M100: Need driver for SD Card Host Controller & IR Port
Hello
Can someone tell me if I can get the drivers for M100 Secure Digital (SD) Host Controller Card?
I had an accident on my M100 and had to rebuild my machine, everything works fine expect the IR Port & SD Card. Can someone tell me if I can get the drivers.
REDA
Hello
Usually the IR port doesn't need any further pilots.
It uses a standard Windows driver and you won't find any Toshiba IrDA drivers for this device. It doesn t exist.
This route allows to install the IrDA driver;
C:\Windows\System32There you should find all the standard Microsoft drivers for common devices
PS: All drivers from Toshiba here:

Quad Intel 82576 Gigabit Port Adapter AND
Hi all:
I just install ESX 4 Update 1 on a Dell R710 2 Intel 82576 Gigabit AND Quad Port SErver Adapters server, but ESX4 does not recognize QuadPort cards. Has anyone encountered this problem? I know, he had problems in the past in version 3.5 with these maps, but I can't find any information on their subject for version 4 Update 1.
Thanks in advance
If you find this information useful or appropriate, please consider giving points.Have you installed the driver below during the installation of ESX 4.0u1?

4402 controller and Microsoft IAS
We have recently installed a 4402 WLC and all our standalone AP improved to of LWAPP. Each of the previous AP had an entry in IAS Radius. Can they be deleted without IAS problem now? As far as I can see IAS logs all authentication requests are received from the WLC only.
If I remove them, it will allow me to add other Cisco devices in IAS since Microsoft sets a limit of 50 customers.
I was not able to find a definitive answer to this in the documentation.
I have no connection to this, but yes, you can remove your Radius server's individual access points.
Authentication is now managed by the WLC and IAS Radius.

5508 controller Ethernet ports
Forum
We are giving demonstrations a box 5508 for a client installation. I was asked by the customer the other day if the 8-port ethernet on the WLC are for plugging AP in. I told them I don't, I thought just a network connection would be sufficient because this guy will be able to be sent to all the other networks of the AP are on. I was not able to explain what all the ports were for, but he told them that I would like to know.
Can someone of you give an example of why real life there are 8 ports ethernet on the box?
Thank you
Kevin
The original idea is to group 8 as an Etherchannel ports for the connection of 8 Gbps. You have that bandwidth when you have 500 joined APs.
You can connect the ports on different switches if they are non-grouped.
Connect directly on APs it would work (it works on the 2106 which is made for that), but it's not very practical. This makes the need to create the AP Manager by port interface, you do not have redundancy and APs are not accessible from the network

So, I'm looking to buy an Acer Aspire E 15.6 "laptop with Gigabit Ethernet. But the Future Shop site says that there "Port Ethernet: 10/100/1000 '... Is it the same or... ? Thank you! -of the Canada!
1000 megabits per second (to be honest, it must be 1024 MB/s) = 1 Gigabit per second
It's the same thing.

Is it possible to config only 1 GB to 4402 controller LAN connection. Or should I use two connectors Go?
Because I have only 1 GB free on my switch port.
Hi René,.
You can use the port that a single concert for you to connect to the switch. 2 ports can be used if you want por tchannel switch and you want your controller to work with a LAG.
But you can simply connect 1 port switch to the controller and configuring manamenet and interface ap - manager link to a physical port depending on what you are using.

N600 LAN ports not giving Gigabit speeds
I have a dual band of N600 wireless router and am unable to see 1000 Mbps when connected to one of the four ports. If I plug my Imac directly into my capable modem, I can connect at 1000 Mbps. I swapped the cable and changed the network settings on the Imac in 1000Baset Full Duplex without success. This device is sold as Gigabit Lan ports, but I'm unable to get this connection.
Any ideas for me to try?
It have LAN fast ethernet gigabit ports. See datasheet.

HDMI port stops when stowing E7450 processor and controller
I have recently received a new E7450 processor and controller to replace an E7440. My E7440 worked perfectly in my PROX3 docking station. I have three monitors (right now, just try with two until the issue is resolved). Again, my E7440 works PERFECTLY with all three connected monitors. I connect two of them to the back of the docking station (VGA/DVI). The third is connected directly to the laptop's HDMI port. I used this configuration during the previous several years and two laptops from Dell.
Now that I've updated for E7450 processor and controller, HDMI port ceases to push graphics as soon as the laptop is connected. Two other monitors work fine. Here is what I tried:
1. I disconnected the other two monitors (ensuring that this isn't a problem with the graphics card does not support three monitors).
2. I then plugged into the HDMI Jack on the laptop - nothing
3. I seconded the portable - PHOTO! YAY!
4. I have connected the laptop - photo gone, boo!
5. Rinse and repeat in many different ways.
ALSO, in which case it is suggested, I have already updated all drivers (BIOS, chipset, GPU, etc.).
Conclusion, the laptop docking station seems to just close the HDMI port. How can I get that laptop to the HDMI port to continue working moored?
* UPDATE *.
I unplugged the other monitors of the docking station and the connected HDMI monitor started working. I reconnected it then either the docking station monitors and monitor HDMI immediately lost the connection again. For some reason, this laptop is not allow both HDMI and VGA or DVI to work simultaneously.
Never found a solution to the problem with HDMI works not as any other view is hung. That being said, I've found a workaround. I hope this helps others.
Rephrase the question more clearly - I have an E6420 E7440 and a processors E7450 and controller. I installed Windows 7 Professional on all three laptops. Each laptop has all the updates applied and latest windows drivers. The E6420 and the E7440 both work with a connection HDMI, VGA and DVI (HDMI on the laptop itself, VGA/DVI on the docking station). E7450 processor and controller, although it has the same exact port as the E7440 design, does NOT allow for the HDMI port to work as any other display (VGA, DVI or DP) port is connected.
Fortunately, the E7450 processor and controller has a mini DP to this topic. I bought an adapter mini DP to HDMI and connected my third monitor to the card and the mini DP port on the laptop. Now, all three monitors are working once more.
Now Interestingly if I connect the mini DP to my E7440, it does NOT work while the other monitors are connected. So for the E7440, can I use the HDMI connection, but NOT the DP connection. Just the opposite with the processors E7450 and controller.

UCS-C210-M2 on the problem of gigabit ethernet ports.
I have 2 x C210 M2 with 2 mother board gigabit ethernet ports and 4 gigabit ethernet ports on a PCI card ports.
PCI 4 port cards work fine.
On the 2 ports on the motherboard, I have a problem with ESXi 4.1:
My 2 ports is auto-negotiation and on the vsphere client speed and duplex of the ports are always displayed correctly.
The switch network where the server is connected is a C-3560.
I use this server for Unified Communications, one I see the problem on downloading large files.
With a virtual machine connection of the unit, when I want to download a file of locale (language file - 650 MB to 1 GB)
The download progress is displayed in MB and it progresses very slowly as 1 MB every many seconds.
Whereas, when I use a map PCI 4 port gigabit port, I can see the progression to go at a speed of tens of MB in the same period.
The only way to have growth to proceed more quickly with the 2 on the main Board gigabit ports, is to set the speed of the 3560 switch
10 Mbps and half duplex. In this case, when we look at the client vsphere, the gigabit on the server port negotiates to 10 MB - half Dupl.
and the progress is constant and much faster that it is at this time to 1000 Gb/s Full Dupl.
Someone has an idea.
My CIMC firmware version is 1.4.1 and I run ESXi 4.1.0

Hello Mark,
LRO of ESXi feature works well with the Linux kernel (depending on the version of UC apps, they rest RHEL 4.7 / RHEL 5.5)
Try to turn off RSO on ESXi and check the transfer rate.

Displacement of ESXi 4 host to Port Gigabit
Hello
We run ESXi 4. I would like to pass the physical interface to connect a fast ethernet port gigabit port. Everyone sees any problems with simply pull on the cable and connecting to the new gigabit switch? Anything I need to worry about this move?
Thank you
Stem
If it is a single connection, you actually interrupt the network traffic to and from the host and virtual machines for a short period. If this is acceptable to you, then it's ok.

Airport Extreme Gigabit Ethernet and Jumbo frames
Hi all.
Can anyone support me kindly about Gigabit Ethernet & Jumbo Frames with Airport Express?
I currently have and use a 5th generation Airport Express and you want to buy the QNAP TS - 453 Pro NAS. In any implementation of storage NAS, Gigabit Ethernet, the frames extended as matching Ethernet card well, are all very important to achieve broadband performance, so my questions are:
5th generation Airport Express
- Are the NETWORK Gigabit NIC Ethernet card?
- It also works with extended frames (QNAP NAS supports 4074, 9000 and 7418 bytes for MTU)?
- QNAP can trunk NIC (if more then one) with the following options:
- IEEE 802.3ad (dynamic link aggregation)
- Balance-tlb (Adaptive Transmit Load Balancing)
- Balance-alb (Adaptive Load Balancing)
- others (mainly for failover)
Is 5th generation Airport Express enough or should I think about moving to the 6th generation?
Thank you.
You mix up the terminology... Express and Extreme are totally different.
The title is correct... Extreme... your question text replaces by Express... they are only 10/100... and gen only 2 of them.
Any airport extreme Gen2 - Gen6
Use the Gigabit ports.
Do not support jumbo frames
Do not support pairing.

E3200 status for the Port issues
Hello
On my E3200 (Firmware v1.0.04), I service gigabit (technology Versa Vx-200E) plugged into the WAN port and 4 lines connected to the LAN ports.
"The Internet Port" shows 10 / 100 Mbps (why could - this be?)
LAN Status port:
1 - Gigabit poster. (Connected to a Gigabit Netgear GS108 switch)
2 Watch at all without status (connected to a switch gigabit TP-Link TL-SG10005D)
3 watch at all without status (connected to a switch gigabit TP-Link TL-SG10005D)
4 watch at all without status (connected to a switch gigabit TP-Link TL-SG10005D)
Why the Internet Port displays 10/100 when a Gigabit is connected to it?
Why do 2-4 LAN ports show no status at all?
Thank you.
Paul
Hey, Paul! The WAN port on the router is not gigabit capable so there is no way he will go beyond 10/100. The LAN ports will show only status if data packets are transferred.

Cannot ping port host MD3000i on RC0
Hello
I have set up my iSCSI network, as suggested in this post:
http://en.community.Dell.com/TechCenter/storage/w/wiki/MPIO-to-PowerVault-MD3000i-with-Microsoft-iSCSI-initiator.aspx
I can only ping the ports of controller RAID 1 (two ports). All of my iSCSI traffic is drunk through the controller. Windows Server 2008R2 (R710/810), but also an ESXi 4.1 cluster (R610 and PE2950) access the dedicated iSCSI network. I contacted the support a few weeks ago, and they have replaced the MD3000i RAID controllers as well as the background. They are insistent that there is a configuration problem and would not assist any more beyond to send me links suggested configs. I went through the Setup on the R810 (Windows 2008R2) from scratch. This has not produced different results. Then I updated all drivers (BCM5709Cs) NETWORK card and software on all hosts, successfully restarted the MD3000i and the two MD1000s bike powered two switches HP Procurve 1400 and restarted all hosts. I can't always ping RC0. I Putty and captured RC0 boot logs, but it was not obvious to me. Here are the logs of boot:

Server 1 iSCSI port 0 (in the subnet 10.182.233.x 24)
etc.
To test iSCSI on controller 0 port, take a cell phone with a Gbit ethernet port (any modern laptop should have it), connect the ethernet controller iSCSI 0 0, 10.182.232.100 port value IP from the laptop and try to ping 10.182.232.250 (assuming that it comes to the INVESTIGATION period on this port). If it works, change the IP of the laptop to 10.182.233.100 and move the cable to the iSCSI port 1 and try to ping 10.182.233.250 and see if you can ping the IP address.
If these two are working, the first thing that comes to mind is that the port 0 and 1 have their swapped cables.
