  I noticed that often happens when a system has something like Norton or McAfee installed and that it has not been disabled prior to installation of the SP3.  If you encounter any other problems, then it is reasonable to assume that everything is ok.  However, you can also scan your system with Malwarebytes to see if there is no infections present which your current AV software has not picked up on.   one thing I tried was unisitallin the drivers nvidia in SafeMode... and try to start the laptop... it worked... or at leat is not trapped, but since I made the recovery of Toshiba it won't let me start the session.

  I have really no idea what could it be... the grpahic card?
