  The driver here is the file you mention.  I just downloaded and installed in Windows 10 x 64 and it does not report that the drivers are signed.  You wouldn't have to disable driver signing.

  You can install the Windows 32 bit on another partition and have a dual boot configuration setup.

  I get this error when I try to start my computer. It will try to start windows then goes to a blank black screen with the cursor, then it says windows could not start and will now restart then it collects info Driver_Power_State_Failure.   (7) with the sync cable. Make tea. Be calm.

  (8) check data on handheld and the desktop to find errors.

  (9) when somewhat confident everything goes well, return led to synchronize except for stays of backup as handheld overrides desktop. (not sure why, but it's the default I guess.)

  (2) the USB drivers
  (3) sound card drivers etc.

  Nothing happens not always.

  I'm running out of ideas here.

  PS while other drivers run very well when I extracted the .zip format, the sound card driver, refused to run, even if the box "run command" has been checked when executing the .msi file.
