• DVD DVD TSST corp TS-H653 and TS-H353 does not not on Precision T7400

  My T7400 running with Vista Business 64-bit has a TS-H353B of DVD-ROM and a DVD +-RW TS - H653B. Everything worked fine until I installed Pinaccle Studio 10.6 from the Vista installation disc. Apparently, this facility has done something for pilots. After restarting both drives is not accessible, the hardware manager says that pilots could not be loaded (Code 39). I reinstalled the drivers and rebooted, still the same error. I used the diagnosis (F12 at startup) and both drives are recognized and pass the tests. I downloaded H653B_D400.zip - TS and TS-H353B - D500.zip on the Dell support site. When I reinstall the drivers of these files (which are Vista 64 files) I get the message of materiel Manager of Windows that the installed drivers are optimal and the most recent status. However, the drivers are not loaded, and so readers do not work. If I uninstall the drivers in the Windows hardware Manager, Windows Vista x 64 recognizes them and attempts to load their drivers, but then I'm back to square 1, drivers can not be loaded.

  Windows drivers trying to load are cdrom.sys and PxHlpa64.sys for the two discs. There all the other drivers that could (or should) be used? I ask this question because maybe the Pinnacle suite has changed the original Scriptures...
