  I'm new to the BlackBerry/BB10, having moved just on a BlackBerry (a Nokia Lumia 930) passport. I need to access OneDrive but OneDrive app does not seem to connect once I get all of my 2 identification of correct authentication information.

  Could you try to remove the app OneDrive of your device and then restart the passport and reinstall it from App World?

  I got my passport for two days, and the path forward is unclear.  At this point, I think I'll return it.

  My previous BB was a blowtorch OS7.  E-mail for this device has been managed by the Blackberry Internet Service and when I worked at RIM called the Blackberry Web Client.  Call this fabulous service of the BIS.  I use a small ISP that works very well the POP3/SMTP servers, but they don't have any capacity or wish to store e-mail.  I got an email address with them since 1994, and I don't want to give up.

  What mail is arrived at my ISP and survived spam virsus scan, he was placed on a POP3 server, and a copy was provided to the BIS (such as [email protected]).  BIS filtered incoming e-mails using the filters I could configure and then eliminated survivors emails to the device.  Perfect.  Very old emails the torch nosed over and have been deleted.  Perfect.

  My desktop computer from the server via Thunderbird POP3 e-mails, and they have been removed from my POP3 mailbox.   My POP3 mailbox is empty, my desktop computer has everything and my held torch I want it.  Perfect.

  If you can get guaranteed support, that sounds like the best approach at this point. It is always best to try to fix it yourself first, and I think it's an easy fix, but if you can't do it then you can not do. Good luck.

  on the Passport, the list is empty and even if I write an email to a new email address in my contacts it does not show in the list of recent contacts, I rebooted the unit several times also restarted hub 10 times

  deletion of all account and the new configuration is not an option I cca 15different accounts, mail, Exchange, linked...

  I used the 'meeting' mode and all future calls went to voicemail without ringing. I was told to do a security wipe and back to factory settings, which I did.

  now the phone rings, sometimes. I had the phone sitting in front of me, it does not ring and goes directly to voicemail. I don't know, but it seems if I type a message or by using another application, then the phone doesn't ring and goes directly to voicemail.

• Dictation and Siri does not work on iPhone6

  The dictation and Siri functions on my iPhone 6 do not work. When I try to use them, I am able to push the button of the microphone, but after that, all I can see is a continuous wavy line. Regardless of how quiet is in the bathroom, the wavy line will not disappear and the phone does not hear me. Does anyone have any solutions for this? I tried to reset, software update, turning Siri and dictation and turn it back on.   Is there something that I am missing?

  Reset simply means "removing the battery, wait a few seconds and placing back in and switching on of the appliance.

  Given that the Passport is delivered with a user not removing battery, a hard reset in this case would result in:

  Press and hold both volume buttons, pressing and by holding down the power button for like 32seconds or until the device restarts.

  As you guessed, it's irrelevant. BBs are still originally designed for a specific carrier... and some of these contractual carriers with BB to place a splash screen of starting the device ROM, that can never be changed. But, it does nothing other that that unit was built for this carrier... but as long as all other things correctly, it is not serious at all.

  But, to be clear, when you say "it works on Koodo", I guess that's your voice services? And are all now, you must operate your data services? If telephone services do not work correctly on Koodo, then it is useless trying to get data services going.

  Never good to a few buttons when you don't know what you do... I don't remember if BBSAK is able to remove political or not, but it can do a very good cleaning.

  And that could be part of your problems. If, for example, the device has one IT political edge, while part of a full process... which means that even if you happen to clean off, a complete restoration simply will return to the instrument, turning to your right back to where you started backup/restore. Instead, to do only a partial backup or restore, and more precisely to avoid data bases that have to do with THIS, political, business or something similar... the conservative approach is to only to backup/restore of critical databases you need (for example, contacts, calendar) and manually reconfigure the rest. Remove a policy is a tricky thing.

  I think you have enough to start on top. Another question about whether Koodo, however, is if their network is configured to auto-fill your specific with entries HRT device model and service book. If their network is not, while actually explains everything. No carriers configure their network to support all models of BB... each one chooses a subset of the model numbers of BB and configure their network accordingly. But trying to use a model number BB on a carrier network that is NOT configured for this model results in number exactly what you live... their network will not automatically grow some HRT and SB entries on your device because their network does not recognize your device as a model BB number taken in charge.

  Looking at a reference that I can find, it seems that Koodo is configured for the 9360, 9300, 8530 and 9790. But not for the 9900. Now, is that with a proverbial grain of salt... that reference does not necessarily mean that the network of Koodo is not configured for the 9900, it's just an indicator that is not. Koodo can only tell you that answer for you.

  Yesterday, I did the upgrade of the ois 9.3.3 and since my voice command will not work.  I searched the internet for advice on how to fix but nothing that they suggest work.  How can I get rid of this upgrade and go back to what I had which works or solve this problem.  I need voice control for I can be hands-free while driving.

  Have you tried to force reboot the phone by holding down the button sleep and home for 10 seconds, until the Apple logo come back? You won't lose data by doing this, but he cn cure some problems after installing new software or applications.

  I recently bought a SmartWatch 3 with a new Ultra Z and the clock operated voice to send texts does not work. I get the screen OK Google (G +) then whne I give instruction to text it says only in offline mode.

  I wear Android installed on both (of course) and the other functions work, but not the text. I looked into the list of the applications of voice in A porter on the phone and it does not list the texts and I can't add it.
