• Questions/problems of face recognition

  I've been evaluating a multitude of photo organizing software, and so far, the Photoshop elements Organizer is the best in all areas except facial recognition that I am having some problems with.  So, before buying, I wanted to see if I could get more information.  Here are the problems I encounter:

  1. does very well, even after hundreds of photos of the same person.  Right now I'm working on the Organization of a value of 14 photos and I literally have thousands of pictures of my son.  I used facial recognition on hundreds of photos of him so far, and it's always trouble recognizing him.  I get the "who is it?" and, on a large number, it's not even list him as an option on its "best estimate".  I could understand this if the photos are blurred, the face is hidden or in a weird angle, but these are before on.  He, however, does really well when I have a tag like "Photo Bomber", "Comrade", etc., where there are many different faces for the tag.  I don't understand how various people can be labeled correctly when a face which is the most frequent is not.

  2. I have many same photo referenced in #1 in the photo gallery of Microsoft Tag and didn't have these problems.  It has just 90% of the time.  Because Microsoft is better facial recognition, I'd rather use it to people tags and then import them into the Organizer to Photoshop, but Photoshop elements doesn't recognize not all tags from Microsoft.  Is there a way to get around this or are there future plans to allow the import of people of any other software tags?

  3. facial recognition is pulling up the same pictures over and over and over and over and over time, and Yes, I checked that I have no duplicate photos.  It's getting really boring, tedious and time consuming.   They are all identical pictures and he is always asking me "Who is it?" even after the fourth time that I said.  Any future plans to fix this?

  4. this one is just an inconvenience instead of a problem, but when you want to identify the people, I sometimes have to double click on the thumbnail and view the photo complete to know the person.  When I do that, if I inadvertently click the 'X' to close the window instead of clicking on the 'Back' button, he's completely the process of recognition of persons.  Then then I have to run the Analyzer again, which takes some time due to the large volume of photos.  It would be wonderful if he was asking me if I want to leave the process instead of just out me.

  What version of Premiere Elements you are using and on what computer operating system is running? Photoshop Elements and Premiere Elements are produced autonomous, each with an organizer of items. Same version, both on the same computer share the same organizing elements catalog.

• Photos of virtual machines with multiple disks on different LUNS - Question

  I have some questions on how to manage the snapshots of virtual machines with multiple disks on different LUNS.  First of all, the LUNS are VMFS.  We are just starting to add virtual machines with dedicated for data storage format VMFS LUNS.  I don't think an extra space must be made for snapshots, as well as at least 100 GB LUN is required to store the data, and then say, add about 25 to 50% of this amount?  Set the 100 GB vmdk file but have the GB from 25 to 50 additional disk space for snapshots, if necessary (rather than just to get a unit number logic needed 100 GB of data and devote all of the 100 GB to the vmdk file).  In addition, if a virtual machine has several files vmdk on different LUNS, which will be a problem to take a snapshot, and is it possible to do just a snapshot of a disk of a virtual computer (as the volume of the BONE)?

  Snapshot files are created in the home folder of the VM by default for all virtual disks, no matter on what data store they are. You must make sure you have enough free disk space on the data store for snapshots.

  If you want to exclude a virtual disks of taking snapshots, you can set it to 'Independent' - 'Persistent' machine virtual settings to the HARD drive.

  Have you checked on the KB930494.log that is in the WINDOW to see where the installation is a failure?
  
  On a clean install of MCE should no problem by installing the SYSTEM .NET Framework 1.0 Service Pack 3 WEB. DLL and MSCOREE. DLL Security Update for Windows XP Media Center Edition and Windows XP Edition Tablet PC less than security software interferes with the installation and/or corrupt .NET update package.

  In addition, it can be an order of updates for .NET 1.0 SP3 installation which will avoid the problem your system knows. You install updates in the order they are presented by automatic updates?

  There is no need to send or post the log, because the whole .NET updates installation and OS stability problems are caused by Norton 360.
  Suggest you clean boot Vista as being expected to eliminate all processes and services of Norton to interfere with the installation of the update.
  In fact, you'd be much better off dumping Norton 360 and installing a Windows-compatible antivirus software.
  Then launch their removal tool for Norton ensure all remnants no longer stay or run this tool (AppRemover) as she removes a long list of security products.
  Then download and install one of the free AVs that work well with Windows Vista, Avast or Antivir .

  You can probably repair the OS running sfc/scannow from an elevated command prompt .
  If that can't do the job, then perform an upgrade on the spot .

  Hello, I follow the instructions to patch my 12.1.0.2.0 database on Windows 64-bit server to Patch 10 .  Everything went well, but I'm having a problem to apply the patch to several databases home alone.  The statement mean I run Datapatch for each instance of database running in my house from Oracle.  I ran the command "datapatch-verbose" and he ran against my default database only.  I confirmed this by running "Select * from dba_registry_sqlpatch" on two databases, and only one has the hotfix information.  How to Datapatch against other databases?  Is there an order of connection string that I use after "datapatch-verbose" or do I have to set the Oracle_sid variable to the other database in the command window, and then run datapatch?  Thanks for any help, the instructions are too vague, and I can't find anything about it in the forums.

  Thanks for looking at my problem. I am very new script and javaScript, and I encountered a strange problem. I always try to solve all my problem myself, with documentation (it helps to learn) or as a last resort with the help of google. But in this case, I'm stuck. I'm sure its something very simple and elementary.

  Here I have a code that simply loads a text file (txt), load the contents of the file in a "var glad." This summary text file a font family name, every name on a new line, as:

  Now I hollow the variable content of loop, extract each letter and add it to the list '[i]' table. If the character is a line break the list [i] table adds another element (i = i + 1); That's how I separate each name in its own element of array.

  The problem I encounter is, when I have hollow loop table fontList and $.writeln (fontList [i]) is the result in the console :

  I have a document with a bunch of paragraph styles that use Myriad Pro Regualar as a base style. Whenever I have paste or draw formatted text in shape a different font and slap the paragraph style it select Myriad Pro Italic, rather than ordinary.

  I don't see anything wacky passes and never had this behaviour before when I used Helvetica Neue, who did not have any "Regular" face, or has never used the Roman side 55 of it for a base.

  This a known issue, I missed?

• Color profile question/problem.

  These two products of the same file were taken on D300s my spouse and are good examples of a profile problem, that I can't solve.  It's the same problem, I also have experience on the Nikon D700 and D3.  What follows has been exported with the profile "caméra Standard" and notice the reflection of the Yellow Sun on the door panels:

  

  The following has been exported with a profile of lightroom generated xrite. Notice the overall contrast better, but also horrible unnatural yellow on the same door:

  

  This difference causes all kinds of distortion in natural hair that contains any red-orange.  I use these doors because they are a striking example.  Any attempt to correct through the World Bank generally will result in too much blue elsewhere.  Also, I've created several test profiles in several light conditions (manually and LR), and they all cause this problem in the three cameras.  This isn't a question of a unicameral bad or wrong created the profile.

  I have two questions: this example shows well enough to see what I mean?   If so, is - anyone can speculate as to the problem or the solution?  Even conjecture would be appreciated since I'm out of my country and not an expert in this kind of thing.   Thank you!

  George, this is an extreme lighting situation that allows to create strange colors that are difficult to "rectify". I put that word in quotes because the question is: what were the colors in lookin at the scene with your eyes. Chances are that the strange colors were there, but not entirely seen, because our brain has a built-in mechanism to change the colors of "what they should be."

  So, in other words, I think that you cannot be too critical of a picture taken in these extreme lighting situations.

  I have also seen pictures taken in such circumstances are very difficult to "color setting". You showed us the example of a photo 'red '. But the same is true when you take a photo in extremely "blue" light (a very cloudy and rainy day in shadow).

  I fould that in such situations I've either must live with colors that are not 'right' or I have to resort to adjustmenst of local color in PS.

  I intend to install Oracle Application Express in my server.
  So, I made an installation of the new database with Oracle Database Enterprise Edition 9i release 2 (9.2.0.1) and the development of Oracle Application Express 3.2.0.00.27 to use with it.
  
  The installation has been successful.
  But I have problems to create workspaces using the Admin option: Worspaces manage-> create in the.
  
  After you open these option, page asking me to enter the name of the workspace and workspace Description.Then appears at the page where I need to enter the re - use an existing schema, the schema name, password and pattern space quota.   I hope someone can point me in the direction of writing to solve a problem of wifi with my B. L50T OS is windows 10 set to update since 8.1 but at the moment where I never checked if the wifi worked on 8.1. The problem is that the laptop detects my modem Virgin 2g wifi signal but it is impossible to connect. It is not 5g or any wifi neighbors. I checked the drivers, updates them, uninstalled them and bought a new Wlan card but still no improvement. I tried to alsi an external usb wifi dongle but still the same problem. I was wondering if it was a problem with the 10 widows and looked at installing windows 7 but that seems an another headache.

  As for your problem of wifi, try to stop your device, router, and modem. Beginning first completely initialize and then activate modem router and wait until fully initialize. Put your device and check the wifi connection.

  As for scrolling try using your two fingers and slide up and down to check if the screen scrolls up/down (try to access a Web page for this review). Other solutions try to access mouse properties and allow it.

  I recently bought Lenovo3000 Y410 of Thailand. Everything else is fine - I'm just too anxious to display quality. It seems that the LCD screen is not as bright and clear enough. I used a Compaq Presario with 15 "WZGA who compared to this one was very bright.

  Y at - there anyhing I'm missing? I downloaded the latest graphic driver of site Web lenovo, attempted to change the properties of InterAGP but seems unhappy.

  Or maybe it's just Ok I'm being paranoid!

  Compaq Presario likes to use a screen bright and not dull, while Lenovo has a preference for the mast. So is also well your flat screen or brilliant, besides some screen are just WXGA while some are WXGA +, even similar screens from different manufacturers have different maxmium nit.   Since this is my first post, I'll say this first: I love my 4 GB Sansa Clip!

  I had a strange problem, however, and a quick look through the forums has not enlightened yet, although I apologize if it's already been processed somewhere I use my Clip in MSC mode exclusively (DPW was just too odd and flaky). To make it work fine on Windows XP, Mac OS X Tiger and Ubuntu Linux 9.04. Windows is on my main computer, and several months ago the Clip stopped being recognized. In fact, when I plugged into the computer, it come alive and say it is 'connected', but it would not charge and it would not appear as a device in Windows. So I tried it on my Mac mini, and it worked fine. So I used it on my Mac mini since then, but tonight, the same thing happened there: I plugged into it, he said 'connected', but not charged and could not climb. I'm so back to my Windows machine thinking maybe the moody aircraft was begging for some MS action tonight, but no luck. So I restarted in my distro Ubuntu (9.04 v and guess what?) Fortunately, it is charging as I type and he fitted immediately and allowed me to transfer files via.

  So, what gives? Why would it matter what operating system tries to mount? It is a complete mystery to me, and I wonder how long I could have before even Linux stops recognize it...

  I can't speak for your Mac problem, but sometimes the Windows can have a brainfart and corrupt the USB driver. Go in with the connected player Device Manager and look for a faulty device (indicated by a triangle-and-yellow exclamation icon) in the tree view of the devices Universal Serial Bus controllers section. Delete any you find, disconnect the drive and restart your PC. Once Windows has finished loading, reconnect the video and Windows should detect and reinstall the driver.
