  Hi all

  I have an Officejet Pro x476dn MFP, which has an automatic paper feed paper jam. The paper is cleared, but the charger always record a jam. I followed the instructions on the printer and in the downloaded user manual from HP.com. I have also checked the sensor flag hangs freely and blew out with a can of airto feeder remove any accumulation of dust or particles of paper. I even half loaded a sheet of tissue paper on the larger particles that may stick. I also checked all other jam points have been cleared.

  The exact error I get is "paper (title)... jam. The original is stuck in the autoloader of Document (CAD). ' Open the ADF cover, remove and reload the original and then try again.  This printer is less than a year and I come to you for more information before you contact HP. I still can not print, but can not scan or copy (cannot return to the home screen). If you need made more information let me know.

  Paper jam in my printer.  After graduating page printing, the printer has always said that there is a jam.  I tried turning off the power, unplug, open to all possible places to see if I missed something.

  It is likely that there is always a small torn out of paper that still arouses a jam.

  If you can't find it, it would be possible to help erase using a sheet of paper more rigid in the relevant paper tray.

  I had a paper jam (not the first) and I removed the paper from the front of the printer. There was no sign of damage on the paper and it's stock, I used previously. Now, I have a warning visible paperless paper get stuck in the machine. Is there a way to reset the sensor?

  I came across your post on paper jam issues you have with your Officejet J3680 and wanted to tender hand. I recommend first trying every step in the guide I posted for you below. If you have tried all the steps, please check your messages private to my absolute last suggestion, that you can try at your own risk. If my suggestions do not help to solve the problem, you will need a new unit altogether. I'll leave the HP below contact info if you want to contact them for your replacement options.

• D110A Photo paper jam

  We use the D110 primarily to print photos for use by an artist.  Hardware: iMac with OS 10.9. Recently installed ver 3.3 driver. The printer now blocks with photo paper, 230gsm (Staples) who is 11mil, when you use the HP Advanced Photo paper setting. The performance of the printer are unusual. The first sheet feeds quickly through without printing. The second sheet begin feeding, then with the grinding of gears, reverse the paper stops.   Please get back to me regarding this photo paper feeding issue. I am very pleased to hear that the copy has worked well for you. So, at this point, we know that this is not a problem of printer hardware.

  I looked liked what you said about compatibility on Mac OS X 10.9 HP print driver. In further investigation, I found that the drivers of HP printer for printer HP Photosmart e-All-in-One - D110a on Mac OS X 10.9 are pilots Apple update because of the age of the printer. Apple updated drivers are from HP. Therefore, by reinstalling your printer the latest version of the driver should be automatically installed.

  Because I know at this point that something on your Mac is at the origin of the conflict, I will you travel a certain standard Mac troubleshooting steps to get this reinstalled product and make sure that you use the latest drivers available for your product.

  If you use the printer via a USB cable connection, please unplug this cable now.

  Step 1: Uninstall the drivers and software:

  Thank you for the update. You can get the serial number of the printer using the HP utility on your computer. You must have the printer software installed to get the same thing.

  Try the following steps to get the serial number.

  • Go to 'Finder' - select 'Applications' - folder Select "HP" or "Hewlett Packard".
  • Now find and open the "HP utility.
  • Click on "device information. Ideally, this should give details of the printer including the serial number.

• OfficeJet 611O with error jam paper-can not get error to Clear

  I have an Officejet 6110, which gives paper jam error that I can not solved.  There is also several clicking abnormal and whirring noise.  I followed all the steps on the HP site, http://support.hp.com/us-en/document/c00107909troubleshooting.

  The problem persists.

  I am running Windows 7 64 bit Edition home premium.  The interface with the printer is through windows resident drivers.  Windows 7 wouldn't let me install the HP drivers.

  Is there anything else I can try to resolve the error, or is my irreparable printer?  It is useful to take a center of repaired it be evaluated?  The printer is at least 7 years so I will not be surprised if it's just pulled and I need to get a new printer/scanner.

  I got my printer working.

  I had searched carefully for paper stuck somewhere and couldn't find.  I did a cleanup to include possibly with "Air-in-a-Can", does not.

  Another poster mentioned that her husband had taken their printer to the garage and blown it, persumably with a compressor.

  I do not have a compressor, but I used my shop-vac instead.  I reversed the hose and crevice to condense the air flow.  Blown and brushed on my printer.  It seems to work now.  It must have been some dust or tiny particles a sensor to wingshooting.

  I see... so if the cart wud nmot move to the Center or to the right of the printer - try to unplug the printer and manually move the carriage... but if this step does not work... you need to replace the printer becayse the unit is already defective...

• Paper jam condition will not clear

  I had a paper jam then the impression that required me to remove the back panel to clean.  The status of paper jam continues even if I deleted it.  I checked in the ink cartridge door and back panel and there is no jam.  How can I fix this problem?  I also tried the printer off, unplug and restart without success.

  I contacted HP and they replace the printer.  Thanks for all the suggestions.
