  • The blue screen Module developing Blues

    I have problems with the graphics card Intel 515 Graphics map in Lightroom CC. Is there a solution for the blue screen that appears in the develop Module? I have a HP Pavilion x 360 11-k117cl Convertible notebook and have exhausted all the tips in the help pages and can not find the file 'Lightroom 6 Preferences.agprefs' help pages suggest that I change. Can someone tell me where the file is located so that I can try this solution? Thank you.

    I was finally able to locate the file "Lightroom 6 Preferences.agprefs" in the folder program files, but was unable to make the recommended changes. In settings of Windows of 10, I went to the Device Manager and disabled the graphics card by clicking on the sign on the card and choose "disable". That solved the problem. Just to be safe, I rebooted my computer and restarting did re - impossible card. This will leave the invalid card unless I have consciously to go back into Device Manager and turn it back on. Since I'm on this laptop to download and to secure my photos when I travel, that should be all I have to do for now. I don't know what other problems may come from turning off the graphics card in other programs, but is not currently a factor. I will cross that bridge...
