Broadcom Corporation NetXtreme BCM5764M Gigabit Ethernet

Hi all

Just bought a HP Z800 of high-spec workstation I use in my lab at home and I need VIB/drivers for the on-board "Broadcom Corporation NetXtreme BCM5764M Gigabit Ethernet to."

The works of bare metal installation install fine, but any nested ESXi hosts without any NIC - someone has used before and have a link to where I can download the VIB?

I'll probably get in on a second hand Intel NIC to work around this problem, but it would be great if someone has already done this and has any tips.

OK, I solved this... and my boy I feel like a "retarded". It turns out that in my haste to deploy virtual computer, I only gave 2 GB RAM... as soon as I expand this to 8 GB, it works perfectly.

Dell Optiplex 745 with Broadcom NetXtreme 57xx Gigabit Controller with Windows 7 x 64 host cannot fill network

All, I am new to the forum but have been reading up on top of a problem that had led me into a wall.
I'm trying to create a development environment that uses VMWare Workstation 7.0.1 (and I tried with 7.0.0 before, leading me to)
update in the hope of a quick solution) as a development of imaging and the test bench. The system is a Dell Optiplex 745, upgraded to 8 GB of
RAM. Unfortunately, it seems that the biggest problem is the network card.
I tried several different operating systems, and all DHCP requests are found in the AUTOMATIC private IP addressing. This is even after I implemented a custom adapter (VMNet2) that fills explicitly to this network card problem. I disabled VMNet0 and all because this dish was not working. I have read some relevant
messages, but nothing seems to help. This included the http://communities.vmware.com/message/675649 and more
positions listed on the registry settings. I don't know what to do at this point.
So, for those who do not know the Broadcom driver issues, they are apparently many. It is important to disable the unloading, but
I'm not able to find the settings in the post linked above. It's quite similar to the OP for this thread. I'm not
know if it's a difference of conductor between the 32-bit and 64-bit implementations. So, I updated from the version of the driver
12.2.2.1 (b57nd60a.sys) of 10.100.0.0 (I think, can not driver rollback now to check because I need to work on VMS for urgent
projects as soon as POSSIBLE). So, as I said, I was unable to find the parameters of this post

- Large Send Offload (IPv4)
- Large Send Offload v2 (IPv4)
- Large Send Offload v2 (IPv6)
What I found were these parameters:
- Flow control (Auto, I tried to disable)
- Priority and VLAN (priority & VLAN enabled; I tried priority and VLAN disabled)
- Speed and Duplex (Knew better than to mess around here, has made the problems in the past, retired to Auto)
- VLAN ID (always 0)
- Wake Up Capabilities (Magic Packey; no one tried)
- Unloading ARP (Enable; I tried to disable)
- NS unloading (Enable; I tried to disable)
I tried enabling / disabling all, specially those mentioning the unloading, all day without success. This did not help.
Later, I tried to add DontAddDefaultGateway, EnabledRSS and DisableTaskOffload keys to my CurrentControlSet on the
host. For some reason any DisableTaskOffload shows in the regedit, GUI, not the export of text. Don't know what this means, and I'm too
tired of care at this point.

If this message has always been to present its likely that the Ethernet card that is built into the computer is connected to the motherboard using a USB connection (this is common in laptops). If this is the case, there is nothing that can be done to remove the message that the deactivation of the Ethernet card, but this will prevent you from being able to use wired Internet/network connections.

I have HP ML350P g8 that has recently settled with Esxi 5.5, but I have 100 MB of connection on BCM5719 Gigabit Ethernet of Broadcom that are connected with Gigabit HP switch.
Tried to restart the server, but no luck. any idea. It seems that the driver has been installed with custom HP Esxi ISO. See the photos

Looking at various Web sites, the common consensus is that the C660 series is not equipped with gigabit ethernet, but with regular fast ethernet.

I'm new to this community has never had a problem on my mac since I had last year. MacBook Pro retina mi 2014 running El captain.

My ethernet is not picking up DHCP and thunderbolt ethernet does not appear in the network interface.

I use also fell in love with VGA Converter works on the two test port.

I also reset the PRAM and the MSC still nothing. Also restored some peripheral preference to another forum I found on the internet.

I created another account from administrator to test to see if the interface resumes, still nothing. How ever wifi works without problem

I have this problem as well. My crush to the ethernet adapter was working yesterday, but now I have not been able to run all day. I even tried everything said in this thread: ImtiazThunderbolt Ethernet does not work after upgrade to Yosemite , you should try what is in the thread, as it has worked for some people.

Gigabit Ethernet through AirPort Extreme

I just got a gigabit home connection. If I connect my iMac via ethernet to gigabit municipal internet provider modem, II can get about 800 Mbps download based on the file netspeed.com. Nice.

However, when I use my Airport Extreme as a router ethernet (put the extreme between the iMac and the modem) my speed drops to about 1/10 of that.

None of the devices that I currently own are capable of handling 802.11 ac, so I know I could not anywhere near gigabit wireless speeds. But it would be nice to have the fastest speeds on the one machine I intend to connect via ethernet, then connecy to the extreme wireless.

Airport Extreme really limit the ethernet so? Is there a setting I can adjust for more fast ethernet routing?

If the AirPort Extreme 802.11ac is configured as a DHCP and NAT router, then the WAN to LAN speed will be limited to about 300-400 Mbps. Check the results here:

Looking at various Web sites, the common consensus is that L670 series is not equipped with gigabit ethernet, but with regular fast ethernet.

Can anyone support me kindly about Gigabit Ethernet & Jumbo Frames with Airport Express?

I currently have and use a 5th generation Airport Express and you want to buy the QNAP TS - 453 Pro NAS. In any implementation of storage NAS, Gigabit Ethernet, the frames extended as matching Ethernet card well, are all very important to achieve broadband performance, so my questions are:

5th generation Airport Express
- Are the NETWORK Gigabit NIC Ethernet card?
- It also works with extended frames (QNAP NAS supports 4074, 9000 and 7418 bytes for MTU)?
- QNAP can trunk NIC (if more then one) with the following options:
  - IEEE 802.3ad (dynamic link aggregation)
  - Balance-tlb (Adaptive Transmit Load Balancing)
  - Balance-alb (Adaptive Load Balancing)
  - others (mainly for failover)
Is 5th generation Airport Express enough or should I think about moving to the 6th generation?
