  I agree with @JSanders , once it is dry that the BBID is therefore more about Fanta devic, you can start the original game from the phone to the new BBID on it.

• BlackBerry Z10 menu drop-down ("Notifications", "Alarm") disappears!

  My z10 works beautifully.

  Except in the last days whenever I do the drop-down list active (the one accessible by sliding from senior management downwards) and try to click "Alarm" or "Notifications", the menu drop down menu scans back and disappears!

  In other words, it seems that * just * these two buttons (alarm and Notifications) are disabled, so the effect is the same, as if I was to click on the black background of the drop in the menu drop-down or anywhere else but an active button. By pressing the buttons or notifications in all sorts of ways has the same effect: the banner just think you want to exit the menu and disappears.

  Any ideas why this happens? Am I the only one?

  I had to return the phone and get a new one.

• BlackBerry Z10 not love my phone after the update

  Last week, I received a notice of update, insstalled & restarted.  I've hated since then.  Once I log in, my screen moves to the right and is too large, I reduced manually each time. Tried to change the font sizes, doesn't change anything.

  Sometimes, when I am on a call and asks me to enter my account number, and then press the book, I enter my account number and then press [alt] [Q]. However, it is not to recognize the # sound being pressed. • BlackBerry 8320 Smartphone restarting during phone calls!

  My first curve from T-mobile returned 1 day later.  During this time it restarts to 50 times.  Obviously defective.

  The other do not restart, but the right button was almost impossible to grow.  He returned and got a warranty Exchange.

  I see that you are having problems with your iPhone dropping calls. Take a look at the following article to get suggestions to try for that matter. Some steps are not applicable to your particular issue, as turn airplane mode on/off or check the settings for do not disturb. Most of the others are, like updates, removal/reinsert the SIM and communicating with the carrier.

  I have updated to OS 10.2.1.537 today morning post updated and I'm not able to make phone calls. On the choice of the network, I am able to select the required network (Airtel India) but not able to make phone calls. Neither the data service works. SMS message also works using the telephone network, but not the call. Tried restarting, remove the SIM and the battery without any improvement.

  When you try to call I always get the message "the cell phone line is not available. Choose a different phone line and try your call again.

  10.2.1.537 is, in relative terms, a very old operating system level... you really need to use something more current, especially given your model Z10. I recommend that you force a reload of BONE via the more energetic method... ADF:

  Your inserted SD card is not affected by Protect or whatever it is. To protect your card data SD Media you would have needed to have the encryption on the card.

  I have a big problem with my new Z10 camera. When someone call me the number entered in the regular format. When I receive an SMS, it came in the international format (+ 40...). Even though I have this number in my list of contacts, so is in regular format, it does not show the sender of a text message, if it does not display the caller's name in the international format.
