  CTRL-click it and choose open. Otherwise, open the security & confidentiality of system preferences, click the general tab, unlock the pane and change the setting to a less restrictive.

  Maybe your RT device must reboot to configure Windows updates. You can try this:

  1. Select your user name in the upper right corner of the start screen, then select Disconnect.

  2. then tell your device RT to stop or restart to the login screen by selecting the symbol of power in the lower right. Your screen may say that it configures the Windows updates.

  I hope that when you restart the PC, your question/app Store will be resolved.

• Why can not install some applications creative Cloud on my PC at home?

  Recently, my employer has sprung for creative cloud. I was very happy to use it at work. Given that I do a fair amount of work at home, it is particularly useful.

  Or it would be if I could figure out how to install all the software I need . I was able to install five or six apps already (Photoshop, Dreamweaver and bridge among them), but I have the following problems:

  • Fireworks: crashes at 54%, completed by the centuries of centuries. (I waited three hours)
  • Creation: Downloads completely, but then said "Waiting."... "for ever and ever. (I've waited 2 h 30)

  Ironically, I have aninstalled my older versions of these programs specifically because CC makes it obsolete. My PC is powerful enough to run this software, but I don't really know how to move forward. I tied up my computer the last two nights trying to install these items and don't have a clue what to do.

  Please let me know if there is anything that I can do to provide more information, such as pull an error log, or what you have.

  According to the newspapers, it seems that installation hangs during repair of the Adobe help.

  Could you move the folder C:\Program Files (x 86) \Adobe\Adobe helps on the desktop and then continue the installation and check.

  Nothing is installed on the system. That's all, flash USB, a folder or drive.
  You don't have to install anything. So why can not run portable applications on RT?

  I know exactly what is a portable application. It requires no additional drivers installed or libraries to run on a system, if one is required that they are either built into the executable and extracted the runtime or are included in the same location as the executable and are referenced from this location.

  No portable application is not somehow the operating system to display the current status, error messages or generate logs for its operation. If it cannot accept input during its operation or generate a form of output it has no function. This is the basic description of a program to have one or the other or both.

  When you double-click an executable file is Windows (if it's the operating system) giving you the ability to open its location, see the executable file in order to select and issue the command to run. It's Windows that then loads this program in memory to run. If necessary, Windows that displays the dialog box to provide any input and display results or error messages generated by the program. If the result is a log file that it is Windows that allows access to the drive to create the file and the result is an error state in Windows that stores the status of the error, then it can be interpreted by another program. If the output is to change the status of the computer in a way, it's Windows that gives access to this device or component.   1 are you facing the question to download any specific application?

  2. using a proxy connection?

  We will check your time settings and proxy settings. Follow the steps below and we update on the State of the question.

   

  Method 1: Ensure that the date and time are correct on the computer.

  (a) check the Date/time setting by selecting the tile office and then left click on the time in the corner.

  (b) click on change date and time. And then check that the time zone is correct and the time of the internet tab has the ability to synchronize with the time server Internet.

   

  Method 2: Run the network troubleshooter utility.

  (a) open the network troubleshooter utility by sliding into the right edge of the screen, type search (or if you use a mouse, pointing to the top right of the screen, move the pointer of the mouse down and then clicking on search).

  a. place the upper right of the mouse and click on search and type Windows Firewall and click on settings

  b. click on windows Firewall

  c. click Firewall round toggle the left pane

  d. check the option to disable the firewall.

  Note: Repeat the steps for the parameters of public and private networks.

  I met look an apps on Windows Store.
  For example, on the Windows website, I can see the app Fruit Ninja, but when I click on view in the Windows store, nothing happened, it only shows the House.
  I also tried the Joyride Jetpack which I want to download but I can't download because everytime I open the store, nothing appears, I tried to use the charm of the research, but yet nothing appears.

  Do you have an error message when you access Windows Store?

  You might be faced with this issue due to a number of reasons such as a corrupt app, apps are not available in your region, change to the date and time, methods of payment etc. I would suggest trying the following steps and check if it helps.

  • Close all applications CC
  • Complete the process monitor activity/task manager (CCLibrary).
  • Restart any application and check.
