Now, every time my MacBook Pro wakes up from sleep, changes of wifi or restart... the creative cloud pop up appears, covering a significant part of my screen with a commercial Behance or Creative Cloud 2015.   I (had) Acrobat X on my PC, which was purchased when I bought the PC.  I was invited by Windows for some time to upgrade to Acrobat DC. I followed the instructions and uninstalled Acrobat X to make Acrobat DC could be installed.  NOW, I have to spend another $199. to purchase Acrobat DC.

  If the software is delivered with your machine when you bought it then you should be able to get a copy of it from the dealer, and the serial number needed to activate it. Alternatively, you can download on the link if you have the serial number...

  1. Close the application of Creative Cloud runs.
  2. Navigate to the OOBE folder.
     Windows: [system drive]: \Users\ [user name] \AppData\Local\Adobe\OOBE
     Mac OS: /users/ < user name >/folder/Library/Application Support/Adobe/OOBE
  3. Rename the file opm.db in opm_old.db
  4. Launch of creative cloud

  Everyone becomes a completely empty window of creative cloud on the desktop today [20/10/15] app?

  I tried all of the suggested fixes, rename the opm.db file and so on, but nothing works. The main applications are launching OK for now, but this kind of thing scares me that everything happens to crunch a setback in the middle of a date limit.

  I have a feeling that Creative cloud might have updated automatically at startup because it took longer than usual to appear in the menu bar. Any ideas out there?

  HI - after uninstalling completely suitcase, then followed all the fixes above, the issue of the empty window appears to fix. I stopped and restarted several times to test it and the CC desktop application launches correctly every time now.

  I'm fairly convinced that sync with Typekit was causing the problem, and I strongly suspect that remove the suitcase process solved the problem. I'll leave a note to Extensis to ask if they have an opinion or that they are aware of this problem.

• Tested both app and now I have CC Team access on the same apps, same Adobe ID but cannot go beyond "trial expired" on the window of creative cloud.

  I tested two apps as a personal user using my work email. This trial has now expired and subsequently, we decided to buy Prem Pro and Adobe After Effects as a company. But my admin assigned my access to the Adobe ID team I had already tested the two apps. Now when I open the window of creative cloud, I just get the "trial expired" wall and he can't work that I now have access to these applications well historically tested them.
