  Sorry, but there are a lot of reports on forums of Win10 the option of GoBack does not always work correctly.

  You should be able to boot properly from the same DVD of Win7 if you dual-boot with Ubuntu, but be aware, if the startup repair works (you may need to run three times), it will replace the link to start Linux in the MBR and after that, the machine starts immediately to Win7.  You will need to reinstall GRUB to get Ubuntu boot back.  You may be able to fix the boot of Ubuntu using repair boot: Boot-Repair - Community Ubuntu Documentation

  3. Remove the Firefox installation folder, which is located in one of these locations, by default:
     • Windows:
       • C:\Program Files\Mozilla Firefox
       • C:\Program Files (x 86) \Mozilla Firefox
     • Mac: Delete Firefox in the Applications folder.
     • Linux: If you have installed Firefox with the distribution-based package manager, you must use the same way to uninstall: see Install Firefox on Linux. If you have downloaded and installed the binary package from the Firefox download page, simply remove the folder firefox in your home directory.
  4. Now, go ahead and reinstall Firefox:
     1. Double-click on the downloaded Setup file and go through the steps in the installation wizard.
     2. Once the wizard is completed, click to open Firefox directly after clicking the Finish button.

  WARNING: Uninstaller or the use of Firefox and not run a third remover as part of this process, because who could permanently delete your Firefox data, including but not limited to, extensions, cache, cookies, bookmarks, personal settings and passwords saved. These can be recovered, unless they have been backed up on an external device!

• computer does not start after the installation of updates

  Just click on the button "installs the update and the computer shuts down."  When the computer turns off automatically, I pushed the power button and now it is frozen the computer in start mode.  What should I do now?  Can I power off and try again (or which will mess up the configuration of the update that he just installed.

  Note: There are 21 updates installed last night without problem; then 1 update again (that set up correctly when I restarted this morning).  After a successful this morning launch, I noticed there was an another update to install, which is what made me at this point.

  Single computer at home (I use my work computer to submit this application).

  Wait awhile and see if, during the initialization of the problem to be solved or not. It is NOT a good idea to unplug the laptop.

  If this does not work, then try to press F8 and choose last known good configration, but you may need to reinstall the update again.
