  Whenever we try to upgrade the safety components for Windows Media Player, Internet Explorer tries to run an ActiveX control. Sometimes security software or firewall blocks it from running.

  1. Click Start, type inetcpl.cpl , and then press enter.

  2. click on the Security tab, select Internet and click custom level.

  3. under controls ActiveX and plug-ins to allow request confirmation for ActiveX controls and ActiveX controls to run and plug-ins.

  If the steps above does not resolve, you can start Windows Vista by using a minimal set of drivers and startup programs. This type of boot is known as a "clean boot". A clean boot helps eliminate software conflicts.

  2. try to upgrade the component security after step 1 of the above article.

  3. If you are able to upgrade the safety component of media player correctly, follow step 7 to start the computer as usual.

• Error in plugin Maven OJMake, the package does not exist

  I'm trying to compile the application oracle fusion middleware that is projects ViewController and models inside. Using Jdeveloper compile or deploy it works perfectly. But the company is moving all Maven projects, so I created project and application poms, added all the dependencies. Hitting the compile with the commented ojmake plugin works fine, but with the ojmake plugin model project compilation failed.

  Model has a dependency called sxreports which is a jar created by our company and stored in the repository maven local businesses, solved dependence and the appropriate version of the artifact is downloaded.

  Yes, possible. The transport application component security mode has no impact on the end user SSO.

  Technically, the mix of modes (simple and open) is not supported. If you have installed some AAA servers more in simple mode you can connect your webgate to those simple ones more and not the other (open mode) to avoid this problem.

  If you need to share the existing AAA servers you will need to bring the listening in BOTH modes. This used to work even if I have not tried with recent versions. The technique is to (re) configure the AAA servers in Simple mode and then pass the parameter mode back to open the profile of component in the directory (via the admin UI).

  I've done this several times. The new profile would work for a single session.
