• I am trying to install another gig of ram on my laptop of HP running under win7 32, but when I install the stick, windows crashes at startup.

I have run the checker with the two sticks installed memory and it shows no problem. I went in first Grade and manually configured virtual memory to 1024-2048. I looked at the box that limits the max memory to 1028 and he did not check for me clear, but I can not change the number to 2048.

  The common feature seems to be the network card.

  You can try to disable it, or update the driver for this to see if the problem resolves.

  My Skype crashes at startup, if I auto sign with my microsoft account, then I start again and it tells me to connect so I click the button "Microsoft Account" for the signature and it says "Cannot display Page" as if I was on Internet Explorer and I had no internet. • 7.2 Skype crashes at startup

  I know this topic has already been here. And believe me, I've tried with serveal things and none of them worked. I don't really know what else I can try to do.

  The story is, that Skype has worked very well for me (next to rare accidents, nothing to worry about). then all of a sudden that it crashed, every time I picked up a call (or called someone). The writing was no problem and since it's essential I usw Skype for, I had no real problem with that. But after a while, I wanted that it works correctly. So I tried uninstalling and reinstalling my Skype and since then it crashes at startup. I use the normal SkypeSetup.exe I downloaded from the main site. I also tried older versions, nothing works. I tried to delete the settings in Skype and to my surprise, Skype starts after that. Unfortunately, it crashes as soon as I connect.

  Please help me, I really have no idea what could be wrong with my PC (or Skype).

  Try to install the configuration file in Windows Vista or in XP compatibility mode. Steps to follow:

  i. right click on the game (on the .exe file)

  II. click on properties

  III. click on the Compatibility tab

  IV. Select run this program in compatibility mode and select windows vista

  Firefox started crashing on startup today ' hui - goes directly to the Crash Reporter. Does not correctly send the accident report. Firefox in safe mode does not help.
