  The advanced boot menu, you can access via the F8 key before Windows starts.
  With the F2 and F12 button, you can access the BIOS menu and start.

• HP Envy 15 t-j1000: HP Envy 15 t-j1000 Select Edition died during the night?

  I tried to start up my HP Envy 15t - j1000 select edition yesterday morning and I get no response what so ever. At first I thought I had left it on the exhaustion of the battery during the night. However, after a lot of troubleshooting (remove the battery and you try to start on the whole, hard reset, try another AC charger, removing RAM Modules and other components) I still can't you it to Sunrise power. The power led next door where my adapter plugs on it used to light either. It's as if the machine of the entry is completely dead, has no sense as long as its been runing perfectly without any problems.

  In addition, it has beats audio, but no button beats on the chassis (as far as I can tell) because I know it's a problem reported causing some laptops with her boot.

  I understand you have changed the power button Board and the problem persists.

  The led indicates the power is getting to the laptop. After replacing the power button you know power going to the motherboard, but it seems to stop there.

  The next step would be to replace the motherboard.  Because they tend to be expensive, you can do a price comparison to see if the replacement of the motherboard, or the purchase of a new laptop is the best option for you.

  I'm having a problem with the auto test my card PCI-6224 in my computer. I am able to run 2 different tables successfully on 2 different computers, but this computer is that it seems to give me trouble.

  When I open NI MAX to run the test, it gives me a code error-88302 and explains the problem with the connection. I have tried unplugging the DAQ for my circuit and rerun the test but got the same error.

  How can - I have worse to pull this problem to take my next steps to solve this?

  Yes, at this point, it sounds like a software on this particular calculation problem - most likely a problem with DAQmx. What version of currently installed DAQmx? When you try the first troubleshooting steps that I recommended, don't you just fixed DAQmx or upgrade to the latest version of the driver?   I have a desktop computer with a processor Intel Core 2 Duo CPU 32 - bit Windows 7 Home Premium.  It has run successfully for 2 years without any problem.  Sometimes the last month the noise stopped working.  When I try to configure the speakers I get the error message "Failed to play Test Tone".  It was originally plugged into the sound of the motherboard, so I purchased and installed a sound card.  After you have installed all the drivers, the sound still doesn't work, and I get the same error message.   I went through the tutorial 'No Sound in Windows' and run the audio troubleshooter, it does not find a problem.  I installed a new instance of Windows 7 on a partition on the same computer.  This instance of Windows sound plays, so I know the sound card works.  I think that a recent Windows Update may have caused the problem, but I can't understand that one.  Does anyone have a suggestion as to what I should try next?

  I ended up reinstalling Windows.  After that I did the sound came back.  I look very carefully at updates and ensuring that I have a return upwards before allowing Windows updates.  It was a major pain but at least my husband can now watch his videos with sound.

  If Memtest86 fails then you need to get into the BIOS and set the RAM timing.  Memtest86 + displays the calendar then use the value displayed and compare to the real specs for your memory.  Also, you may need to increase the voltage to the RAM (in BIOS) place a small amount.

  Have you tried to do a hard reset?  It drains all the residual energy of the laptop and hardware reset forces.  If you haven't tried this before I would suggest trying the following.

  1. Make sure that the laptop is completely turned off.
  2. Remove the battery and AC power.
  3. Press and hold the power button for 15-20 seconds, three times.
  4. Replace the battery and AC power.
  5. Try to start Notepad.

  With a DMP file we cannot tell if it was hardware or the stress test itself.  What stress test you were running and why were you running?

  The DMP file points to Genuine Intel so I suspect that you was running Prime95 and test the CPU. If this is the case and that you want us to study it there a memory full DMP (large file) is located in C: | Called WINDOWS MEMORY. DMP.

  You can connect a debugger via Eclipse... you can not a stack trace, UNLESS you catch

  I need to add data obtained during the tests to the report header (ATML TR5/6_Horizontal.xsl). I tried to implement all update features I've seen here, nothing done. I can get some added things if I do during the PreUUT, but I do not have these data. Does not work try the same commands (use the Parameters.UUT.AdditionalData container). I have not been able to get either the recall of ModifyReportHeader to do. Help and I saw others examples of support seem to be about half of what I need to this implementation. Any help is appreciated.
