blue screen twice today

Hi, I got the blue screen twice today. I have updated all drivers and all windows, but this does not resolve the issue.

You have elements of KAPERSKY and installed AVAST and loading at the same time and which is not recommended and is probably the cause first of performance issues that you are experiencing.

Please run the two uninstall tools link below.

Think video drivers especially if it may be others. Refer to the section of driver in my generic bluescreen

Upgrade to Firefox 25.0 today. Now I can't restart the computer (it crashes or goes to the blue screen; Win 7) but it starts in Mode safe mode OK and it starts in normal mode if I don't run Firefox since I finally started. This suggests that Firefox 25.0 installation done something for her. How can I proceed? Thank you, Jim.

    Hello

Some Firefox problems can be solved by performing a clean reinstall. This means that you remove Firefox program files, and then reinstall Firefox. Please follow these steps:

Note: You can print these steps or consult them in another browser.

    1. Download the latest version of Firefox from http://www.mozilla.org office and save the installer to your computer.
    2. Once the download is complete, close all Firefox Windows (click on quit in the file menu or Firefox).
    3. Remove the Firefox installation folder, which is located in one of these locations, by default:
      • Windows:

        • C:\Program Files\Mozilla Firefox
        • C:\Program Files (x 86) \Mozilla Firefox
      • Mac: Delete Firefox in the Applications folder.
      • Linux: If you have installed Firefox with the distribution-based package manager, you must use the same way to uninstall: see Install Firefox on Linux. If you have downloaded and installed the binary package from the Firefox download page, simply remove the folder firefox in your home directory.
    4. Now, go ahead and reinstall Firefox:
      1. Double-click on the downloaded Setup file and go through the steps in the installation wizard.
      2. Once the wizard is completed, click to open Firefox directly after clicking the Finish button.

Please report back to see if this helped you!

    Thank you.

    Hello
My laptop has been updated today with xp and now it won't restart. I get an error on a blue screen with the error number * Stop: 0x0000007E. I can't boot into SafeMode either. I read in some of the other forums

You can fix it if you have the windows installation CD, unfortunately my laptop came with it pre-installed so I have no CD. Does anyone know where I can get one, or if this problem can be solved without it. I don't really want to have money for costly repairs shell that was not my fault!

  • Blue screen on HP on HP all-in - One PC Vision

Hello. For the last week or so my PC all-in-One was bat with a blue screen every time that comes out of hibernation. It seems not serious if it went into hibernate on its own, or through start-> sleep action. The blue screen usually indicates a page KERNEL_DATA_INPAGE_ERROR error.

I restored my system to attempt to repair. He did, for a while, but today it started again.

A few web searches made me suspect that it is a manifestation of problems with the fix for Microsoft KB2670838. Other users have reported blue screens after installing (usually as a sine qua non for IE 10), although I have not seem to reports of what happens after a sleep, as it is for me.

Others hit this kind of problem? Suggestions on solving?

I intend to uninstall this hotfix, see if it helps. I'll report.

The number of my all-in-one PC product is

    HP Vision 120-1026

(Sorry, I wanted to include it).

I ran the diagnostics twice, but no problems were found with the S.M.A.R.T. tests or anything else; all the past. In addition, the hard drive is not that big by today's standards, just 685GB (not 1 TB or more as suggested the fix).

I have some good news, however. During the uninstall of the KB2670838 bug fix only made no apparent difference, I managed to solve the problem by using the system restore to restore my system to the first point of restoration, this day here. Thus, it seems that it is triggered by a Microsoft Update, but not pain causes one on other systems.

I configured my system for manual updates now and will see if I can identify the culprit was updated.

  • Blue screen of death

I have an old iMac 24 "which I intend to sell. I decided it would be better to erase the entire disc (which I did) and then I read that I should also erase the HD recovery disk in case personal data are still there (passwords, etc.). So I deleted that too. However, after clearing I is more had the option to install Lion except via Internet needed my Apple ID, etc, so after several hours of searching for solutions I 'dropped' and find my original Snow Leopard disc to do a fresh install. It seems to proceed correctly and I completed the user info, name the HD, password I left blank (I think or I can put a-if so I know what it is that I always use) however I have then I faced the blue screen.

I tried in safe mode, but it does not recognize my password either vacuum or that we could (I tried a wired keyboard just in case). I tried to use various methods to reset the password using the single-user mode (keep in mind, I'm a complete novice). That is to say. Mount - uw / etc.

So I can basically on-screen mode safe but not spent in the system or I can access Cmd S and that's all. I can't go beyond either for the fire.

I wonder if by removing the HD recovery I'm stuck now? I tried to reinstall Snow leopard twice (which takes 45 minutes each time), but I'm always dealing with the blue screen.

I wonder if something is wrong with the boot files? I only scratch around now.

  • Blue Screen of Death... Urgent!

Hey all. It's a little urgent, so any help is appreciated. So the story:

It all started last Saturday in the fourth. I plugged my 5s 32 GB iPhone in car charger and it blue screened, what frightens me. I quickly unplugged and and soft restarted as soon as I saw him, and everything was fine.

Since then, so three days later, I had to restart about 50 + times. So today I got sick of this blue screen, and I decided that I would try to fix it. I looked around solutions, and many say that it happens shortly after a solution when you remove the screen, but I've had my phone for four months and have never had to remove from the screen.

The next solution was to restore factory default, so I decided to try it, after that I backed up in iTunes which is

Finally, I was getting it restored, when all of a sudden, BAM. projected again blue.

Since then, happened across this restore Middle blue screen of death, and it's practically a piece of metal shit now. I can't do anything. I can't force the restart it you a blue screen. Can someone give me advice? I have some upcoming vacation and need my phone. Can anyone help?

    Try recovery Mode

Connect your device to your computer and open iTunes.

When your device is connected, force restart it: press and hold the sleep/wake and home for at least 10 seconds, and only release when you see the Apple logo.

Keep now until see you the recovery mode screen and wait that he eat.

You may need to do the above, more than once as recovery mode is difficult to enter.

Restore as New first, then restore sauvegardΘ if you wish.

I'd like to really all the help that you can offer me. Toshiba customer service told me that this model only supports Windows VISTA, but there must be a way. Please help me.

    Toshiba Satellite A205 - S5804

    Hey,.

Do you also have problems with the Toshiba Recovery disk or the Windows XP disc?

The problem is probably related to the drivers SATA may have installed XP correctly when you change the HARD drive in the BIOS from AHCI compatible?

  • Satellite A500 - crackling sounds and blue screen

    Hey everybody.

I bought a laptop Toshiba Satellite A500-19w about 4 days ago (today it is Sunday, March 7, 2010).

I had the sounds of crackling of my speakers which have been mentioned so many times in the forums, no real solution.
I also experienced the crash of the blue screen, that's already happened 7 times while I was not strongly using my newly buy laptop.
I'm not looking for a repair or a replacement, because I find it quite unacceptable to have to think about the errors, faults & fixes as much as the laptop is brand new.

What I want is a refund, but I'm not sure on how to do it.

I know that Toshiba has some sort of refund policy, but if someone can tell me exactly how it works, because I want to get rid of my laptop as soon as possible (I will not buy any more portable Toshiba, especially since I had some similar problems with my Qosmio f30).
If someone can give me some guidance, because I don't want to be mocked or used and cheated out of refund.
I bought my Toshiba in the Middle East (perhaps refund policies are different here).
    Thank you.

    Hi mihran.

If you want to pay off your laptop, you should talk with your computer store where you bought it. Only the can repay your laptop and not Toshiba directly.
Of course it is also depending on the country where you life, but normally you can pay within 14 days I think. So in your case I speak with the seller or give them a call. They explain how to do this.

But let me give you a little advice: regarding your problems with the crackling sound and blue screen I recommend that you contact an authorized service provider or ask a new A500 (this should be possible if you have only 4 days). Generally, I can say that a friend of mine has Satellite A500 and he is quite satisfied with her. This laptop has a great design equipped with new material for a good price. :)
