BlackBerry smartphone Email through Bridge suddenly stopped working - flashing black and white screen only

Used email Bb bridge successfully for about a month since the purchase of the playbook. Then halfway through sending an e-mail response, the screen suddenly started flashing black and white. All bridge applications work perfectly, that e-mail is on BB Curve 9300.

Tried all the solutions I can find it is similar on the forums, including delete 9300 battery, bridge etc., making the RST, re-installing but no solution.

It was the main reason that I bought the playbook, so pretty useless.

Any ideas how to behave?

After trying all the options for similar problems listed in the forums without success, I finally found the security reset to factory settings PB sort the problem, at the expense of the loss of various data and downloads.

Fortunately all relatively easy to recover from other sources, just in time.

I hope this helps if someone else gets the same question.

    Have you checked the settings > General > accessibility > greyscale > power off.

    If this does not work ty settings > General > accessibility > zoom > on. Triple, tap the screen with three fingers. Tap choose filter. Click None. Triple, tap the screen to get rid of the menu zoom. If you have enabled greyscale in zoom you can disable it in zoom.

    I have searched in several forums, but have not been able to completely solve this problem.  It has been set provisionally and has not yet.
    This system I have:
    HP TouchSmart tx2 tablet pc with Windows Vista Service Pack 2 x 64-bit (Home Premium)
    AMD Turion (tm) X 2 Ultra Dual-Core Mobile ZM - 82, 2.2 GHz
    ATI Radeon HD 3200 graphics card
    I have been working for more than a year with a monitor flat screen Dell ST2310 external monitor and works very well with the setting "use external display only.  From one minute to the next two screen went black so I forced a restart and again the same problem.  I decided to manually disconnect the external monitor by unplugging the VGA cable from the laptop that turns on automatically to the main display as it would if I am disconnected display.  When I connected the VGA cable again the same question in the two screens were entirely black.  I unplugged once more the VGA cable if I could change the settings in Windows mobility.  I plugged back in the VGA cable after changing the settings of "external display only" to 'mirror' devices and after playing for a bit, with the Windows Mobility Center, I had the external display to work again my regular settings: "external display only.  This solution lasted a day and now works in the main screen and the external screen is completely black.
    I tried in vain to solutions:
    -Change VGA cables continues to experience the same issue.
    -Tested according to the specifications and Dell monitor Monitor works fine if the backlight is not the problem.
    -Records update for ATI Radeon HD 3200 graphics card and driver generic PnP Monitor and Dell ST2310.
    -Uninstalled ATI Catalyst Manager and re install now as AMD Vision Engine Control Center.
    -Checked AMD Vision Engine Control Center recognizes the connected external display.
    -Uninstalled the driver Dell ST2310 and re installed the driver.
    -On the screen settings have tried to extend the desktop on the external screen (second)
    Now, this is what's going on and don't know how to fix it:
    -Windows Mobility Center detects a monitor external, even when the VGA cable is disconnected.
    -When it detects the external display it sometimes detects it as DELL ST2310, sometimes as a generic Non - PnP monitor.
    -Sometimes under "Monitor" in the Device Manager, there are several monitors generic Non - PnP contained also the Dell ST2310 and generic PnP monitor.
    -When the external monitor is connected, the screen is completely black and does not work even after changing the settings Windows Mobility or Fn F4.

    Sure!  Followw this process:

    Connect your data cable to your computer and the device.

    Can get the operational Blackberry Desktop Manager

    Had my storm for 2 weeks now and am in love. Just bought a few games and utilities yesterday. I have loaded the games but only played with 2 or 3 of them. Today, I noticed that none of my apps 'Message' (yahoo, sms/mms, email yahoo & bb) go in landscape mode. The rest seems to work very well. When I'm in landscape mode and open yahoo/sms, etc., they open in Portrait mode. I had absolutely no problem with the accelerometer to this so I guess that its caused by downloads.

    First of all, I have disabled StormLock, then power on/off voltage. Has not fixed the problem.

    Could not find out how to disable the quick launch so I deleted the app and powered off/on power.

    It still does not. Any ideas of what could be the cause? List of CPRS, I loaded are below.

    Hello! I know this isn't really new, but I'm posting this just in case I do something wrong, or if my case can point to the root of the problem in a more narrow sense.

    Ive been using WLM since ive got my blackberry (more than 6 months) and I lost access for a week.

    My use of WLM is mainly on a computer running Windows XP (using WLM) and on my blackberry (using WLM)

    I lost the ability to receive messages while I was having intermittent connectivity inside a mall (except the app only has not disconnect) I send and had to receive a message during this period (someone I messaged via facebook chat and told me about this) and never received these messages.

    I could always send files. simply not receive messages.

    Among the solutions, I tried (even several times for certain solutions):

    1. battery pull
    2. Uninstall wlm, rebooted, reinstalled (using app world then also tried using OTA)
    3. used another account
    4. Service books - see the hrt-register now (for the 3 books of WLM service)
    5. reregisters again and deleted service books
    6. using im +, IMO, nimbuzz does not have the same problem

    even the current update was not working.

    anything short of reinstalling the entire operating system from scratch.

    ideas please let me know (or at least the comforting thought that you have isolated which continues with those of us lose access to MSN)

    I have imported just pictures (taken in color in camera RAW) and bridge turns their downturn in black and white. What is going on??? I imported the files from another device (both of Fuji) and they are fine. How can I fix it?

    I've updated bridge CC today with CC PS and LR.

    Finally - reinstalled Adobe Camera Raw and now Adobe Standard in the calibration of the camera menu. I re-imported and all is well again.

    Would be nice if we could choose the calibration of the camera during the import of the bridge. I hope Adobe is listening...

    There SureType. You can activate in the Options > language.

    Or, from any area where you can type text, press the menu key and select "activate Mult-tap." To turn it on, do the same thing but select 'Enable suretype.'

    My Adobe Bridge just stopped working without reason.

    An hour ago, that I have used without a problem, now when I start it up, the program crashes instantly and the only thing I can do is to close.

    I read the post-it on it, and I tried to install the new graphics driver and by removing 3rd party plugins. I couldn't find the preferences so I could not reset them.

    Does anyone have an idea how I can do my bridge working again? Because it's REALLY boring.

    Reset the preferences.  Hold down the CTRL key and launch Bridge.  You will get reset

    Hiya. So I got my e-mail which is totally fine, for the past 2 years.

    Then yesterday, I don't have any, just about everything. And I didn't think anything of it, because it was the day, and sometimes the emails can be slow to come through.

    Towards evening, nothing yet, so I'll send an email but it tells me that I have not configured and sent me the e-mail Setup Wizard thing.

    Now, here's where I hit a pickle. He takes me through and gets to the screen where it says 'existing users if you want to access your e-mail settings, or change your device, connect.

    I put in my username & password (which I assume is my BB ID?) and a message appears saying "empty user name, type a valid user name."

    So is - can anyone help me and tell me why it is said that? Or what I am doing wrong. Because my user name & password are certainly right, as I can log in my ID BB on my lappy, but it is perplexed as to why my BB has stopped my emails in the first place...

    I don't know why your email would suddenly stop working, but your cellular operator must have a site of BIS self-service where you can add, delete and modify all accounts e-mail on your BlackBerry phone.

    If you can't get the work e-mail Setup Wizard, call Optus to access the self-service BIS site.

  • Acer Aspire R7: Touchscreen suddenly stopped working

    Hey everybody,

    I have an Aspire R7 (running 64-bit Windows 8). Yesterday morning my touchscreen suddenly stopped working.

    After each start, I see an error in the event log stating something like "Driver\WUDFRd could not load the driver for the device HID\VID_0483 & PID_91D1 & Col01\7 & 1b0945e0 & 0 & 0000.

    In Device Manager there is no device showing an error or something. In the category "Monitor" it is only a PnP monitor listed - shouldn't the TouchInput unit shown here? Edit: I also looked through the HID devices: the appliance with the ID hardware event log message is not there, too.

    I tried reinstalling the drivers HID-monitor using Acer Recovery Manager, but nothing else happens after showing some information like 'installation'. Also, there is no change in Device Manager.

    I also removed the "PnP Monitor' of Device Manager and began a 'search for new hardware", but that doesn't lead to the "PnP Monitor' be reinstalled.

    I also perform a factory reset, but that did not help, as well.

    I would really appreciate help from anyone. I'm at work now, so I wouldn't be able to test stuff until about 17:00 (MEST).

    I found the reason of my touch screen doesn't respond do not: if I position the screen in a very precise angle - 'almost' tablet mode - the screen reacts to the keys and of the previously disabled HID devices becomes active. I had sent in my laptop for repair after a default display - apparently in some sort the touch sensor was not back in place correctly when the screen has been replaced

    Seems that now I have to send my laptop in another repair (making three repairs for this laptop - the default mentioned display occurred after the motherboard has been replaced by the same Acer repair center)

    Code 39 means that the driver is corrupted or missing.

    Do this - control panel - Device Manager 1 - click double-click on the drive - CD/DVD
    Driver update (this can do nothing as MS is far behind the drivers of certification). Now LAW
    Click on - UNINSTALL - REBOOT - this will rebuild the driver stack.

    Normally the above will solve this problem otherwise working your way down through them, even if you did
    them before.

    Other possibilities include loose contacts or cables and maybe a bad disc.

    Also check with your system manufacturer to see if there are any updated drivers for your DVD. Or even if it

    Another possibility is that the cables are loose. Remove ALL power, then make sure that the cables in both
    ends. Remove and replace, do not just tight. For laptops, you can often clean power and
    contacts data with a pencil eraser.

    Some DVD players do not use the Windows default drivers so check with the manufacturer of system and
    manufacturer of device to see if there is a firmware or drivers for your drive if necessary.
