12.4.3.1 iTunes crashes when syncing iPhone installed 6 9.3.5

As it is said, iTunes force crashes/closes unexpectedly when you try to sync with my iPhone 6. It is a problem, too I had with previous versions of iOS and the phone seems stuck after saving the phone, usually the last stage, or more generally during one of the steps: "waiting for items to synchronize." When I quit iTunes then reconnect the phone, it tends to go very well. That doesn't happen whenever I have clocks and is random. Was wondering if others have this problem and what could be done to remedy this.

What you do is now very well. "Pending items to synchronize" is sometimes, especially after a system update in a long process, in order to not jump ship too early. You can also try performing a reset, while the device is connected to iTunes, but iTunes recovery generally works better.

------

Try these standard troubleshooting steps.

Reset: hold the Home and Power buttons until you see the Apple logo (10 to 20 seconds).

If this does not help, you may need to restore your iPhone: https://support.apple.com/en-us/HT204184

If your backup in iTunes, make sure that it is an encrypted backup.

  • iTunes crashes when trying to sync.

I have 2 iPod touch and iPad 2.  When I download an IOs updated Itunes hangs in the download.  The same thing will happen if I try to sync music (more than say 50 folders).  If I sync only a few files, synchronization will end.  I worked with apple for several weeks.  He went up to their "Engineers".  They come back with 'it's a XP problem  I'm not sure what to try next.  I've uninstalled and reinstalled all software Apple (Itunes, Quicktime, Safari) according to the instructions of the support.  I did all the updates of Windows.  Uninstalled/reinstalled AVG Anti-virus software.  Nothing seems to work!  According to the accident report "AppName: itunes.exe AppVer: 10.2.2.12 ModName: msvcrt.dll ModVer:7.0.2600.2180 Offset: 000372e3.  I tried to restore the file msvcrt.dll from the XP disc.

  • 12.5.1 iTunes crashes when you play on AirPlay

    Hi all...

Since the 12.5.1, update any when I play music over the airtime to one of my devices AirPlay after ten minutes or so, iTunes hangs on my iMac. I have had three accidents on three times when I played the music in this way, since the update.

Of course, I could use some advice on how to approach this. It is even possible to go back to my old iTunes?

Furthermore, I played music over airtime all the time before the update with iTunes ever crashing. In addition, a few anecdotes:

    • iMac is connected to an Airport Extreme via Ethernet
    • Airport Extreme is plugged into an Ethernet hub
    • The Airplay device is a Pioneer receiver, connected on the same hub Ethernet (two different Pioneer receivers in two different places)

    Hello Brent,.

Thank you for your participation in the communities of Support from Apple.

I see that iTunes is leaving after an update when you play songs to AirPlay devices. Let's try some troubleshooting steps to help isolate and resolve the cause of the error.

If you haven't done so already, don't forget to restart your network devices and receivers of the AirPlay. For AirPort Extreme, I suggest a "soft reset" for now as mentioned in resetting an airport station base FAQ.

Then try the AirPlay test in safe mode and a new account on your Mac user. The following steps can help to eliminate software conflicts in your user account and can give us an indication of the additional troubleshooting steps to try then.

You can use this Support article as a guide to complete both of these steps-How to test one question in another user on your Mac account.

When it comes to tests in a new user, you need to import a few songs in iTunes for testing library. Here are some links to help with the signing in music Apple or download past purchases:

  • iTunes crashes when opening since the last iso update

Updated my iso software a few weeks ago.  Since then, whenever I try to open itunes, it crashes and gives the following error: any suggestions on how to solve this problem?  Impossible to get in itunes at all.  Tried to start if not connected to internet/wifi etc as suggested by apple.  not good. didn't want to go that the uninstall/reinstall route until I was sure it was necessary.  Thanks in advance for your suggestions.

The steps described in the second case are a guide to remove everything related to iTunes and then rebuild what is often a good starting point, unless the symptoms indicate a more specific approach. Review other cases and a list of documents to support further down the page, in which case one of them applies.

More information area has direct links with the current and recent if you have problems to download, need to revert to a previous version or try the version iTunes for Windows (64-bit-for old video cards) as a workaround for the problems of performance or compatibility with third-party software.

Your library must be affected by these measures, but it is also related to backup and recovery advice if necessary.

  • iTunes crashes when I open the album Alabama shake, I just buy

I have a strange problem.  My iTunes was working fine, no problem.  I just bought an album through the iTunes store (shake it Alabama remodeled, sound and color where it is important).  When I try to access this album and read it, iTunes hangs.  I get the spinning wheel of death and have to force quit the application.  Everything else is fine, I can play more songs, everything seems to work, but the minute I clicked Alabama shake it, boom, the spinning wheel of death.  Any suggestions?  I'm running OS X 10.11.2 and iTunes 12.3.2.35 on a late 2013, 27 "iMac.  Thank you!

Update: I only have a problem in the "Albums" view  In all other modes I play the songs of Alabama shake very well.

  • iTunes crashes when you go to the store

Hi, this could well be the last chance. I had this problem since the installation of the latest version of Itunes. I can update my apps ok, but as soon as I try to access the store for music, etc it hangs. There is no error number and ends by saying that windows is serching for a solution consisting in intsaller I have already. In my view, support Itunes gave me now. I tried: complete the removal and reinstallation of Itunes, sending reports of diagnosis, directed to a web page of MS, via communities to support itunes, which gives a fixit who has helped many others, I tried procmon that gives some cases iTunes has not allowed and I guess maybe to investigate on no longer. The thing is that it comes so then close access to the store and I have actually connected to the store once during al this but came out and went back in and it crashes.
So can someone out there help me please.

  • Smartphone blackBerry storm crashes when syncing

I managed to corrupt my calendar of the device. While trying to sync, I get a "the operation ended unexpectedly '" synchronization "crash". It happens all the time at the same point, while in the mode of synchronization of calendar in "record 193 reading the MS Outlook calendar. I reinstalled the software for the device. Removed and reinstalled desktop software. No luck. Someone at - it suggestions? Is there a way to clean all the entries in the schedule of the unit so that I could try and re-synchronization in this way? Calendar is the most important function that I need. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

    Hello and welcome!

While I do not use your method of synchronization of calendar (I'm on BES), looks like you have a bad record in your calendar (in Outlook) and it is where he has problems. If there is no way to understand what this incorrect record is, you can then delete (in Outlook) and return to normal operation. But, as I say, I do not use your synchronization method and I can't recommend much more than that.

But, do not forget to check also a few things...

    (1) make sure that you are at the latest versions of OS and DM production.

    (2) perform a reboot of your storm's batt-pull over a full power down reboot your PC... then try again.

    (3) If you determine that the problem is between DM and Outlook, then a place to ask for assistance could be in the BB Desktop Software Forum ( http://supportforums.blackberry.com/rim/board?board.id=BlackBerryDesktopSoftware ); This forum is for questions specific to the unit (although I admit that sometimes the line gets fuzzy).

    Hi Domecia,

In your documents directory, there should be a file called MuseLog.txt. Could you please send that to me? He could have information about the crash. Also, if you could send me your file to muse I take a peek and try to reproduce the crash. If files are larger than 20 MB, please use a service to share files such as Dropbox or send Adobe.

  • everything crashing when trying to install windows xp for a dual boot with preinstall windows 7

I'm doing a dual boot with my preinstall windows 7, I'm done with partitioning already but when I try to reboot with my windows xp cd, just after he made all the check and talking about going to the installation of windows xp, it will crash and go to the Blue error screen. • Lightroom crashes when importing, iPhone a trigger

The latest version of Lightroom CC, 2015.2.1, continues to be unstable, crashing constantly, taking usually Windows desktop down with it requiring a reboot of the entire system.

The import module and its new GUI seems to be a trigger for this behavior. By clicking import, sometimes LR crashes immediately without displaying the import screen, sometimes he half-displays the screen to import as a transparency on the normal screen then freezes and sometimes the import screen becomes fully visible but then more often as otherwise LR and the crash even when Windows desktop.

Although this behavior may happen at any time, try to import photos from an iPhone ensures a fatal full system shutdown.

2015 Lightroom versions have all been more unstable than previous versions. These problems seem to be centered around video issues. I have an AMD Radeon graphics card and had to rollback repeatedly last year drivers (as well as uncheck LR graphics options) for LR to work. And each new version of LR seems to require to start from scratch to get the program, the operating system and graphics card all talk to each other. This time, they're not talking.

Adobe, what do you think? Similar problems are reported on the net.

Any help with this mess is greatly appreciated.

    Hi ejbSFO

    Greetings!

Although this behavior may happen at any time, try to import photos from an iPhone ensures a fatal full system shutdown.

If the accident is specific to the iPhone, it is because Lightroom performs an analysis of all the devices where the pictures would be. He has the problem where it cannot correctly identify a smartphone as a "hard disk". So, if you set your iPhone to connect as a support MTP device. The question could not arise.

2015 Lightroom versions were more unstable than previous versions

You can restore the version 2015.1.1. Refer to restore an earlier version of update
