  a. do it burn to disc with and without preference Intel HD Graphics 2000 or greater disabled... see Edit Menu/preferences/general.

  Try this:
  Click Start, go to control panel and click on switch to Classic view at the top left if necessary, and then click sounds and Audio devices. You will then be presented with the options sound and Audio from your computer, click the Audio tab and select HD Audio (this can be named differently depending on the type of video card you are using) as default device and click ok.
  I guess maybe I should have asked, what video card are you using? As long as your video card supports audio HDMI then change the default audio device should solve the problem. If the video card is not taken support HDMI audio, then you need to connect the sound card to TV via one of the audio, the sound card options.

  You have disk problems as the CD/DVD is actually 4 discs in 1 case (CD & DVD burning and)
  Playback of CD and DVD). So it is not unusual for parts from 1 or 2 to not work so that others do
  correctly.

  Burning at low speed, or by using the master could help. A CD/DVD cleaner might help.

  Check with the support of the door of entry for firmware updates and known issues.

  I burned my movie to a DVD and when I put the disc in it to load the disc automatically and opens the menu Sub menu/chapter once I close that and double-click the DVD it starts the first piece, then load the main Menu just as it should. so why would he automatically open the submenu when incerted in the DVD player?

  VLC often have trouble to open the main Menu.

  Test it on a hardware player.  If it works, you're good.  Not much you can do about software errors.
