calibrating the battery to ensure best performance.
You must charge the battery until the led would turn to green (blue) and should unload completely the battery until the cell stops automatically.
This process must be repeated several times.

  • Satellite Pro L10 not cold start

I have a Pro Satllite L10. When it is completely shut down, the system does not always start. If it is tostand by, then it seems restert without a problem, but starting cold is something blindly. It seems that it will often start if you press the power button once, then leave the unit for a few minutes and then try again, but which could be lucky and have no real meaning.

I downloaded the recent bios updates but this has not at all affected

    Hello

Is it happens when the laptop works only with the battery or is connected to the adapter?

It is really hard to say what might be wrong or why it's happening.
I can only speculate on the dysfunction that maybe there is a problem with the electronic power supply on the motherboard.

  • iPad Pro plays not only any video

    Hello

MY iPad Pro is not able to play any video. This includes the video of my iPhone, YouTube, videos on my Twitter and Facebook feeds, etc. No one knows what might happen? I run 9.2.1 on my iPad, but also my iPhone, but the thing is that I am able to play videos on my iPhone very well. I was reading some other posts to Apple Support and they said it could be something with 9.2.1 but if that was the case I wouldn't be able to play videos on my iPhone, right? Is there a setting that I'm supposed to change somewhere to be able to properly play video

    Thank you

When playing YouTube I can hear the audio but only see a black screen, even with videos from Facebook and Twitter links

  • My internal camera on my MacBook at the beginning of 2008 Pro does not work

My internal camera on my MacBook at the beginning of 2008 Pro does not work.

One of them will solve your problem of camera:

    (1) If your Mac restart does not solve the problem,

    (2) use http://support.apple.com/kb/HT2090 from Apple.

(BTW - troubleshooting section called an "iSight" camera.  However, after that article was published, Apple has changed the name of the built-in camera on the recent "iSight" Macs "FaceTime", then "FaceTime HD."  Whatever the name of your built-in camera, the same info and troubleshooting applies.)

Be sure to test several Apple app (photo booth, FaceTime, iMovie, QuickTime Player, etc.) in more than one user account.  Do NOT use the 'Guest' for this test account.  If you don't have more than one user account for testing, create one now.  If you need help, how is explained in http://support.apple.com/en-us/HT201754.

A 'Standard' user account is all you need for the tests.

    (3) If your camera will work correctly even with Apple applications, use OS X Recovery to completely reinstall your Mac OS since system recovery stored on your startup disk.  Don't bother test Skype or other 3rd party apps until you have your camera works with applications Apple.

    (4) If none of the suggestions above resolve your issue, contact Apple or one of the Apple-Authorized Service Provider to have your Mac professionally repaired. Don't forget to back up your Mac and Deauthorize iTunes before the call for tenders for the service.

  • Satellite P300-18 is not always launch windows

McAfee Anti-virus on my P300 18 bypassed Downloader Trojan horse.
Eventually got rid of it after the purchase of Malwarebytes Pro.

Since that time my machine; while starting, is not always launch windows on the first attempt and must be stopped or started several times or remove the battery to get windows to activate.

The dealer where I bought the machine did a clean reinstall.
I did a memory diagnostic test and no reported problems.

Also did a chkdisc who has not demonstrated that the reports.
    Also does disk cleanup.

    Is there a simple solution?

    Hello

If the operating system has been installed once more and if this didn't solve the problem starting operating system, then I recommend you to check the HARD drive.

Here is a nice tool called Drive Fitness Test that allows you to run some diagnostic procedures to find some problems with the HARD drive.
    Google for it

Otherwise, I recommend that you install the operating system using the Toshiba recovery disc.
Did you create this disc in the past? Isn't it?
Well, here you can buy this CD:
