  In addition, we recommend that you try to install the FULL features for your printer software. There better analyze the characteristics.

  Can you confirm again your printer model? Can't find the 2023 HP on HP website.

  Once it has downloaded and installed, go to start > all programs > HP > HP Scan extended > Run "HP Scan extended.

• Can multiple Photosmarts (7510 and C309g) be configured to scan on the same computer?

  I have an Acer PC Windows 7 with an AMD Athlon X II processor, 4 GB of RAM.

  I have Photosmart C309g and everything-each 7510, both connected via wi - fi, using different IP addresses that are not in conflict with other devices on my network.

  I executed the complete installation for both HPs.

  I can print either, but I can scan only using the 7510.

  When I open the HP scan diagnostic, it does recognize that the 7510 - the c309g is not yet listed.

  I noticed only 7510 application record contains a HP scan application and it also recognizes that the 7510.

  There is no application scan c309g folder.  I tried Win 7 Windows Fax and Scan application but that also recognizes as the 7510.

  1. is there a way to configure the system so that it can print and scan from these two Photosmarts?

  2. If the scanning using a 7510 and c309g does not work, could I use a 7510 both a 7520?

  Welcome to the HP forums! I understand that you are unable to scan a document using the Photosmart Premium C309.

  You should have two printers scanning capabilities, because they have a different software. The Photosmart printer using the Solution Center and the Photosmart 7510 uses the Printer Wizard.

  I suggest you uninstall/reinstall the software Photosmart Premium C309. Please follow these steps:

  Please follow this HP document uninstalling the software of the printer.

  Then, perform a clean boot on your computer. I'll give you a Microsoft document on this step here.

  Now, install the full features on the site of HP software here. Choose your operating system that is appropriate; 32-bit or 64-bit.

  Once installation is complete, please click on the document to Microsoft, and "how to reset the computer to start normally after a clean boot."

  Please send me your troubleshooting steps.

• Bad quality on HP Photosmart 5515 and 6510 scan

  I just bought a Photosmart HP 6510 all-in-one printer/scanner after my Ditto 5515 broke down. They are good printers, but the quality of the scanned photos is ugly. If I scan a photo in the TIFF format, I expect to get an image uncompressed without artifacts, but these scanners do not clearly deliver that. Shure, they record the files .tif, but if I Zoom in on the image and look at it at 100% or more, I see that the image is full of JPEG compression artifacts.

  This means that the scanner will display only the highly compressed JPEG data, and then the scanning software saves a file .tif uncompressed containing the compressed JPEG image data!

  The scanner Canon gives a real no compressed .tif, then why can't the HP do the same? The two images are analyzed using native software of each scanner and with the default settings, at 600 dpi, on Windows XP.

  My main reason for the purchase of these boxes of HP is exellent on Linux support, which is my main OS. Scanning on Linux gives more or less the same result as under Windows. This leads me to believe that the problem is in the firmware in the scanners, and not in the Windows or Linux software.

  Someone at - he experiences the same thing? Anyone with a solution?

  If you use the original SW provided with the 6510 from CD, note that it will scan JPG compressed for resolutions > = 600 dpi.  It was for performance reasons.     Scans with 300 dpi and lower are done without compression JPG.

  If you download the latest SW Web available for your device, we shipped a newer version of the drivers and the Scan software that allows this is configurable.    In the new version, by default, all scans are performed with the JPG compression to improve the speed/flow.   For almost all customers, this compression is not noticeable and the increase of the scanning speed is dramatic.   However, we allow customers to disable.  Under Advanced settings, you will find a checkbox for "optimize the quality of the Image" setting will force the scans to occur in Raw (uncompressed) mode regardless of the resolution.

  If you have original SW, I recommend upgrading to this version and try your scanner 600 dpi with this setting is enabled.

  Note that AIO devices typically 'Cook' the scans... like to apply default photo changes, sharpening, tonemaps, etc..    For software/drivers Windows, the default settings for sharpness, gamma, highlight and shadow are all hard-coded default values for general use which may or may not be suitable for all applications.    The only controls adjustable user in our existing Wndows software and drivers are the brightness and contrast.   It is possible that the software and drivers Linux can expose many of these features, but I'm not familiar with this platform.

  I do act this application to our team of engineers for future review... more fine tuning of all available parameters.

  2 remove the printer drivers and reinstall the drivers. Follow the steps below:

  a. click on start

  b. type cmd in the start search

  c. right-click on the option of cmd.exe and select run as administrator

  d. type: printui/s/T2

  e. opens the printer server properties page

  f. press CTRL + mouse click, and then select all the printer drivers you wish to uninstall

  g. Select Delete

• capture multiple and reading images

  I use a Guppy F031 Pro camera equipped with trigger mode in bulk.  Now I can leave the exposure of the device twice in the series after an external trigger (my previous post).  But I don't know where are the stored images and how to read the two outside pictures and store them in the hard disk.

  When I use IMAQdx get image vi to capture image and set as number mode with 2 buffer pads.

  -To my knowledge, it is false.

  Buffer allocation:

  -There are two types of internal buffers and buffer of the user you want to set up and use.

  -internal buffer is that you can configure using IMAQdx configure acquisition and giving the required number of buffers you want to allocate.

  -the user buffer is a condigure you or create using IMAdx create and giving them different middle names, creating several buffers. (You must remove the user buffers when finished processing using IMAQdx has, otherwise it will fill the RAM memory.

  Number of buffer:

  -A number of buffer is a zero-based index that represents the cumulative number transferred image. For example, during an acquisition continues with three internal buffers, the number of buffers is updated as follows: 0, 1, 2, 3, 4, 5 and so on. Buffer 0 and 3 numbers correspond to the same internal buffer in the ring of the buffer. (From NI IMAQdx manual)

  -Which means you will need to give different buffers number each time adding 1 whenever you receive an image. and not a constant of 2.

  For your question:

  -Configure the acquisition with more than two buffers, start the acquisition.

  -Give the number of buffers to 0 and increment after successful image and send it to IMAQdx get image.

  -For each image, your user buffer is even currently, which means that it will overwrite the same. If you want them to be different, you can create several and use also.

  I used the first Pro CS6 and Premiere Pro 2014 before capture VHS via a record JVC deck, but now, when I do the same process in Premiere Pro 2015, it captures only the video in the option Capture Video and Audio mode. The only way to capture VHS audio is her choose Audio separately, because in this mode, it works. But then I have to synchronize video and audio, and it is not the best option. I can´t find no reason or settings which differs before when it worked. Do you have any suggestions?

  Hello! I found the solution. The novelty in first Pro 2015 is that you mark a video and an Audio track to drag the material captured in the Timeline! Now, it works fine.

  Photosmart HP 7510 provides all the OCR features in the HP software.

  You will need to use an OCR 3rd part software to achieve this functionality.

  If you have Microsoft Office on your PC, some versions of provide the functionality as part of the OCR software:

  1. Microsoft OneNote in Office 2010
  2. MS Office Document Imaging and Scanning in Office 2003 or 2007.

• Photosmart 7510 will not scan. Print, fax, Eprint, everything works, but not software for scanning

  I spent over 10 hours on the phone with Technical Support, Cloud Computing service and an escalation of HP handler.  The escalation of HP Manager ran a cleaner tool to remove completely all HP printer software and reinstalled.  Now, everything works except for analysis.

  Using the utility to scan the PC gives HP, "the series of HP Photosmart 7510 was not found"

  Using Scan of the computer for the printer display gives, "make sure that the HP printer software is installed.  I can, however, scan-to-one chip memory inserted in the computer, but is produces a jpg file and I need PDF.  All scanning software worked before technical support and escalation of HP is involved.

  I discovered that Windows has made a number of updates to security on my computer.  Therefore, windows do not see the 7510 as a device scan and judged that he was a suspect and deactivated engine part analysis of the HP software.

  I see that you are unable to scan / install with HP Officejet Pro 8600 Windows 8.1 computer, I would like to offer a helping hand. I would you run the Installation Wizard of HP printer on the computer to acquire the software, it will download and install for you. Which is to remove the PSDr on your computer, you should be able to just drag the icon to your trash can (on the desktop). Of my knowledge and use of the PSDr is not installed on the computer, it will extract temporary files whenever the icon is open. If you want to delete temporary files, you can press the Windows key and R on the keyboard (from the desktop) and it will open the box run. Type %temp%, and then press ENTER, search the 7z files and delete them (you can delete all files and folders from here, if you wish). I read on the computer problems, you are seen and cannot delete printing and scanning Dr. My suggestion would be to try a clean boot, and then once the computer restarted, access your control panel and uninstall tool.

  1. Search for, and starting with 7z folder (example: 7zS2356)
  2. Open the Util folder
  3. The CCC folder
  4. If you have an HP computer, run the L3uninstall.exe. If you have a computer not HP, run the L4uninstall.exe
  5. Once the uninstall is complete, reboot the computer
  6. Follow these steps to reset the registry settings and options for Windows Installer.
  7. Click Start and then click Run.
  8. In the Open box, type msiexec /unreg and then click OK.
  9. Click Start and then click Run.
  10. In the Open box, type msiexec/regserver, and then click OK
  11. Run the Accessories\ System Tools Disk Cleanup
  12. Download and install the latest version of Adobe flash, now we can restart the computer
  13. Download and install the software by clicking here > HP drivers and downloads

  Since I upgraded my computer to Windows 10, I'm unable to use my scan on my HP Officejet 6700 Premium function.  I can't even open the scan dialog box to look at the options etc.  I tried to find 'Scanner and printer' in painting, but it does not recognize.  Any suggestions?  I already deleted the printer and re-installed.  It was working fine before on Windows 8.
