  OK, I played a bit with this enough to make it work.  Turns on when you configure Twonkymedia you have to tell it to serve all Types of files in the music folder, not only the music files.  iTunes rips of CD to m4a and Twonky file types does not seem to know that they are music files.  Change all types actually serve them as well.

• How can I get my 6 Fusion running Windows 7 to connect to my internet Home Office?

  I've been running 6 merger with XP without any problem. Upgrade to Windows 7 to run MS Project 2013 for a project I'm doing and the upgrade installed fine.

  Windows XP used/supported other network cards virtual than Windows 7. What I suggest is that you stopped virtual machine, create a snapshot (for a way back home in case something does not work as expected), change the guest operating system Windows 7 and save the settings. Then again open the virtual machine settings, remove the existing network adapter, add a new network adapter, save settings, and power on the virtual machine. If it works, you can delete the snapshot. If not, you will need to edit the virtual machine configuration (.vmx) file manually and add ethernet0.virtualDev = "e1000".

  You get the error "a Remote Assistance connection could not be established because the DNS name of the remote computer could not be resolved" when the requesting computer (the computer 'demand' help) sends its private IP address instead of its public IP address in the request for assistance. The solution is 'easy' for some and difficult for others. I present here for your perusal:

  (1) obtain the public IP address of the requesting computer (by visiting a web page such as http://www.whatismyip.com)
  (2) save the remote assistance request computers
  (3) modify the remote request for Assistance (RcBuddy.MsRcIncident) using a text editor (such as notepad) and replace the private - section of IP address should be something like this:
  RCTICKET = 65538,1,192.168.1.33:3389 «»
  with the public IP address from whatismyip.com or elsewhere - should be something like this:
  RCTICKET = 65538,1,74.125.47.147:3389 «»
  (4) save the file of RcBuddy.MsRcIncident 'new '.
  (5) double click it to connect to the computer needing help
  (6) cross your fingers and hope it works!

  I want to create an ad - hoc network and share the internet connection using ICS. The problem is, when I secure my ad hoc network with WEP or WPA cannot connect to the network. The network is visible on the computers of my friends (mac and PC) and they put the password nothing is done.

  But here's the kicker, when I don't put no security on the network, everything works fine.

So I wanted to give my other accessibility of consumer electronics set up an Ad-Hoc network and share the internet connection. When I originally set up the network it works fine, but after the devices go to sleep or I leave the room it stops working. I had problems to keep the internet connection to share continually, which I fixed it. I then had a DHCP problem with the hard line that has been resolved through troubleshooting function. Now, even if the network is active and is connected to the internet my devices cannot connect and then the network shuts down.

  This could be much easier if we have seen the real configurations.

  But here are some things to be confirmed in the configurations (some of them you mentioned above, but I still quote once again)

  • Make sure that each firewall, you set the appropriate VPN L2L ACL
  • Make sure that you have configured NAT0 on the central PIX "outside" interface for the Site A and Site B
  • Make sure the Central PIX has "same-security-traffic permit intra-interface" configured. This will allow the Site traffic to enter the Central PIX 'outside' interface and head back on the same interface to Site B. And vice versa.

  To view some actual configurations that may be required provided everything else is ok. (I assume that all devices are Cisco)
