Cannot start applications after the stolen credit card

My credit card was stolen and cancelled. I'll probably get a new card tomorrow. Unfortunately I was not aware of the rejected payment my subscription to Adobe.  Although, if I check my online account, it says I need to update my payment information with my new credit card details or my subbscription stop at funtionning on 3 June. Unfortunately, this information was false. Today, May 9, my apps stop functioning. I am unable to continue working on my video projects.

Is there a way to access my request, while I'm waiting for a new credit card? 50% chance I can update paying info tomorrow, 90% I can update Monday (Bank holliday gives unpredictable delays for a new credit card)

  • Problem with XNET start VI after the creation of sessions

    I have a timed loop sending CAN messages via XNET screws. It works great, but I always lose the very first message. It matters little, I send the first message immediately after you create the XNET session or after a few milliseconds.

    The attached screenshot shows the initialization of my four sessions XNET. Although I am starting before the session with an XNET start VI, there is without success to get the first message.

    It seems that the sessions/CAN (selectable cards and HS CAN) interfaces are initialized only after the first call to write XNET. XNET write seems to imply XNET start (see documentation), but the appellant XNET start manually after the creation of sessions does not help.

    To be honest, something like this should not happen. I really don't understand why this is happening. I have updated the BIOS on friends A200 and mine P200 and everything works fine. Here on this forum we can only speculate on this issue, but what you need exactly's professional opinion.

    This probably not help but install recovery image and check with the factory settings. Make sure you also on the lower side cooling fan is not blocked and the laptop can be cooled properly. If the problem persists, you should contact the nearest authorized maintainer and clarify this issue.

    Sorry, but I don't really know what you can do in this situation. I don't see any other way to solve this problem.

    You will not be able to use the program after the end f the subscription, unless you continue to subscribe.  The only way to use Premiere Pro without subscription is to buy the CS6 version.  Remember that projects CC is not properly open to the CS6.

My desktop CC reloaded app me recognized as the user too and had my correct account information and email addy in there when even I don't not re-connect in there when I recharged it. Adobe recognizes and accepts me and my account and my user.

    This isn't simply connecting my apps on my account or something like that.

    Does anyone have any other suggestions?

    I called them again and this time the tech who responded to offered to help me. Less than 30 minutes on the phone with him and my problem is fixed and I can access all my apps!
