Why the apple customer service has disappeared down the Hill?

I have not seen any decline in Service to the customer. Defective phones would be something in the quality control, if you are looking to blame. The customer service is what exchanged your phone, and since they exchanged their, then it would not be bad service. However, you would need describe "defective" for the replacement of the latter. Given that you were on the phone with Apple, it looks like they may have been going to work on it. Not sure why the call may have abandoned well.

Three telephone calls to their toll-free number. Each of these calls, I had to pay because their number is only good in the United States. Total time on the three calls was 35 minutes that cost me $1.50 per minute.

How do you get in touch with Acer if out of warranty to the customer?
I sent my laptop to get something fixed. They send it returns with the bottom cover having broken stands. They legitimately have the replace, but the game does not match the model of laptop. I tried to get in touch to tell them what they can send a new one, but it is impossible.
I know that they refer you to a third party service to anyone out of warranty, but they all keep saying ' we do cover that.» And the chat option never works because nobody is ever there. I do not understand this system what acer!It's ridiculous, Acer causing me problems that I can't fix. Mainly because there is never anyone talk to him.
I would like to get more details on the product and the details, but I have a feeling that this message won't get through to Acer.
If an admin can help or show this to someone who can help I would really appreciate, an agent in my area or number that will actually allow me to go through customer service. It's their fault, but they avoid just someone out of warranty. Totally unprofessional and embarrassing.

The customer service horrible, problem still not solved!
Have been waiting and redirected countless times with Dell, the service is absolutely HORRIBLE. My problem must be resolved so easily but all support Dell seems to be able to do is redirect me to departments who "don't deal with this issue" and continue to redirect me to the departments that are not yet open.
Here's my question:
I have a pro place 8 tablet and I lost the original charger. All I need is another charger since most chargers are not compatible with this tablet (which is another complaint all on its own). I found it by these forums to search and discover that it is a common problem that Dell is well aware of.
So I call them.

After looking on their Web sites and to realize that they don't sell it, I decided to call and ask what will work the Chargers not Dell or the specifications of this special charger so that I can. just. fees. my tablet.
It took me quite a 1 h 30 trip comprising services saying they are allowed to sell Dell products and cannot tell me even this charger specifications and that I can ask other departments about this. Then redirected to incorrect departments or those that are closed. All it seems to stop me from buying a charger for $10 anywhere else.
Don't know what else to say. Still have no charger, still cannot order a new, still do not know what other charger would work. Call us and be redirected at least 2 hours, I have 16 total number of calls on my phone to their different support numbers. I think I know their business better than at this point. Literally the worst customer service I've ever had, wouldn't mind so much if only I actually got my problem fixed! Afraid to never buy Dell again where any little thing goes wrong and you are ADMIN NOTE: profanity removed according to the TOU >.

A few years back, I bought CS5. because of my house having to repair my Adobe CS5 has been lost in the move. Then I had to take care of my mother who died later of cancer. I have now found my product but the person said the customer service there is no newspaper of me purchase of the product. I reinstall CS to a purchase of upgrade and need a 'response Code' cat representatives a Rep. The Adobe Customer Service were not helpful at all.
I am the holder of the registration for the software and had previously installed. I replaced my system and you need to reinstall all my software. have software, boxes and serial in my possession. Previously, I was directed to ctl + shft + dble left click to receive a challenge code that was provided to the Adobe representative, Customer Service which in turn provide a response code that would allow my software to record properly.
Can someone direct me to please a live agent to help me past this obstacle, or give directions for the same.

Tried new support chat online and found an individual who understood exactly what to do.
For any other person with the same problem, here's what to do:
- Enter the serial number of the upgrade of the software (look for the green check mark)
- Select the product calling and enter the serial number of eligible product
- Software either active or generates an error message. If the error message, go to step 4
- Hit (ctrl + Shift + Double click left) - which launches the sequence of stimulus / response as follows:
- system creates a code of challenge you will need to provide Adobe with a customer service representative
- Adobe customer service will provide you with a response code that perfectly complements the software activation

Nightmare of Customer Service - the billing department - someone please help?
I've been a customer of creative cloud for years. I recently acquired a new credit card and cancelled the card that was used for my automatic monthly payments to Adobe. I logged into my Adobe account and updated my payment information. When my date of payment, the payment does not pass. I said, 'maybe I made a mistake and typed a wrong number", so I logged in to my Adobe account and updated the information of payment again. This did not help. My horrible experience with customer service began this day - April 20, 2015. The nightmare continued for more than a month and I spent COUNTLESS hours on the phone and chat with customer support. I contacted my Bank, USAA, double - twice they told them me the only reason why to come through Adobe charges denied is that the address that adobe has for me the file (my old address) does not match the address associated with my new credit card (my new address). I have to update address with my new payment information, but apparently do not have access to update the address what adobe has for my account.
I was told that my address has been updated countless times, but the automatic payments continue to be denied to my Bank and my Bank reports the same problem - the address sent by Adobe at the request of the accusation is incorrect and does not correspond to my current address.
When Adobe Support sends the generated mails automatically titled "Adobe case Update" and providing a link to a "Customer Support Portal", my OLD ADDRESS is obviously at the top with my name. My OLD ADDRESS, even though I was assured and reassured many times my address has been updated in the system. The only thing I can think is that address only is not updated on all platforms, especially in the Department of billing and payments.
I'm just trying to pay my monthly bill of the Adobe Creative Cloud. How can something as simple as to update my address on my account have taken more than 8 hours of my time over the last 5 weeks?
