  A tip: Stop running the battery to the point of the device stops, if you can. This has nothing to do with your question, but it isn't geat for the battery.

  Connect the device to your computer using the Blackberry link & reload the OS (Applications & data will be lost). Its should fix the problem if its something related to the operating system.
