I bought hp Pavilion model 6123 Office with hp monitor flatron 17 "about 3 years back. Since the 3 months, the monitor gives problem, as the display menu is always popping up while I work in it. The menu simply hides to the top of all works and gives unbearable irritation. Simply, I had irritation as much as redady to crush the monitor by a roller. For the last 3 months, I'm running from pillar to post to get a proper service. In my life I don't have this much worse service from any other creators of the product. Simply the hp people following the worst policy F & f. (* beep * & forget). Even I contacted around 100 times the * beep * ing toll free 1800... NO USE. I ME ASKING HOW THESE PEOPLE PERFORM THIS BLOODY COMPANY!. Only GOD knows. At least, please give me correct service monitor hp no, otrerwise... What I can do! Just I need to Exchange my bloody monitor if possible answer, at LEAST... To ... [email protected]

Hi, sorry for your experience there.

I'm not sure if your monitor is still under warranty, since by default, they all get 1 year or more depending on the plan.

HP (and any other manufacturer) replaces the monitors which are only in the guarantee.

I recommend you to get a new monitor because there is not many patches out there for this problem.

Have you tried to reset the menu default odst options or to check if the menu button is pressed? I hope this helps.

  • Unable to update card credit after several attempts with assistance. Worst customer service EVER

    For the last three weeks I am trying to change the credit card to pay for my subscription. It failed several times on the line. I contacted representatives by chat and phone 5 times. Each time, I gave the number of credit card and was assured that everything had been settled. Whenever there was no change and I always get a notice that my account is not paid. $ 1 of Adobe appeared on my credit card, but the membership fee has not crossed. At this point, I am completely at a loss for what to do - and Yes, I contacted Adobe by phone once more with my file number. It is the worst customer service I've ever had, without exception.

    Long story short, I would like to make a timeline, so that you can see how messed up you did gourmand to me.

    2-3 years, I got a used ps3 and it worked, it was one that you can play all the games of ps2 for ps1, long story short. they offered me a new ps3 (right WOOO!) for $100 $ turning mine. I said sure why not! It's great I grew up with Sony since the Ps1.

    7 last month or 8, could barely play ps3 cause I was in College full time, away from free time.

    I sit a day that the ps3 is upward, I ended up calling to see what is happening. They finished by telling me to format it, I did 3 times, same problem of gel ect. not really helped. When I called they told me this. "Oh you are out of warranty" I said ok, but I bought this brand new from you guys how can be like that? the person later told me the one that hurts the most... TADUM said 'No we sold you a refurbished PS3' I've never been so Livid. I decided to be profesional (I do service also good customer and never have I experience from this case, I thought that maybe it's just say be I should stop buying from them.)

    and here's the last number that all topped above all.

    Don't forget, I share this ps3 with my neighbore invades it and we play or he plays a versa, nether, less as the ps3 does not always leave my house. He was playing gta5 and Im sitting there watching that he decided to go to the store and buy himself the money for his character, (they CHARGED HIM twice) I called and explain what happened. He received his refund, (he paid with his card, you will understand why I say this and his character has the same name as that of his card. That means that it is his that no one can use it!)

    2 months or 1 month later, Im read description LBp3 game pre-order, I have never anything the digital pre-order copy I don't think that its worth, I buy games on the PSN store. Long story short the ps3 glitched out of the store to purchase and buy the game, I called immediately the next day because it was already noon. They me denied 2 times and had the biggest, worst customer service ever, I was called a liar, and it of not his fault, I bought this in error. When I do not accept that to buy it!.

    Here's the last convo I had with a representative. Today 08/09/14 just before I made this account to complain about this service!

    I have a dell inspiron 5755. Recently, the computer stopped recognizing the charger dell charger and will not charge the battery.  I verified that it is a bad charger and nothing wrong with my laptop.  I called the technical support and all first they told me that I had to upgrade the bios, but since the battery was less than 10%, I have to send my laptop while they could upgrade the bios.  I refused, declaring that I just need a charger and was informed that they would not send me a charger and I had to send my laptop.  I spoke with a supervisor who then told me that I had to drop it because my laptop was bad and I need to update the bios.  I told her that there is nothing wrong with my laptop. This is the cord. and I checked it.  He told me that they would not send me a charger I would need to drop it. I asked to talk to his boss and he said that was not a boss. He said he signed his own payslip.  I asked to speak to the customer service and he refused to transfer me to a first time indicating that they couldn't help me.  Again, I asked and he transferred me somewhere that has been closed.

    A few days later I received a call from customer support and I explained what had happened and told me he would send me a.  After several times being on hold and 45 minutes... He then informed me that the power supply is not covered by my warranty and they will send me one but I have to pay for it.  This was the worst experience I've ever had with a computer manufacturer.  I will never buy another Dell.

  • Why don't any Adobe can help me? It's the worst customer service of worlds on the planet company!

    Three telephone calls to their toll-free number. Each of these calls, I had to pay because their number is only good in the United States. Total time on the three calls was 35 minutes that cost me $1.50 per minute.

    On the right, there is loss for me over $ 50 just so that I can have fun trying to register for their cloud after creative effects for $19.99 per month.


    My Paypal address and permanent residence is Canada, and yet I am temporarily to Mexico at the moment, so when I tried to open an account at Adobe, their system automatically assigns me as being a citizen of the Mexico, so now, if I try to make a payment via my Paypal there will be an address conflict, and the payment will be denied.


    I've been waiting to chat with the third representative of Adobe for so long that I have the time to open a new browser and come to their forums in the hope that a current employee can help me assign Canada in my country, so I can order the service.

    I am seriously considering going with another NLE after affects.


    How can a company that has the right products to treat their customers so badly?


    It has been 2 hours so far in an attempt to pay and I'm no closer now that I was 2 hours ago.


    Take a look at this joke of an excuse for dialogue of customer service so far. I would like to point out that the last person I was speaking with said, "Let me transfer you to customer service" that was 35 minutes ago and nobody took the cat so far.

    Most of the software companies / work hard to make a good impression on the computer science majors at the University. Reference left Dell dropped the ball with my son. I bought my major computer science son top of the dell XPS 15 line computer and added 3 years for a $400 premium support. Last semester so that the computer is under warranty the laptop would experience a Mouse/touchpad freeze when tilted 10 degrees on one side. My son was busy with his studies and not not told me about this, but got Saturday last Summa * Laude honors program. He bought his computer dell laptop home and told me about the issue. I called dell technical support who said the laptop was a few months out of warranty and we were ourselves. I called several times and transferred several times and finally reached the climbing Department. Bottom line was dell cares more about profits than to make a good impression on a new computer systems hired prior to obtaining by a 14 b American company analyst. If it was me I would have made an exception and let a new researcher in computer science with a good impression of dell instead of burning all the bridges and leaving an aftertaste when my son or I (a computer scientist of 27 years) think of dell. The problem is a hardware and probably because of the bad workmanship. Be aware and avoid especially the service dell customer who cares about the customer and dell.

  • complaints - HP CUSTOMER SERVICE IS INEPT AND BORDERLINE INTENTIONAL in THEIR INCOMPETENCE

    I bought an Envy mi office at end of 2014 Feb 27 ".  I've been infected will malware2 weeks and of course HP won't send you to 10 cent DVD so that you can reinstall the OS.  They want you to rely on the use of the recovery partition, which btw is one of the first things that infected so that there is persistence of malware, but it is neither here not there.  10/03/14 I called HP customer service who is somewhere in the Middle East and spent 45 minutes on the phone have transferred around until finally I had to short and just say "I need a new DVD with Windows 8, YOU UNDERSTAND?"  Finally got a woman in a tone "I'll do you a favor," saying that she will send me a disk free of charge and 1 day provides $ 27 in taxes and the cost of shipping software, I already bought a license for.

    3/11 is delivered without disc, but I think it was late in the day the 10 when I called for the benefit of the doubt, I'll wait until tomorrow.

    3/12 does not come I call spend 45 minutes on the phone transferred, transferred, Mr. President we will raise it (whatever that means) and it will be shipped tomorrow.

    3/13 does not come I call spend 50 minutes on the phone transferred, transferred,  Then I told myself that it was not delivered because I did not pay for it.  Really? ! ? ! ?  They changed their tone when I said that I had a confirmation email with costs and expected ship dates... then it becomes again the familiar... sir we will raise it (whatever that means) and it will be shipped tomorrow.

    3/17 STILL NOT HERE.  I call customer support waiting for 20 minutes before all the choice.  Spend 40 minutes on the phone and even to give my ticket number, she cannot say and can't find the agent out by calling or by looking at his computer whether or not he even DELIVERED and she tried to pass off as "we only tech support.  I hung up at this stage.

    If I connect to my page "Check your status" it still has not changed since delivery was estimated at the 12th.  I have always informed people in the past to avoid HP because of their history of poor quality.  However, in the spirit of the 2nd chances I bought this expensive computer AND THE SOFTWARE THAT GOES WITH IT.  The computer has been great.  I've sung his praises.  HP, I want to cuss and scream, but he won't do anything good.  You have the ABSOLUTE worst customer service I have ever dealt with.  As a CISSP I delt with / do deal with countless companies providers and end-user-oriented... Dell, Nortel/Avaya, D Link, ZyXEL, Cisco, Juniper, the list is endless.  You people seem to be incompentent and it seems as if you're trying to make it so difficult that you just hope that I go.  I can't express in words it's terrible experience this has been for me as a consumer, the money I spent on the product, the time I spent literally hours on the phone with the guy, while I lost, time and cost you hours of time to the CS (lol hardly) representatives are not doing their job , and now the time I'll sink into hashtags twitter for HP haters, forum messages to stick this bad press very general and assignment, you will get me to my personal and professional classmates.

    Dell has the absolute worst customer service I have ever received in my life. Firstly, it is entrusted to another country and then on top of that, the agents are super rude. It is the first and the last product I will ever buy from DELL. You all can kick rocks as far as I'm concerned.

    Have been waiting and redirected countless times with Dell, the service is absolutely HORRIBLE. My problem must be resolved so easily but all support Dell seems to be able to do is redirect me to departments who "don't deal with this issue" and continue to redirect me to the departments that are not yet open.

    Here's my question:

    I have a pro place 8 tablet and I lost the original charger. All I need is another charger since most chargers are not compatible with this tablet (which is another complaint all on its own). I found it by these forums to search and discover that it is a common problem that Dell is well aware of.

    So I call them.

    Start telling them that my tablets not charging

    The support guys trying to tell me that I need a new motherboard... $ 269

    Of course, might be possible, but I remember actually pre lose my charger that whenever I tried to use another charger, it wouldn't work. Also online in the support section for this tablet is the FIRST most popular question and the first solution, they point out, is that you need to use the original charger.

    Oh OK, well, if you think that's the problem, I can redirect you to sales...

    Uh, you're not supposed to know that... After you've tried condescendingly explain to me why the motherboard needs to be replaced after that I had asked you...

    After looking on their Web sites and to realize that they don't sell it, I decided to call and ask what will work the Chargers not Dell or the specifications of this special charger so that I can. just. fees. my tablet.

    It took me quite a 1 h 30 trip comprising services saying they are allowed to sell Dell products and cannot tell me even this charger specifications and that I can ask other departments about this. Then redirected to incorrect departments or those that are closed. All it seems to stop me from buying a charger for $10 anywhere else.

    Don't know what else to say. Still have no charger, still cannot order a new, still do not know what other charger would work. Call us and be redirected at least 2 hours, I have 16 total number of calls on my phone to their different support numbers. I think I know their business better than at this point. Literally the worst customer service I've ever had, wouldn't mind so much if only I actually got my problem fixed! Afraid to never buy Dell again where any little thing goes wrong and you are ADMIN NOTE: profanity removed according to the TOU >.

    I use creative cloud membership. And I fails to cancel the membership. I use google chrome and firefox to access my account, but when I opened 'manage plan' to cancel, there is always a 404 error.

    So I try to contact the customer service team, but there is no any direct e-mail contact, only forum and phone number, no cat. I post in the forum and that answer only Member me, not the adobe staff.

    We, customer, pay US $ 33/month to get a very bad customer service. I use many online services and Adobe seems the worst customer service I've experienced up to now.

    If your card has been used fraudulently to subscribe, you should be able to get the charges reversed with your credit card company. Not to defend the whole Adobe Customer Service, but in this case Adobe has no way to tell if it is a fraudulent use.

  • Adobe stock photos - absolutely atrocious customer service error

    I'm buying an image and I get an error "there is a problem with your payment. Please try again later or contact the technical support.

    This is my journey trying to find someone to help him.

    (1) first I contacted the online chat support. They gave me a number to call, they do not mention that it would be closed

    (2) has waited until this morning, they gave me another number to call 0207 365 0735

    (3) contacted this number, they gave me another number to call 0800 0280148

    4) talking to someone on this issue that sounded very annoyed I called. They transferred me to another Department.

    (5) addressed to a person in this Department - the guy did not sound like he knew what he was doing. Said he would transfer me to the correct service, however me transferred to anything other than dead air

    This is one of the worst customer experiences I've ever had. Can anyone help or am I just too much ask for Adobe here.

  • Huge problem with my account and Customer Service

    I like the software and products, but I have to say that the customer service was the worst I have experienced in a long time.  The last 5 days have been hell.  Let me explain.  My sub was scheduled to end on 26/11/2015.  He was going to renew and I frankly, as a student, not the means to do so at the price.  When I explained my problem to an agent, she said she would take off auto renew and said: I can re - register with the current promotion.  I thought wow that's great, that she sent me an email of confirmation of this.  11/26 so I renew now, everything seemed well on my end. When I looked at my bank statement I see the full price.  I chat with 2 people who said there was nothing that they could do for me is the price, and I explained to him that I understood, but the agent told me otherwise.  A 3rd officer said as she promised it we will honor it.  So far, I've been very happy.  It reimburses the renewal and implements the new sub 09/12/2015.  Here's where the hell is happening.

    Of course, I start Muse and get a notification saying that I can't use my fonts typekit because of my plan and my creative space cloud is only 2 GB when it should be 20 GB.

    12/10 - I chat with someone, they say that it's the app.  I tried to explain things on adobe.com has not looked right and that could be the problem.  I said that there was a problem processing the order and that they need 24 hours to update.  The case, I was told, should be wound.

    12/11-after checking that I still have the same problem after 24 hours.  I discuss with someone more... they think that his app problem.  I connect several times and the problem remains.  They say they see 20 GB of space on my account but the mobile apps, nor my creative application cloud show that.  Yet once, they say they will get worse and it will take a day.  At this point, I'm worried because I have work to do and the customer wants the Web site with the police agreed.

    12/12 I'm in Office of lightroom and the software tells me that my sub has expired.  I have check the lightroom mobile and see the same thing.  Now I can't synchronize my lightroom library so that I can work.  I discuss it again.

    They thing its a problem app and I sign in several times.  Nothing.  I tell them "Please help me, I depend on this ingration and will lose my job if I can't work in all devices".  Friendly but no help.  They said that he was sent to the highest priority and that's all they could do.

    12/13 I check and of course, nothing has changed, well, I saw 20 GB of space on my mobile apps.  But the creative desktop application cloud always says 2 GB. No lightroom and not Muse type fonts kit.  I chat with someone, and they say that it is a technical problem and I have to wait until Monday to get anything resolved.

    12/14 - I spoke with someone and explained what happened.  They would transfer the chat support, but apparently at 12 am EST they would be unavailable for 2 hours.  Then he gave me a number to call.  I called the number and gave them they case # all this... He wanted problem draw apps.  I said that they all work and that there was a problem in the recognition of my membership.  I explained the screenshots and still nothing.  He wanted to deal with the issues the blow by blow.  I have a problem with Lightroom, so he wants to send me the Photo team, do not understand that this is a symptom of something of a bigger problem. I decide I'll try Photo team, at least, then I could fix it and work.  The guys on the team photo was very nice, even if he could tell that I was very frustrated.  He explained that there might be a problem with the application.  So I installed on another computer.  He made a screenshare and how I showed him the tab account and 'ready to buy' screen that I saw.  I am enrolled in my application with his account creds and understood that there is no question here.  He then said that I was right and that there was a problem of ID with my ID and he needed that escalate to this team.  That it can take 24-48 hours to fix on the back.

    How am I supposed to be creative and use these applications with all this back.  Escalations will teams do not look at the problems, agents who are really just read from a script, it feels and have no way to help with an unusual problem.  Everything is stereotyped and they want to do the same procedures, no matter how many times you already have or how from a common sense point of view really does not apply.  It made me rethink where the it products worth despite this lack of service, help and perhaps delays.  I could lose a job because of it, and I paid for the entire year already.  I paid and still cannot use my services entirely.  I apologize for the length of the present, I have not nowhere else to turn.  Everyone knows this?  Can someone on staff help?  Here, I'm desperate.
