After possible Trojan, now all of a sudden, I lost my internet connection.

I am far from an expert on the computer, so when I got this message that a Trojan was tryiong to infect my computer, I knew exactly what to do.  Now, I can not connect to the internet.  I hope there, can someone help me, I live on social security and I can't afford any more tickets, so if you can help I would be very grateful... Help!

If the Trojan horse causes this problem, then it is advisable to run a full scan of the system. To do this, use a PC that is able to connect to the internet and visit:

http://www.Microsoft.com/security/scanner/en-us/default.aspx

Download scanner for your windows, then copy it to the device, such as flash memory removable or external hard and copy it to the PC with the problem and launch the analysis complete the system.

If it detects anything please post the name of the Malware back and remove them and then restart your PC.

Alternatively, you can try to contact your Internet service provider to help you with an internet connection.
