Cannot remove the FAKE alert windows XP security

I tried to malware, spybot, everything does not work, please help!
Appreciate your concern about the situation, please understand that without certain information, I can only general recommendations. Your best option is to contact support.

It would be useful to know your OS (Xp, Vista, Win 7) current antimalware/antivirus program (Avast, Microsoft Security Essentials, Norton, McAfee or other) and the exact name of this malware based on what is shown in the pop-up windows that was detected.
From your description, I suspect that maybe it's the fake Security Center. Check the link below for comparison and if you feel confident in your ability to follow a removal of self-help guide proceed carefully(Note: scroll down beyond the ads for the removal guide)

Cannot remove desktop icon in Windows Vista
I can't remove an icon of a document word on my desk. I first saved this file on my desk and he settled in a folder under "documents". Now, when I try dragging the icon remains on the desktop into the trash or select DELETE from the drop-down below, I get an error message that says "file not found." I tried to put the file on my desktop, but only another shortcut - creates a shortcut that I am able to remove. How can I delete the icon? I wouldn't mind deleting the document if necessary.
Try one of the following two products: http://www.softpedia.com/get/System/System-Miscellaneous/Unlocker.shtml or file Assassin http://www.malwarebytes.org/fileassassin.phpUnlocker. These programs tend to work when the standard functions of delete Windows Vista do not make the case.
I hope this helps.

Original title: cannot install WMP11, update rollup 2
I'm still on WMP 10 for a reason, and I wanted to connect my PC with 360 videos. I downloaded the update, but he told me to go get the Update Rollup 2 or something, so I tried to install it and he told me that I needed to go get the .NET framework 1.1 and .NET framework 1.1 SP1. I went to download them and install them, but he tells me that "the upgrade patch cannot be installed by the Windows Installer service because the program to be upgraded is may be missing or the upgrade patch may update a different version of the program".
I Googled, tried of all kinds, uninstalled SP3 and tried and nothing.
Hi xelliotx,I suggest that you follow these steps.Step 1:First of all, download and install .net Framework Cleanup Tool to remove selected versions of the .NET Framework on your computer.Step 2:Manually install the versions of Microsoft .NET Framework below:Microsoft .NET Framework Version 1.1 redistributable package

Hello
Thanks for joining us on the Microsoft Community.
According to the description of the problem you are facing problems with reinstalling Windows XP Professional, and you are to be invited to insert the Service Pack 1 drive to complete the installation.
To help you to propose measures to solve the problem, I would appreciate if you could answer the following questions:
1. did you uninstall Windows XP Service Pack 1 prior to reinstalling Windows XP?
2. what was the installed Service Pack earlier?
You may need to uninstall Windows XP Service Pack 1 first and then perform the reinstallation of Windows XP and to check if the installation goes smoothly.

Cannot remove Windows Media Player 12 library
I want to remove the entire library in Windows Media Player 12 (running Windows 7) so I can start over with a new database. With previous versions of WMP, it was simple - I get the Media Player folder in the Local environment and remove all files (leaving the files). Now when I try to do it I get the message "cannot complete this action because the file is open in Windows Media Player Network Sharing Service. Close the file and try again. "How can I do this?
Hi red high Mahoney,
Thank you for using the Microsoft Answers forums.
Make sure that the Windows Media Player Network Sharing Service network service or Windows Media Connect does not work as follows:
1. click on start and then click on run
2. in the run box, type services.msc
3. in Services, locate the Windows Media Player Network Sharing Service or Windows Media Connect (WMC) and then verify that the status column is started
4. double-click on the service and click on the Stop button, change the type to disabled startup
5 restart the computer. To reactivate the function repeat the above process, by clicking on the Start button instead of the stop and change the type of startup to automatic.
Now try to delete libraries.
