  For some reason, the battery charge indicator is not displayed when charging.  The phone doesn't seem to be loading.  I can connect to the computer and sync contacts, so I don't think it's a problem with the actual connection.

When it is placed in the cradle, that the phone does not charge, indicator does not illuminate. After several tests, it will load. If this isn't the case, then a battery pull will do. Now, it becomes more difficult to load the same with the battery pull. Is there a solution for this problem? Another date? Help, please. Thank you.

  I recommend that you try to start safe mode:

  507 means that it not there no OS on the device at all, so nothing to be "factory reset" or anything else. Only a good OS reload will get going again.

  I recommend the following, on a PC (you can not do this on MAC):

  1) uninstall all the BB OS packages from your PC,

  (2) make sure you have the BB Desktop Software already installed

  (3) download and install to your PC, the BB OS package you want:

  • Each time a random strange behavior or slow creeps, the first thing to do is a battery pop reboot. With power ON, remove the hood back and remove the battery. Wait a minute, then replace the battery and cover. Power on and wait patiently through the long reboot - about 5 minutes. See if things return to functioning. Like all computing devices, BB suffers from memory leaks and others... with a hard reboot is the best remedy.

  1. Check if the battery is properly inserted in the device.

  4. Try to turn on the camera.
  5. If the camera does not light, try to reload the camera using a USB port on your computer. If so, there may be a problem with the power adapter supplied.
  6. Try again with another USB charge cable. A similar cable is used by other devices (e.g. smartphones) if the cost of the camera, there may be a problem with the supplied USB cable.
  7. If possible, try another battery. If the second battery charge, then it may be a problem with the supplied battery.
