Cannot access my screen to touch a keyboard during a call

Recently my iPhone I cannot access my phone's keypad so that on the phone.  For example, I got a service call for my camera this morning and the robo confirm the appt call of said press any number of keyboard to confirm and I couldn't access the keypad (keypad) to confirm.  The screen was black.  I just kept touching the screen until it appeared.  What is going on?

Hi there SilverBear,

Looks like you are trying to get to the keyboard after you have started a call but the screen remains black and won't return to the options on the screen. This may indicate a problem with the proximity sensor, or with the software on the phone. I would start by stop the phone and settings on the phone applications:

Force an app to close the iOS

1. press the Home button twice quickly. You will see small glimpses of your applications recently used.
2. slide to the left to find the application you want to close.
3. push upward on the overview of the application to close.

When you have done that reboot the device and test again the question:

iOS: switch off and on (restart) and reset

If the problem persists, save your device in iTunes, then restore it like new and verify that it works.

How to clear your iOS device and then set up as a new device or restore from backups

If this is the case, restore your backup either check it still works and just reinstalled software or circumvent the problem in the backup file itself.

Now, if none of this works, then I would say that there is a problem with the sensor and setting up service for her:

  • When you try to add a new device, on access to tools, Options, Sync tab, no manage an account or add a device link button. I can get codes displayed to appear on another device but cannot access a screen that I can enter the codes.

When you go to the tab sync, I see nothing like the picture in the help pages that show a button manage an account and Add link device. I think I need to access the device link add to reach a screen that I can enter codes to set up the easy way sync. I have already overcome the problem of connection and enter my key synchronization but it's more effort and it seems to me that adding new devices does not work as described. I have not found a way to get into the 3 codes of four characters shown on my Win7PC on one of the other devices.

If you have an account, but it seems that you are not logged in. Please, follow these steps:

-Go to your tab sync in the Options window.
    -Press «Set up Firefox Sync»
    -Press half 'connect' down.
-Select "I don't have the camera with me.
-Now enter your contact information, including your sync key. And you're ready to go.

I had to get my laptop because of the buttons keyboard not working not properly. I use an external keyboard, but I can't access my wifi. I tried to use the F12 key to activate the wifi on the external keyboard, but with no luck. Any help would be appreciated...

  • Dual monitor Mac - can only access secondary screen - cannot access main screen

    Hello

    Please excuse my bad English.

I'm working on a Mac Mini with display dual display. When I run the Lightroom application, it displays on my main screen, the secondary display (magnifying glass mode) and I can't access the main panel of Lightroom (library, map, printing...).

I first updated to the latest version, then restarted my computer. Still the same problem. When I turn off one of my screens, I can access the development tool. I then turn off the second screen. When I turn on my second monitor, Lightroom returns to the secondary display.

How can I reset the settings in Lightroom to begin to work again with my two screens?

Sounds like your second, secondary display is listed as principal by OS X.

I run a Mac for a little more than 2 years, laptop to an external display connected several times, and in my humble OPINION Mac do all this while two screens. Not as easy as a Notepad of Windows.

  • Z10 Z10 blackBerry screen does not black out during call

My screen Z10 won't black during the call when I place the phone to my ear, which causes unwanted press icons or sometimes call disconnects because my ear touches the end call icon. I have to manually lock the screen using button lock, which is irritating.

Is this a setting that I am missing, because she worked very well about 2 weeks ago and has started to happen suddenly. I have used for about a year now.

There is no settng. Here are a few ideas.

Use BBVE to test the proximity sensor.

If you use a screen protector, remove and test.

Try rebooting and testing, if you have not already. If you have tried, then turn off the unit, remove the battery for a few minutes, put the battery and test.

If all else fails, do a clean install of the operating system and test. If the problem stays on a BONES clean before you restore or add apps, I would conclude that the probe has probably failed.

  • Black screen during the call I phone 6 more

BBlack screen while on a call to the phone I 6 more

The screen is supposed to close during a call. As soon as you press it against your ear, the proximity sensor is turning off screen, in order to avoid "plays the numbering" or similar effects.

If the screen is not active as soon as you lift the phone to your ear, check if the proximity on the top of the screen sensor is not covered by a protective film or the case, if you use one.

Have you ever tried to force reboot the phone by holding down the button sleep and home for 10 seconds, until the Apple logo comes back again?

You won't lose data by resetting, but it can cure a few glitches.

To make sure that it is not software related, set it back to factory settings, without using any data backup later. Set up the rest of the personal settings manually and test the phone.

If the phone works again, restore the last backup. If the problem returns, the data backup contains damaged data, causing your issues.

If this still does not work after that, get the phone checked for hardware problems by visiting an Apple store or Apple authorized service next to your site provider.

Or contact the Apple Support to send it.

First of all, you need not use a setup of Windows 98 to work partition disk before installing Windows XP, Setup of Windows XP has the tools to do this job.

Windows XP Setup cannot see the hard drive as it doesn't have drivers for the SATA controller on board.  To install Windows XP you must go into the BIOS and put the hard drive in IDE mode you will need to integrate the SATA drivers in the XP installation CD, or you need to feed them to the Windows XP Installer with a floppy using the F6 method drive.

Your new PC does support Windows XP, it has Windows XP drivers available for it?  If this isn't the case, you will have a lot of crying by train to get there.

Then, go to settings-> musicand make that Show Apple music is turned OFF.  Tap the music app.  If you see this image with the girl holding the iPhone, there should be choices on the screen to Join Apple music or display your own music (don't remember the exact wording).  Choose the latter.

  • Windows automatically restarts constantly, cannot access the system restore point, cannot access the computer in safe mode

    Hi all

For the not 24 hours I tried to access my computer in normal mode. When I turn on the pc, it says "configuration data 1 of 3 steps...". 0% complete"he never spent 0% and within seconds, it automatically restarts and starts again. It's so frustrating! I have a windows vista pc (purchased in ' 06). I can only access my desktop in SafeMode.

I tried to perform a system restore, but not like he says "recovery disk is not the restore point selected. What should I do? I tried to manually create a restore point, but cannot access the system and Maintenance, while in safe mode. I can't do anything but literally access the internet. How can I get Windows back to factory settings it is with these limited resources? I have a Dell reinstallation DVD.

I searched my programs and found that recently Windows automatically updated and downloaded "Microsoft Powerpoint Viewer" and "for 2007 Office system Compatibility Pack '. Now, I think it has something to do with it, because they were the most recent updates, before the pc crashed. But I also fear that it may be a virus, which has completely hijacked this PC. How am I supposed to get rid of a bug, if I can't even get the necessary antivirus?

Sorry for the ranting, but it's so stressful when my pc is completely down. Please, please please help me. Thank you in advance for reading this same!

    Hello

you talk about restore and system recovery disc in the same breath

    they are 2 different things

and you can NOT create a restore of yesterday and today!

    yesterday is gone

If it does not already; You can't do

1st thing to try is a restoration of the system in safe mode

    http://www.windowsvistauserguide.com/system_restore.htm

    Windows Vista

    Using the F8 method:

    1. Restart your computer.
    2. When the computer starts, you will see your computer hardware are listed. When you see this information begins to tap theF8 key repeatedly until you are presented with theBoot Options Advanced Windows Vista.
    3. Select the Safe Mode option with the arrow keys.
    4. Then press enter on your keyboard to start mode without failure of Vista.
    5. To start Windows, you'll be a typical logon screen. Connect to your computer and Vista goes into safe mode.
    6. Do whatever tasks you need and when you are done, reboot to return to normal mode.

If that does not read this information

the link below is how to download and get a vista disk startup repair, which you can start from the

to boot from the dvd drive to be able to you will see a way to get into the bios Setup at the bottom of the screen or command menu start

It would be F2 or delete etc to enter the BIOS or F12 etc. for the start menu

Change boot order it do dvd drive 1st in the boot order

    The malware removal:

Download update and scan with the free version of malwarebytes anti-malware

You can also download and run rkill to stop the process of problem before you download and scan with malwarebytes
