black screen (on the iPad device) and the white screen of white (on the iPhone device)

What is the problem?

I publish the app (Air SDK version 20.0.0.233, compiled in Flash CC) in Itunes Connect and I get the message:

We discovered one or more bugs in your application when reviewed on iPad and iPhone iOS 9.2.1 running on networks cellular and Wi - Fi.

More precisely, we were still not able to use the app, a black screen is empty (on iPad device) and white screen of white (on iPhone device) appear indefinitely after the launch of the app.

    Thanks for posting on the Microsoft Answers forum.  We cannot guide you more precisely by changing the BIOS settings that the BIOS settings are specific to your motherboard.  However, most (if not all) parameters of the BIOS have an option to restore the default BIOS (sometimes called "default opitimized").  It may be an option in the menu that you highlight, then press enter or it can be assigned to an F key and States at the bottom of the screen, press F? for the default settings.  I hope this helps.  If you are still not able to reset, check with the manufacturer of PC for more information about the BIOS.     I solved this problem by adding this css on my html page.

    For some strange reason, app is running but watch entirely black screen.

    I hope someone can help.
    Laptop downloaded updates and after the restart will only go to a black screen with the mobile mouse cursor.
    This occurs in safe mode, normal mode.
    I tried all variations of safe mode and still the same thing happens.
    Last known configuration does not solve. (i.e. no restoration or image to enter)
    Using the vista win7 dvd upgrade or a linux dvd and screen appears as you expect his obvious system is very good.
    I tried the options on ctrl alt del, ctrl shift esc etc etc, but I cannot go into Control Panel, or a any part of the win7 GUI.
    Best I can do is access via the command-line... any thoughts on how to fix?

    • What is the brand and model of the computer?
    • Remember to no particular change in the computer before the show?
    • When was the last time it worked?

    Video card problems are the most common cause of this problem.

    Try the following troubleshooting procedures in the order. If the steps described in the first procedure does not resolve the problem, continue to the next procedure.

    Step 1: Reinstall your video driver

    1. Right click on the bar tasks and then click Start Task Manager.

    2. Click on the processes tab, click explorer.exe, and then click end process.

    3. Click file, and then click new task (run).

    4. In the text box open, type explorer.exe, and then click OK.

    5. Click on the Start button , go into the Device Manager in the start search box, and then, in the search results, click on the peripheral Manager.
    6. Double-click on display the cards, right click the display device, click Update driver software, and then follow the steps in the wizard that appears. You can also visit the website of the manufacturer of the computer support and install the latest available graphics cards for the same model of computer you have.

    If this procedure resolves the issue, you are finished. If this is not the case, proceed to the next set of steps.

    Step 3: Start the computer in safe mode and run system restore

    1. Click on the Start button , click the arrow next to Shut Down, and then click restart.
    2. Do one of the following:

      • If your computer has a single operating system installed, press and hold the F8 key as your computer restarts. You need to press F8 before the Windows logo appears. If the Windows logo appears, try again by waiting until the Windows logon prompt appears, and then stop and restart your computer.

      • If your computer has more than one operating system, use the arrow keys to select the operating system you want to start in safe mode, and then press F8.

    3. In the Advanced Boot Options screen, use the arrow keys to select Safe Mode, and then press enter.

    4. Log your computer with a user account with administrator rights. When your computer is in safe mode, you will see marked Safe Mode in the corners of your screen.

    5. Click on the Start button , type "System Restore" in the search box, click System Restore, and then click Next. If you are prompted for an administrator password or a confirmation, type the password or provide confirmation.
    6. Choose a restore point when your PC worked as expected, click Next, and then click Finish.

    7. Restart your computer normally.

    Important: When you use system restore to restore the computer to a previous state, the programs and updates that you have installed after this date are deleted.

    If these steps resolve the issue, you are finished. If not, try to repeat the steps and chooses an older restore point (if available). If that does not resolve the problem, contact your computer manufacturer or the technical support for further assistance.

  • Dell Optiplex 3020 - the black screen after dell logo (happened after windows updates froze at halfway and systems were restarted)

    We had windows updates run on all our systems of windows 7 in our medical center.  13 or so of our 3020 s Optiplex froze for eight hours about in a State of "install updates 1 of 24".  I have all them turned off and restarted units.  Once units have been restarted, they gave the Security windows startup or start-up option normally.  Those who had selected the option to 'start normally' would display the logo dell at startup, then click on a completely black screen (all devices still in market and monitors recording an active signal even if no picture).   Those started in safe mode w/o networking, loaded in safe mode.  I rebooted the machine in safe mode, and they all started out in windows without problem.

    For systems that go completely black after the dell logo.  I am able to F2 in the BIOS, I can run diagnostics from BIOS and I can't F12 in boot options, but I cannot F8 or SHIFT + F8 mode without failure or fact start in safe mode, please come under early start options.

    Anyone happen to know a way to launch a system of 3020 optiplex in safe mode without the use of F8, SHIFT + F8, go through msconfig or remote access to the registry (because I can not remote in the system on the network)?

    Maybe I can put the hard drive in a dock and change the registry in this way?  But can I change the potentiometer to force secure boot? or is it not possible to make a bcdedit to it as an external drive, install it in his camera and force it to safe boot the next time, he is running?

    Any ideas or suggestions would be very appreciated.

    -SDK Webworks 1.0.2.9

    I always get a black screen when I deploy & launch applications for the test (I use a debugging token)... I'm afraid that I may have problems of compatibility between the version of the OS and SDK Webworks... I'm about to upgrade the unit right now, but if anyone else has experienced the same problems, please let me know! Any help is very appreciated!

    Moreover, the two training simulators & VMWare work very well...
