Claire VF but Rec on ext monitor?

Claire VF but Rec on ext monitor?

Is there a way?

I know the Red Rec Stby on top. But the declaration of principles want a clear framework.

Thank you

Well, to my knowledge, I think that if you want... you can have just the score on the SDI stream light show, and that would be attached to the camera...

As said, 3 SDI and the VF mimic each other what's on 3 SDI will appear in the VF... But on the side of the VF, you have the 'Display' button that you should be able to turn off all the information in just the VF.

So with that in place, you could see a clean image in the VF, with SDI 1 is also clean and SDI 3 being the one with the record count.

Some monitors have a record tally indicator on the monitor itself and which would be active through the menu on the screen itself, but it is something that is variable according to the monitors. And at that time where the camera needs to send a REC flag to trigger such a capability in the monitor. I believe that there is an option in the "REGISTRATION" menu that will allow SDI relaxation to be active.

Hope that helps a little...

Disconnect your laptop external display, power supply and remove the battery.
Leave it for a while, just connect the power and try to start the laptop.

  • Equium A100: Nothing on the internal display, but on the external monitor

For some reason, my laptop has forgotten that he has a screen attached to it.
I can see everything if I attach an external monitor, but there is nothing on my LCD screen, even if it is on and lit. It is only black.

I tried to update the display drivers and even the BIOS, but neither one of those who helped.

And it's not my screen brightness, either - which does not at all. It's as if my screen has just been removed from the system. Help, please!

Are you sure that the display is not faulty? As far as I know if your laptop is not connected to the external display the home screen Toshiba must be indicated on the screen of the laptop.

Start the laptop without external screen and wait a few minutes. If you think that the operating system is running correctly, try to use the combination of keys FN + F5 several times to see if you get the image on the screen of the laptop.

    Hello

Since there is no power for the keyboard and monitor, the issue seems to be with the material. I suggest that get you in touch with the hardware manufacturer for further assistance on the issue.

I'm helping a friend add an external monitor to the laptop.

It's a generic monitor and when I select in the Control Panel, the laptop screen instantly goes sideways, portrait, but on the side. The external monitpor shows nothing. It seems no other options in the control panel that make sense for monitor rule addin, once again, I'm a Mac user any guidance would be appreciated. The laptop is a business and I imagine is quite wise software up-to-date. I can provide details if it is important of course.

    Hi Henry,.

    Please contact Microsoft Community.

To better understand the issue, please send us the following information:

    1. What is the brand and model of the computer & external screen that you are trying to add?
    2. The external monitor has been identified by the system when you connected?
    3. You have installed the latest driver available for the external monitor?

I suggest you follow these steps and see if it helps:

Install the latest version of the video driver

Update your drivers for your adapter display card on the Web site of the manufacturer and the device.

After downloading the drivers install them and try following the steps provided by Ronnie Vernon of the post above.

  • N5110 display not working, but when the external monitor is connected to come

My screen does not work and I often hear 8 beeps at startup which indicate a problem with lcd display. But if I connect an external monitor, the LCD lights up also and then I can disconnect the external follow and work with my built-in screen. If I turned off or in hibernation etc the same problem occurs.

    Hi rndb_v,

LCD screen could be about to fail, or it could be a cable problem. I suggest you try reseating the LCD cable. You can find the manuals here http://dell.to/1n5lDxb

  • New MBP, old G5, Ext monitor

I have always used a desktop computer and my 2008 (?) 24 "G5 external HARD & HD drive failed.  Rather than trying to revive once again I just picked a new mid 2015 MBP 15 ".  I'm working on a lot of pictures and edit them on the MBP have been a challenge.

As the G5 monitor works and it has a Mini-DVI port, I can we as an external monitor or is it old?

No, you can't. The mini-DVI port does not support the video in.

    help please

    Hello

Usually, you can switch between the internal and external screen using FN + F5 key combination

Try it! Perhaps out of the display is set to an external monitor only.

But you see something on the internal display when the external monitor is NOT connected?
Some image of the Toshiba start screen or the notes of the BIOS?

  • Connection problem with the second monitor, macbook pro 2014, OSX El Capitan

There are a few threads describing problems with two monitors, but I have not found a match.

I like for the operating system ask login password once the lid is closed, no matter how much time has passed (even for a moment). Also, I work with a dual monitor. However, when my macbook is plugged into the monitor and I close the lid, the macbook don't disconnect but spends just primary monitors. Understand that this could be a feature and not a bug, I tried to unplug the monitor before closing the lid. But the OS seems not to realize that the monitor has been disconnected, and when I close the lid he didn't ask me for my password once that I reopen it. Does it also if I wait a bit (i.e. one minute) after disconnecting the monitor, but not if I wait a while (or 15 minutes), well that I've not enough highlighted how long is necessary so that it starts locking on my closing the lid. He does it with different monitors, so I doubt that it depends on the particular monitor. In both cases, I used the HDMI port.

This is quite annoying, because I need to be able to disconnect safely in a short period of time, and I was not able to find a workaround on mine. Everyone knows this? Thank you for any help or advice.

    Hi computeruser7,

I have read about this problem on other similar topics when the AC/DC adapter is connected.

So it seems to be a problem of the ground between the AC adapter and laptop.

You can solve the problem when you buy an adapter AC/DC 3 pins and power cord. I assume that your current AC adapter is just a version 2pin so change the AC/DC adapter should work.

  • Satellite C50D - PC Health Monitor shows the low battery

I bought a C50D a few days ago and noticed that when I ran the PC Health Monitor he showed the wear of the battery as poor. I tried a few full charge/discharge cycles and it does not seem to have improved the situation.

Is this something that is likely to correct itself in the next a few charge cycles or could I have a duff battery - the health monitor is not too well to evaluate the battery charge.

    Ian

New batteries must be charged and discharged several times in line to achieve the best performance.

I'm not quite sure how many times you have to repeat this procedure but I recommend you monitor the battery working time m.

Of course, battery working time depends on the use of the laptop, but you should be able to see the improvement.
