  Is there a way to sync Z10 cal and 2 Playbooks with link. There is a checkbox sync calendar/contacts but the link won't let me check box. Thanks in advance, perhaps an upcoming feature.

  My z10 keeps restarting itself up to a point where only the name of blackberry appears and nothing more. Fortunately enough I had a recent upward from my phone. However I tried to reinstall the software, it does not, changed the battery still does not not so I decided to upgrade to the iPhone. I tried on how to retrieve my files to my iPhone now, but I couldn't. No idea please. I need help.

• BlackBerry Blackberry Z10 protect and PIN issues

  I recently lost my Z10 at the time I arrived at a computer to try to locate, it seemed that the battery had been taken out of it. I have a few questions however on blackberry protect and PIN.

  So my first question is, if the phone is deleted (I didn't erase my phone using blackberry protect because I don't know the answer to this question) my blackberry protect service be wiped from the phone as well?

  My next question is PINS more still Z10 accompany the material they come up with? I want to know that if my friends and I try to add the PIN code, it'll still be a valid PIN / work. I hope that if I am able to show someone the phone and uses it, I'll be able to get the police to work with the service provider in the phone tracking to the bottom/blacklist it. I realize that on past generations of BB PIN was closer, but I read a few other places that there is a way to eliminate even the pine TREES. I wonder if it is true and also if Z10 are less permanent?

  I decided to do a little investigation when my curve 9320 I was using before I get my Z10. I supported it upward and wiping it on entering the password wrong 10 times. Then I tried to locate once he dried, turned on and connected to my network. No luck once the phone has been cleared, I couldn't follow it or get in touch with her anyway to protect.   I had a problem with this on both phones Z10. We have a number of these phones. The first thing to check is to make sure of the time and the time zone is set correctly. The next thing to do is to try a battery pull to do a complete reset of the phone.

  If the problem persists, the next step that I took was to re - install the OS, re - register the phone with Blackberry ID and then restore from the backup. After that I did the re-install, the phone was correct.

  Hi guys! Im a new user of blacberry and my new Z10 is my 1st blackberry phone ever, it is a great phone and the device, but actually im affected by some technjcal issues or is these issues are considered normal the BB function? Sorry guys because im an android user before and its my first time to experience those issues on my z10 bb:

  #1 date and time always resets everytime I turn on my phone from turning off or restarting simply, is this normal on bb z10?

  #2 im experiencing a low autonomy (as an Android device im and I got nothing like before), it is as I finished charging my phone around 7:45 and used it with wifi on, viber and downloading applications, then around 22:15 58% remaining just after 2 and a half hours, here it normal on the life of the battery of the z10?

  #3 I have a little find the setting to change the default message and call ring tone, wherin I checked on youtube how on the video is on the framework of the notification of the settings, but when I checked it on my bb it shows not on exactly where I see on the video. • BlackBerry Z10 clock and next to the mode does not

  Recently all of a sudden the clock and bedside mode are not workin, they open, give me a black screen, and then close.

  I did a factory reset then it works, when I restore my data that it stops working again.

  I need a way to RESET the clock app native to get it working back, erase all data of alarms and everything that touches, but still, that's not an option in BB10 and it is causing too much inconvenience.

  The only thing I can suggest is to do the wipe and then not restore the data, I realize that means that other applications are not restored either.

  However, as I know there no other way to remove the data from bedside apps.

• BlackBerry Z10 CalDav and CardDav synchronization icloud

  Recently had to get a new Z10 to replace the previous ones due to water damage. All right, except that I am unable to get accounts caldav and carddav to synchronize. I've had these works very well with my cal icloud and contacts so cannot determine what the problem is. I have 2 step authentiaction on my icloud account so have revoked the previous passwords for caldav and carddav app and got new. However, when I enter the details he spends a long time thinking (save and check your settings) and then comes up with an error message "error in CPP transaaction with 1426087998-CardDavProvider (or similar for CalDav). Any ideas please?

  If you press the copy icon, it is copied into a buffer. Now, go where you want to paste. Tap and hold the where you want to paste and the side menu should come with a dough (icon even two pages).

• BlackBerry Z10 headphone only works with the left ear

  My headphones (beats studios) only works with the left ear when connected. The helmet has never had a problem on my old iPhone 4 and currently with my rMBP so I know that's not the headphones. Any suggestions?

  Thanks for the suggestions. Type once is not always just delete a character, but she often starts removing repeatedly with nonstop until the field is empty.
