8.1 Internet Windows question

Hello world

I have 8 PCs with windows 8.1, the same question:

Internet works for awhile, then he suddenly stops, and it does not work until I restart the whole PC.

But, when I ping to address public IP or a Web site, I get a reply!

the network driver is up to date, windows is up to date.

Note: it is wired connection

So, what I should do to fix this stupid question?

Thanks in advance.

  • Desktop HP Pavilion pb-2310 - Internet form questions

My client has a brand new Pavilion pb-2310 running Windows 8 and rarely goes online. Recently, however, he tried to make purchases online through web forms complex, for example at Air France trying to make travel arrangements. Questions that there occur regardless of site web and browser. Although printed on the box of his computer says he is entitled to phone support free of charge for the first year after purchase, I was unable to find a phone number for support anywhere - without fees or other. Not on the box, booklet supplied with the PC and not to any of the sites web support not in the warranty and technical support. So I came here to ask for help - by someone who can give me the phone number, or by a person who recognizes this problem and knows how to guide me in troubleshooting/fixing.

Any time, he went to a web site where he needs to use a form - fill in the form fields, click buttons, etc. - things start well. It fills in the fields on the form without problem. Then it is time to click by 'next', 'continue' or 'send' button and everything grinds to stop. The screen and the form are block, it can capture is no longer in the fields, nor the commands buttons do not work. There is no separate window that is open and is perhaps hidden behind the browser window, he worked in.

He seems to think that it is a question of java or javascript, because often, in the status bar, it will see the associtated to javascript with the button or the field command. Normally, it uses Google Chrome, but when we went to IE 9, issues appeared. These problems do not occur on his laptop, just on this new HP Pavilion Desktop PC.

If anyone is aware of this problem, or can indicate a number of phone support or live chat, we both would be very grateful.

    3. Right mouse click on the bar very high and select menu. , You should now see a selection of tools will appear.
    4. Click on tools and go down to the compatibility view settings.
    5. Enter the web site that you want to run in compatibility mode.  See the image below.  Now try to access the site using IE from the desktop.

  • Wrong with Internet Windows Vista wireless

    Hello

I have a basic E-Machines with Windows Vista Edition desktop computer. I have 3 GB of ram and 160 GB of hard drive. I own a Link Sys adapter wireless 802.11 G and 2.4 GHZ. My wireless router is a Fritz! Box WLAN 7112 (I'm stationed in Germany, so he is a German router). The Fritz! Case is compatible with Sys Link as he worked very well with any other computer that I put it in place. In addition, my router is working fine with my wireless Xbox 360, Zune HD and my Windows 7 laptop.

My problem is that sometimes my internet disconnects. Sometimes I'll completely lose internet in total, while at other times, I'll get the sign "local only". I tried to disable the DHCP BROADCAST times manually and through Microsoft, they offer an automatic fix for this problem. However, just at the point where it seems as if the problem disappeared, he returned. Now, the internet is cutting at least twice an hour. So the internet to reconnect, I have to disconnect and reconnect my Sys Link adapter. Also, I thought it would be my adapter, so I've known a good and I tried it out, but I came up with the same question.

Any help would be greatly appreciated,

  • No connection Internet Windows 7

First off I have COMODO net security on my Windows 7 computer. I write from my other windows XP computer to tell you what happened on my Windows 7. I'm not showing any Internet connection and can't open any browser. He wants me to use a system image to restore, but I've never done something like this, so I don't have any information to do a system restore...

It's a refurbished HP desktop computer I bought at Wal-Mart, after sales of Christmas for $89. Now I am not able to use it internally due to no Internet connection. I hooked it up to a device that is also connected to my other computer, they run together on the same computer Internet service.

I sat like a duck not knowing what to do to put in the required information to restore. He came with a disc either, so I could just reinstall Windows 7. Please tell me what are my options?

Computer was working fine yesterday April 2, 2016. I had my COMODO technician working on it to clear up a bright red scream that said the misleading Web sites before. This is a link that appears each time I surfed on a traffic exchange.

I hope that there is something you can help me. Please call me as well if you can.

    Thank you

  • Satellite C50 - update Windows questions

    Hello

I bought a Satellite C50 windows 8 year last for my partner (who has the patience of a gnat and click on everything and nothing), when windows updates were installed on a month ago, she lost the office link, she kept flashing on and outside. She managed to access the Internet through internet Explorer tab (only for the bingo & ebay lol).

An other recent windows update took forever to load then a failure to configure changes return messages that froze the laptop.

Yesterday, I managed to return to the default value, all settings, after all personal preferences, I went to update the page to change the settings to apply updates before installing, and he said he had to be updated before choosing the updates!

I'm back there again and I was wondering if there was a specific update that is causing all this trouble. Although my bank balance is looking better, I'll throw this lappy in the bin and just buy another!

    Help, please. Thanks :)

    Hello

In general, I agree with the view of s IronMan.
The point is that you can always set the computer laptop initial configuration using the recovery procedure.

After this procedure the system windows will install updates from Microsoft.
This may take some time and the unit must be restarted several times during this procedure.

A system update will install before other updates have been installed.
Therefore, this process could take a little longer.

In addition, you will need to update to the latest system 8.1 Win the old Win 8.
This can be done after have installed all updates to Win 8.
The Win 8.1 update should be done as recommended by Toshiba.

The complete step by step instruction can be found here:
    http://www.Toshiba.EU/innovation/generic/windows8_1-message/

You will be also informed about updates of Toshiba Toshiba service station preinstalled.
In this case, it will be very easy to get the latest version of the driver.

I hope this helps a little

  • HP 15-af131dx: pilots internet Windows 7 HP 15-af131dx?

    Hello

I recently bought a laptop from HP 15-af131dx from BestBuy. It came with 10 Windows but I'm not a big fan of Windows 10 so I went down to Windows 7. I searched for hours for drivers from internet for this but I can't. Now, it seems that HP has only listed under Windows 10 for him and 10 Windows drivers drivers seem to not work. Now, I see that there is no official driver for Windows 7 for this model, but does anyone know wireless drivers that work?

    Thank you

    Hello:

    It should work...

    Wireless:

    Ethernet:

This package contains the Realtek driver local area network (LAN) that allows the NIC (NIC) Realtek chip in the notebook models that are running an operating system supported.

  • New on windows - question about installations of update failed

I am new to Windows, but recently purchased a netbook with Windows 7. I also installed Norton Internet Security.  I do not use the netbook every day, so every time I restart, I ensure that I update Windows and Norton.  Today, I watched the history of update and discovered that some elements did not install on other occasions. I don't know whether to worry about this or not.  If the elements have failed to install, say, two weeks ago, Windows Update would not try to install them again when I ran the update engine then?  I have received no notification on this topic - I just noticed this by looking at the history of update.

While some of the elements initially appear in history as 'impossible' later appear as "successful", I can't find two articles among the facilities of 'success'  They are:

    (1) definition update for Windows Defender - KB915597 (. 1.79.702.0) and

    (2) definition update for Windows Defender - KB915597 (1.75.377.0.)

Since the date where these two updates could not be installed, there are several successful installations of security for Windows upgrades and updates security cumulative for Internet project.

I am now, I was wondering if the above is not updates of definition for Defender could have been included in the broader future updates.  Or should I still worry that these two items do not have install and try to do it manually?

Thank you very much for your help!

If you use Norton 360, please turn off windows Defender. If the Defender and norton are running, your system can know the performance degradation and other problems caused by the conflict of two services providing real-time protection at the same time.

It is very important to update the virus definitions regularly. Otherwise you will not be protected against the latest threats

Swede08, Norton 360 provides complete protection. However for a home user, I won't recommend that Norton 360 or other paid antivirus solutions

You can use Microsoft security essentials. Its free of cost. Its your choice and depends on you and what kind of protection you need

I hope the above information helps you
