CC Adobe is constantly a disconnection

After a recent update to Adobe CC Manager I have CC continually a disconnection.  Frustrating when you lose the connection to TypeKit during design.  How can this be repaired?

  • OnPlus constantly reports disconnects

    We have an onplus at a client device.  Constantly, the OnPlus device reports that it is in offline mode.  However, the Internet is alive and well.  What are the causes the OnPlus report that it is in offline mode?  Is it an external address ping?  If so, what address?

    It is almost always a type of occurring between the ON100 packet loss and OnPlus portal that is causing this symptom - but this loss could be caused by something local on the network of the Subscriber (bad ethernet cable, high CPU, switch/port, WAN connection overloaded, flakey router same QoS parameters), ISP customer or somewhere on the internet between their ISP and portal OnPlus.

    The key is to determine whence the packet loss. Knowing this ON100 sees packet loss on the portal on a regular basis you gives an indicator that something is wrong with this particular Subscriber network and could give you the opportunity to identify a connection problem, before it becomes noticeable to the customer. It is much more difficult to identify this type of problem when it does not occur often. Maybe it's not a problem for the usual daily traffic of the customer, if the problem exists in apart from their ISP - end-users do not tend to be very regular reports (or sometimes even noticing) brief periods of packet loss that affect only certain parts of the internet because of problems in BGP or a supplier of special transit along the way.

    If you have a unix machine at your disposal on the network of the Subscriber, you can run something like the below script on it to connect some pings on the portal OnPlus, the customer's ISP (side maybe the ISP to the WAN, or a network server of the ISP such as a DNS server), until you get the next event of disconnection from OnPlus. Then, you can view the log of the host for the period of time when OnPlus saw a failure and see if there's an abandonment in pings on the portal OnPlus of this unix machine. If this is not the case, the problem is probably related to the ON100 or, possibly, the switch/port/cable to which it is connected. If so, you can review files newspapers ISP and gateway and see if the unix machine has seen a similar to worms leaving the same time to the ISP or local gateway router. If you use this script below, please be sure to change the 3 values at the top.

  • Adobe Reader constantly crashing down on Start

    for months now, since the release of your new version of Reader, your free product keeps constantly crashing down when I start it.

    I use the WIndows operating system.

    Why do you need to 'home' to your servers with metadata and other information about my activity transferred to your servers EACH TIME I start your program?

    Why this problem is NOT addressed with new versions? He has not been there before.

  • Adobe Creative cloud keeps disconnecting Me

    I'm trying almost all of the methods listed as rename folders, delete files, etc. as mentioned on the forum. Nothing seems to work because it keeps disconnecting me as soon as I log in.   • Mac Mail will constantly be disconnected with Time Capsule

    It has been ongoing for more than a year: I the time Capsule AC version (bought fall 2014) and uses a Macbook (version slim retina released in March 2015.) 12 "I am constantly the mailbox in offline mode in the Mail from Mac application.  The status bar displays "Error of account" and when I click on the error box, it gives the following message:

    DRAW THE ATTENTION OF

    There may be a problem with the mail server or the network.  Check the "iCloud" account settings or try again.

    The server returned the error: connection to the server "p15 - imap.mail.me.com" on default ports has expired.

    If I temporarily turn off Wifi and turn back on right, the error messages disappear and download new messages.  Everything works fine for a few hours, and then I start to see those! exclamation points! next to my mailbox.

    Initially I thought it was a problem with the Macbook.  They did a replacement under warranty of the wifi module into the Macbook.  Still the same problem.  So yesterday, I noticed that my iMac 27 "retina is sometimes as well.  And also, it is fixed temporarily by activating / disabling wifi on and outside.

    Interestingly, my business partner, who has the same version AC Time Capsule and retina macbook 12 "even I experienced the EXACT SAME SYMPTOMS in his house.  (Mailbox log in Mac app, remedied temporarily by activating / disabling wifi power).

    It's to drive us both crazy.

    Both have tried to remove the email accounts of our Macs and rebuild them.  Still the same problem.

    Is there a problem of connectivity between the time Capsule AC and some Mac computers?  I do NOT notice the problem when I'm connected to all other routers in other locations and mobile.

    If anyone has a thought on this, I would appreciate it a lot.  I am about to replace my Time Capsule with another brand of router in order to solve the problem, but all other routers are so ugly and I don't want some Darth Vader looking black thing with 8 antennas in my living room.

    El Capo had e-mail problems... so I assume also that you have updated to the latest patch.

    Your experience with the laptop when you suggest that mobile are still correct... It is the TC at fault.

    There are known problems happening... not universal, which is a shame because then it would be imposed on Apple to fix... but it is not uncommon.

    I would recommend a reconfiguring of the TC... See the list below.

    I understand your network a little better.

    1. what modem do you have? Brand and model please.

    2. your ISP using IPv6 or spend now?

    3. is the work of TC as main router or bridge? (The answer might be inherent in the 1st quarter, but if it is a modem router I need the exact details).

    4. is the modem, also located in your living room... If you run ethernet instead of modem, a router could be installed right next to the modem... and the TC has changed to the bridge? It can work perfectly as a WAP right and for the TM backup when you remove its role in the delivery.

I've seen people bend lever or even break. I use a toothpick as a tool.

    NB. None of your files on the hard drive of the TC are removed... This simply clears the settings of the router of the TC.

    3. If the TC is router, you can ignore this point. It is only a problem when the TC is bridged.

    If ensure that the TC is always the same IP address... you will need to do this on the main router using a dhcp reservation... or a bit more complex setup by using the static IP address in the TC. But it's important for deriving from intellectual property in all directions when MYELCAP do not remember his name for 5 min after a reboot done for poor network management.

    4. check that your share on the computer name does not change... (It was mostly from the Mavericks)

    Type in SMB://192.168.0.254 (or whatever ip of TC is that you made static. It's a default router 10.0.1.1 and I encourage people to stick with it unless you know what you're doing).

    You can use the name... SMB://TCgen5.local where you replace TCgen5 with your name of TC... local is the default domain of the TC and does not change.

    However the names are not so easy as... the IP address nor reliable. They are not at least not in Yosemite. The field can also be a problem if you are not clogged or wireless directly to the Treasury Board.

    6. ensure that IPv6 is set to link-local only in the computer. (Depends on your ISP and if they moved to IPv6.. e.g. comcast).

    For example wireless open network, wireless and Advanced preferences / TCP/IP... and the difficulty of IPv6. link-local only. Do the same for the ethernet if you use it.

    In the TC configured only IPv6 local link... assuming you're on IPv4 yet.

    It is very important with some ISPS like cox cable at this time.

    It is a lot more jiggery pokery, you can try, but the above is a good start... If you still find not reliable... don't be surprised.

    You may need to do more work on the computer itself. for example, to reset the NVRAM/PRAM/SMC... helped some people. A clean installation of the operating system is also useful if you update installed.

    These changes could amount to little more... practical household good network... but I salute them as a starting point.

    It's going to ruin your Time Machine configuration... So if you change the TC its location in the network name must be passed to TM... so open TM preferences and put the backup to the new location. TM will then say that he will make a new backup... once he starts, he will find the TC and original backups... check it out... and then do another differential... so no problem. If you are prompted to you want to use the old and new locations of backup just say a new.

  • WiFi constantly drops / disconnects

    Hello, I use an Inspiron 3541 Windows 8.1

    My problem is that my wifi keeps disconnecting at different intervals. Sometimes, he would spend every few minutes and sometimes once per hour at least. Also, when wifi is, google chrome does and it freezes, or sometimes the chrome becomes black. Sometimes wifi disconnects and gets the yellow exclamation point, but generally the bars just drag as shown in the picture.

    I've not seen service WLAN cause this problem directly, but it is worth it. Unfortunately, with all the steps you tried it sounds like maybe this is a bad card.     I had a previous case # open 188054149 about the application that is running very slowly and thought that we got a resolution, but the supplied patch does not work on a particular computer.  This is the difficulty that I got:

    • Open Acrobat
    • Go in Edition > Preferences > accessibility

    o uncheck options:

    o use documents
    structure for tab order when no explicit tab order is specified

    o allow assistance
    technology support

    • Go in Edition > Preferences > reading

    o select: "Only read the currently visible pages" for Pages vs Document drop-down list

    • Go in Edition > Preferences > search

    o increase Maximum
    The cache size at 1000MB

    o click Purge Cache

  • Adobe CC constantly asking the same updates daily

    OK, so I've had this problem for about 6 months now. Whenever I restart my computer, the same CC updates are appearing, in spite of perform the updates at each new session. I renamed the file AAM Updater as explained here by Romsinha Re: why CC Apps can reproduce the same all day for updates? And it works for awhile, then I have to start AGAIN and AGAIN because the issue continues to be. Is Adobe aware of this problem and they are actively trying to fix? Or are they happy with sub par performance CC and this bug annoying?

    I know I'm not the only one. Many other people on this forum and elsewhere on the web have this same problem. Time to fix Adobe and stop embarrassing your loyal customers.

  • Watch frequently is disconnected

    Since the upgrade to iOS 10 (iPhone 6) and watch OS 3 (first generation shows) my watch is constantly becoming disconnected from the phone. This is a quick fix (I just turn off and turn on the Bluetooth on the phone and it is fixed). But it's boring. I go through it a dozen times a day. And it never happened for the whole year I had the watch until I upgraded. Patches? Thoughts? Suggestions? I have not matched the watch and re-paired, but it is still frequently disconnect.

From your post, I understand that since the update to iOS 10 on your iPhone 6 and watch OS 3 on your Apple Watch, you had some difficulties to keep connected. I know how it is important for the two devices to work together and want to make sure they stay connected!

    I see that you have tried to disable the pairing and repair the iPhone and Apple Watch, but the problem persists. It was a big step to try! Since it did not help, I have a few other things I can say to you.

    First, if you haven't already done so, restart the iPhone matched following the steps described here: restart your iPad, iPhone or iPod touch

    After rebooting the iPhone, test how well your Apple Watch remains connected.

    If you're still having problems with connectivity, désapparier your Apple Watch from your iPhone by following the steps detailed here: pairing your Apple Watch and iPhone

    Reset the network settings on your iPhone under settings > general > reset > reset network settings. This will remove not your personal information (contacts, photos, calendar of events, etc.), but it will remove networks WiFi recorded and passwords, as well as all the APN or previously used VPN settings and Bluetooth devices connected.

    After the reset, pair your Apple Watch with your iPhone again and test the connectivity.

    Finally, if the iPhone and Apple Watch still have difficulty to stay connected, back up your iPhone and then restore it to the factory settings. Instructions to save can be found here: How to back up your iPad, iPhone or iPod touch

  • Adobe Capture stuck on 'contacting server... ". »

    My Capture from Adobe is constantly blocked on «Server communicating with...» "and I can't use the + icon - I tried to restart my phone (an iPhone running iOS 9.3.2 5s), re - connect to CC and re-install the application. I have also hunted around online - but can't find any reference to this issue. My phone has a good signal and Wifi.

    Any help much appreciated. I liked using the colors for my design work.

  • Updater CC continually fails - useless Adobe Support

    I have a desktop mac (Yosemite) and then CC. Adobe is constantly updated its (major) software, but the Update Manager and CC request does not work. Neither the update of the Flash Player works. So my adobe software is constantly being exceeded and then becomes non functional because Adobe and most applications put a block on the software if it is not common.

    Why Adobe cannot solve this problem for Mac users who need a functional application manager and Adobe Flash Reader?  Am I the only person out there using the Adobe on a Mac? Is no client to Adobe for Mac software? I can't tell you how frustrating it is. Does anyone else have this problem? Someone at - it a solution? How do the update work?

    Whenever I log into Adobe Creative Cloud it disconnects me immediately. I tried to uninstall and reinstall but nothing has changed. It is a cause of problem now I can't use my cause of underwriting AE 1 year since I need to connect to CC because I do not have a serial number. Please help solve.

  • Re-installing Adobe CS4 problem

    A few years ago, I bought Adobe Creative Suite CS4 for use in my course of college as an art major. But Photoshop has been recently crashing with strange frequency, interrupting my workflow enough to prompt me to save as often as every 5 minutes or more. It greatly affected my work, I decided to attempt to reinstall Photoshop to see if the problem persists once it has been reinstalled.

    Unfortunately, I have not received the chance to test this theory.

    In the process of resettlement, the CD of adobe stops constantly during the installation of adobe air. You can listen to the cd running with all components being installed, but once it reaches air from adobe, it runs... then stops. It will not continue the installation of anything else.

    I have re-installed Adobe Air, uninstalled Adobe Air and installation "run" for several hours to no visible effect to the left. What is worse that the program works technically because when I force - quit (the Cancel button does not appear worked either) this is not considered "unresponsive".

    Any help on this would be greatly appreciated, as digital art is the kind with which I am more comfortable.
