  I had the same problem. I did reset my phone partail and my number is now correct on the Palm profile site.

  Let's not the phone number indicated in HP Support Assistant for the Germany. Under the button 'Contact support' location Germany selected, 'call HP"indicates phone number 01805 65 21 80. This phone number no longer in service.

  The right phone numbers are on http://www8.hp.com/de/de/contact-hp/phone-assist.html and in my case, it would be + 49 69 2999 3434 for support for portable computers.

  I used the Feedback button in the HP Support Assistant to report the problem on the wrong telephone number.

  The about button / check for the latest version on HP Support Assistant version: 7.0.39.15 (running on the laptop of HP ENVY 15 TS) came back with the result that the latest version is already installed. I noticed that on the page of the driver for my laptop, this 7.3.35.20 Version sp62291.exe is available. Once I had downloaded and installed this new version, support for the Germany phone numbers appear correctly.

• How can I reset 'default' browser / navigator / telephone number selector?

  I discovered that the selection of a default option apparently cannot be changed after the selection. I found this to be true in the quick contact applet - I checked the area and then quickly selected the wrong telephone number. I had to remove that number by editing the contact.

  Similarly, I was exploring "Pocket Agent" by State Farm Insurance. I chose to find a hotel and the option of maps and Verizon Navigator came with the default selection box. I checked the place and selected wrong Navigator - I don't have a subscription to it and it won't work with the applet without subscription. I spoke with State Farm - they say that it is a default operating system used phone, not a fault of the program. I talked to Verizon tech support - they thought it was a fault of the preserved applet. They suggested resetting the data and cache (Nothing in it) of the application. I made these and nothing has changed. I even uninstalled, rebooted and reinstalled - it retains the default value to use an unusable applet. I looked for Verizon Navigator in the list of applications, so I could explore these parameters, but it is not - which means that it cannot be uninstalled, either, I guess.

  How can I change this? I think that there is a 'register' somewhere that contains these default settings.

  get into contact and you will see the number you have chosen has a small check next to him. If you want to switch to another number, then press the new number you want to switch to and press "make default number.

  I talked with Skype support team. The solution is to change a setting:

  -Tools

  -Options

  -IM & SMS

  -Settings SMS

  -My mobile phone number. Recipients can send SMS replies: (then select the new mobile phone number)

  Is there a way to allow the user to enter his telephone number, how they hear it and have it format once it has been affixed to your listing? For example, the user could enter the following:

  And it would be the format for display

  You can do all this with the display templates, editing and Validation. You must use a text field.

  To view model using the model of pre-made phone number: text {'('999') ' 999-9999}

  To the Edit template, use multiple options separated by the pipe character.

  Text {'('999') ' 999-9999} | text 9999999999 {} | text {999.999.9999} | text {999-999-9999} | etc.

  And then you can put the same model as the display model in the Validation schema if you want an error should be generated if the number does not match the model.

  Press and hold on the number until the options pop up, then select Add to contacts. Alternatively, you can hit menu when when in contact, then the contact to a contact if the CLIQ facebook link isn't already do it for you as if there name is different.
