Average codes Lenovo B570 - that make these Solution Center?

I recently downloaded the Solution Center for my Lenovo laptop, B570. It doesn't have the targeted reading test and short SMART self-test. Can someone tell me the problems? (The report was attached as an image.)

I have two HP Photosmart Premium Fax c410a printers. One is in Florida and one in Ohio. I have HP Solution Center installed on a 64-bit Win7 machine. Solution Center has been installed on the computer when I installed the printer FL. Now in Ohio, the Solution Center does not recognize the c410a printer. How can I get Solution Center to recognize the printer. The printer is on the network and the centre of solutions recognizwes the printer from another computer running Windows Vista.

    Hi bill9998,

Is this the same printer that you were using in FL?

If this printer has a different IP address than you installed in Florida, you must run the setup.exe to add this printer to this computer using the IP address assigned to the printer.

Have a HP Officejet Pro L7590 all-in-one.  Under Vista 64-bit.

Updated my Center of solutions for version 14.  Now when I scan something, it scans OK then when I save to file it away.  Looked on the HP site and found Update critical for this problem, however, the critical update is to version 13 and when I try to run it it tells me I need not and will not continue.

Also: (maybe something to do with the problem) when using the / opening of the solution Center, when I goes to the buttons "ScanPicture" or "Scan a Document" and then click on "Change settings" there is nothing in the drop-down list for the ' Scan To: ' section.

Two questions actually related to each other.

    Please, try the following:

Make sure that the HP Solution Center is closed.

    Enter C:\Program Files (x 86) \HP\Digital Imaging\bin and search for the file hpqxmlul.dll .

Move this file to a temporary folder elsewhere as your office, just to backup porpuses.

Download and save the following file to your desktop, remove it by double-clicking, a new hpqxmlul.dll file appears on your desktop.

    Move this file in C:\Program Files (x 86) \HP\Digital Imaging\bin.

  • HP Solution Center does not detect that I've added a second printer

I am running Vista and have the center of solutions HP (latest version) installed and have HP 2575xi connected network.

HP Solution Center recognizes my HP 2575 x, and everything works.

But now I have an extra F4280 HP I want to add in via the USB port on the computer.

First I tried to install it just just pilots F4280, hoping that the HP Solution Center would detect the new printer, but it didn't.

Then, I tried the "Full Install" from the installation disk supplied with the F4280. But he determined that I already have all the software installed, so it didn't install anything.

Center of HP solutions certainly looks like he can handle multiple printers (it has the tabs at the top). But I can't seem to recognize the new printer.

I could try to uninstall and reinstall. But I'm worried that HP Solution Center does not detect the 2575xi since it is a network printer.

How can I know the HP Solution Center to detect and add my new printer?

    Thank you.

When you install the F4280 software, and it is said that the latest version of the software is already installed, then it should give you an option to 'add a device', no?

  • Solution Center icon is missing

I tried to find the HP Solution Center icon. I keep going in circles. It gets frustrating for me. I need help. I followed your instructions and still no results. I'm trying to figure out how to scan on my HP Officejet 4500. My icon is not there. I don't know what it looks like even. I have Windows 10. I don't know if this is the problem or not. Can you help me please? Thank you in advance.

    Hi @ldslady13,

    Welcome to the HP Forums!

I understand that your HP Solution Center is missing with your HP Officejet 4500 printer on Windows 10 operating system. I'm happy to discuss this issue for you!

I check to make sure that the drivers and full software features have been installed. You can download the software by clicking on this link, the HP Officejet full feature and driver software. Or, you can use the software HP printer install wizard for Windows .

  • PhotoSmart D110: Scan failure, failure of HP Solutions Center

Well, I just moved to a new Lenovo PC Dell 6 years. The two are running win 10 64 with automatic updates. On the Lenovo printer funtion works fine, but I'm unable to scan. On the side of things, it seems that the HP Solutions Center is no longer installed HP for the MS side of things Windows think that there is no scanner installed.

I followed all the steps listed for troubleshooting including:

Turn things and turn it back on (duh!).

Running of the HPPSdr several times.

Uninstall and reinstall all the software on my PC HP.

Re-run the HPPSdr and do a full install (another).

    All this without result.

I have also installed the HPAiO Remote app (which seems to be the replacement of HP for the center of solutions) and it also reports that "HP AiO Remote is not able to scan from the printer".

HP website reports that HP can't stand the printer.

So, my guess based on all this is that the latest driver HP deleted the scan from the Desktop feature. My inner conspiracy theorist think it's just a conspiracy to get me to buy a new printer. My Inner Economist think that HP does not want to spend more money on an "obsolete" product and left scanning support to get me to buy a new printer. My realistic interior think some dope just forgot to cut and paste the code analysis functionality in Win 10 driver and this minor oversight through QC.

    Did somebody solve this problem?

    Thank you.

  • HP Officejet Pro 6830: HP Solution Center

It was time to replace my HP Officejet 6310 printer. I wanted to stay with the brand HP because I need to use the HP Solution Center software provided with the printer to manage all of my scan, print and fax. So, I bought the HP Officejet Pro 6830. This model does not include the HP Solution Center! It was rather the HP printer Assistant who does not have the features I need. I called HP to see which models have the HP Solution Center, but she says she does not have a list. And I can not find this software listed in the product description so that shopping for HP printers. Help, please! I need to buy a print-scan-fax HP device that has the HP Solution Center software. Here is a link to a previous HP Support Forum stating that the HP Solution Center software is not affiliated in any way with the Officejet Pro 6830 and can not detect the device of this model: http://h30434.www3.hp.com/t5/Printer-All-in-One-Install-Setup/HP6830-not-recognized-in-HP-Solution-C...

I called HP technical support. The HP Solution Center 'is no longer supported"all new models.

So here's what I can do is no longer with the HP printers:

    1. can't see up close the image I'm scanning. So, I can't crop accurately and make fine adjustments.

    2. granular scanning quality PDF. I scanned "line" or text in black and white mode and this is a resolution low resolution, despite the use of 300 dpi and brightness adjustment.

    3. limited to 300 dpi PDF.

    4. no characteristic clipping for scanning matrix photos in newspapers.

5 JPG limited to 1200 dpi (opportunity to Solution Center with 9600).

It seems that HP scanners provide only basic functionality. I'm go to Epson printers that use the Document Capture Pro Software and advanced features that HP has taken away from us.

  • Photosmart 2575: HP Solution Center does not work

I recently got a new PC with Windows 8.1.
After installation of my printer HP 2575 (purchased in 2006) with the Setup file recommended AIO_CDB_2570_Full_Win_WW_140_408 - 4.exe I discovered that the HP Solution Center did not work.
I received the message that the printer was not found.
But printing works perfectly, so that the part of the installation was successful.
I tried to uninstall and reinstall the printer in many ways, including:
-Uninstall using Uninstall_L1.bat, Uninstall_L2.bat, Uninstall_L3.bat, with reboot between the two.
-Installation of the printer driver just in a first time, then installation of the center of HP solutions after reboot.
The result net is now HP Solution Center shows "HP Solution Center cannot start because your device is incomplete." When I try to start it (so it's even worse than before).
V4.7.0.29 HPPSdr.exe print and Scan doctor says, "a later version of the program is available for this product.
When I use HPSupportSolutionsFramework - 11.51.0049.msi to identify the right driver, I get the same AIO_CDB_2570_Full_Win_WW_140_408 - 4.exe driver file that I have already installed.
Let HPPSdr.exe begins to extract what he considers the right driver gives the file AIO_CDB_2570_Full_Win_WW_140_408 - 4.exe I already downloaded.
I have not actually tried to use the downloaded file, because the download crashed when only a few MB left.

    @Carl-H,

    Welcome to the HP community!

I will do my best to make some useful suggestions in order to get the Solution Center installed and running on your system Windows 8.1. Please first test best in the printer, as this will show us if there are hardware problems, what could be the cause of all the failures of software.

If copies seem to be working, try the following steps:

    1. perform a clean boot, restart the PC and try to run the installation.

    2. use the tool File Checker system for lack of repair or corrupt system files , run the scan to find the files corrupted on your computer. You can run the scan up to three times to see if he'll get all the bugs.

3 cancel the registration and re - register the Microsoft Windows Installer service:
    1. click on the Start menu and type "cmd" in the search field and press ENTER.
2 type "msiexec /Unregister" and then press ENTER.
    3. Type "msiexec/regserver" and then press ENTER.
4 reboot your PC and try the install again.

    4. create a new profile user account with administrative privileges on your PC and run the Setup from there to see if it is correctly executed.

Let me know the results, good luck

  • Cannot find an installation package for Solution Center

When I start my computer, a box comes on the screen saying: Solution Center please wait while windows configures Solution Center.        (On the bottom of the box there)    Cancel

Then another box comes in addition to the one that says the Solution Center OK and cancel (in the upper right corner) the component you are trying to use is on a CD-Rom or another removable disk that is not available.
Insert the disk Center of Solution and clk OK (at the bottom of this box is a box saying - use source - and another nest box to it with - browse - in.)

When I click on cancel another box appears.      It said Solution Center X (top right) (there is a small warning sign, then an installation package for the productSolution Center is not found. Try the installation again using a valid copy of the installation package "Solution Center.msi."     OK (bottom)

I have very good clk and then cancel to get it off my screen.    Is there a place I can get this Package of Solution or a way to keep these boxes appear each time I turn on my computer?

So the Solution Center probably has to do with your HP printer. I believe that you need it to use all the features of the printer. that is, scanning the computer. Knowing that you have an HP printer let me do a Google search. This is one of the links to the forums of HP that describes a fix (scroll down to the second position of Douglas Leshures):

    http://forums13.itrc.HP.com/service/forums/bizsupport/QuestionAnswer.do?admit=109447627+1239667320346+28353475&ThreadId=1201005

If you want to see other related links, I used this search term to my search on Google:

"Center of solutions HP please wait while Windows configures Solution Center"

If you feel uncomfortable a lot of computer work - and it's perfectly OK to admit it, because we have all our areas of expertise - have a competent local computer tech, come on up. I do not recommend using a type BigComputerStore/GeekSquad of the place. MS - MVP - Elephant Boy computers - don't panic!

  • HP Solution Center is installed, but keeps trying to install it again.

Everything seems to work fine (about 3 months), but now whenever I do something that uses the Solution Center, it comes up with a couple of dialog boxes asking to insert the installation disc and install the software. I click Cancel on all boxes and the Solution Center appears and works very well. I think that it may be looking for an earlier version that I deleted, but it's just a hunch.

I put the installation disc in a good location, but now I don't remember where it is.

Thank you to raise this issue again. Some time ago I determined that after that I updated Adobe Flash the problem came back. Your message has triggered an e-mail to me, so I went back to look at the thread on HP forum. Because of this, I found the source of the problem and the solution.

The version of the center of the Solution that was installed with the material looks like a certain version of Adobe Flash. If she does not then he asks the installation disc to install it. So when you update Adobe Flash, the next time that you use the solution center it asks you to insert the installation disc.

HP Solution Center update, he changed the code to allow future versions of Flash. Unfortunately, it took HP a while to create a new version of the Solution Center and I was not aware of the upgrade.

So the solution to the problem is simply to install the latest version of the solution Center for your hardware on the HP website.

When I click on the HP Solution Center it pops up but is empty

    Hello

First of all make sure that the HP Solution Center is closed.

In the control panel select programs and features to uninstall Adobe Flash Player.

With Internet Explorer install the latest Flash Player version from the following link to get the insalled of newer version on your operating system:

    http://get.Adobe.com/flashplayer/

Once you are done restart your PC and try to launch the center of solutions HP once more.

If it persists, type folder in the search bar and open the Temp folder listed.

Open the HP installation folder that begins with the characters (e.g. 7zS1234) 7z

Open the folder of installation, then the folder SolutionCenter.

Right-click on SolutionCenter.msi and select Repair
Note: If the type of file noi is shown its type must appear in the Windows Installer file.

Once you are done restart your PC and check again.

    Hope that helps,

    Hello

I have an Acer Extensa 5220, I got in 2009.  Still works great and is Windows Vista.   My printer is HP Photosmart all in one single C4480.

However, I went today to scan a document and noted that the HP Solution Center no longer opens (it was a month ago.  On my computer, I noticed the drive DVD not working too, but I fixed.  Then I uninstalled and reinstalled the HP software.  Still has not opened.  Then I downloaded the HP Print and Scan doctor.  He said everything was fine, and did a scan test that was the document that I needed.  That worked fine and I managed to send by e-mail.  However the Solution Center still is not opening.  Grateful for any help.
