Divya R,.

I went out and bought a 'cooling block' yesterday to set my laptop on.  The 'cooling block "has three fans of air to push upward through the computer laptop cooling entered.  I ran the set used for causing the stop for three or four hours without incident.  Thank you for pointing me in the right direction.

Our AC100 suffers from frequent and annoying messages: the process android.process.acore has stopped unexpectedly (well it is said in Dutch, so I hope that the translation is good). After googeling I found many people with the same problems (but for other devices as a computer of Toshiba), and it seems that the only solution is to reset the original settings (after having a back-up).

  • HP Pavilion dv4 stops unexpectedly

    Hey there,

I have a Hp Pavilion dv4 Notebook PC I bought half a year ago. A couple of days, while I was working on my computer it unexpectedly closes. At first I thought it was because my computer was out of battery because when I turned it on, there was no charge inside. However, two days later it stopped again and when I turned it back on it still had about 21 percent of power left. I don't really know what could be the problem. I did a scan of the computer, health analysis and tested my battery as well and they were all aware.

    Any suggestions?

  • PC Windows Vista stops unexpectedly. Sometimes several times a day and sometimes not at all.

My Windows Vista PC completely stops unexpectedly and without warning. Sometimes several times a day and sometimes not at all. When I turn it back on, sometimes I have a blue screen that tells me that the PC has experienced an unexpected shutdown and communicate with my local technician. However when turning on, I am always able to return to my office. My anti-virus support told me that it is not related to a virus. Help!

It is likely some equipment or device driver issue (although we can not entrierly a problem of software).  I need a lot more information on this blue screen - EXACTLY what it says Word for Word with all the codes.  Read the messages and follow the procedures established by the MVP of the spirit in the following thread on the Blue Screen of Death.  They should help you solve your problem. http://social.answers.Microsoft.com/forums/en-us/vistahardware/thread/8cd8362e-7d06-46FB-afd7-84d54b6a8ea7  I know it's long but a blue screen problems problem may take some time because there are so many different causes and we must find the right to try to identify the problem and then find a way to fix it.  One of the elements in his post is a method to prevent the system to reboot when a blue screen if you have the time to copy the information.  If the system is not turned off, but the screen does not stay up long, press prtscrn to copy the screen, then when the system boots to open Microsoft Paint, click on the Open box and click Ctrl + V to paste here you have plenty of time to copy the information and post it here so we can look at.  Do not forget to include EVERYTHING - it is unclear what could be of crucial importance.

I repeat the procedures in the messages of the spirit in the link above - just follow them and answer back here with the results.  Want to make interim reports before the end of the stteps is perfectly OK - in fact, I suggest you do that so I can help guide you and maybe eliminate some of the steps because they will provide no information, that we don't already know (or will not solve the problem because of the information that we already know.

A question, is your so hot PC anywhere on it that if you hold your hand on it, you will need to detach due to heat?  Overheating is a common cause of this type of problem.  Check that the fan doesn't work and all intake and exhaust ports are clean of dust, lint, or any other obstacle.  If this is a desktop computer, remove the cover and clean the entire interior to remove dust and lint and anything else that doesn't belong.  Make sure you do not loosen or detach the wiring or the accessories cards or RAM chips.  Don't bother if it's a laptop - it's too difficult to get inside to do a proper clean-up - just make sure that the fan is running and that the vents are clear.

I hope this helps.  I look forward to your reply with your comments about what you did to the spirit and procedures for detailed information on the blue screen error.

    Good luck!

    Hello

This "might" be a power problem, even if it's not the most common cause.

9F is probably a driver issue. Security/antivirus/antispware programs can also cause these issues.
Have you added the recent devices or the updated drivers - don't forget to check in the Windows updates to see
If a driver has been updated before this happen.

9f, means that a driver does not properly support the power state. Check in Control Panel - device
Manager to ensure that the drivers are not stop during sleep - double-click graphics card.
Card NETWORK and WIFI - healthy and others - tab power management - uncheck allow the computer to turn off
power. Maybe the only has a problem. See below for troubleshooting and driver update methods.

Start - type in the search - find MSCONFIG in top - right, click on – RUN AS ADMIN

General tab - tick this box start Diagnostic - APPLY / OK - REBOOT

Try it now. If the computer still blue screens thinks that video driver. Otherwise think the card NETWORK, Wifi, sound, or...
(and it might still be video interacts with something else).

Could be linked to the heat, make sure that the computer has sufficient ventilation, may use a small fan to add a little.
On a PC, the cards, the memory and the cable (both ends) will need to be reinstalled. Remove all power and remove
and replace those, do not just tight. Can't do that on a good laptop.

Assuming that when you say it stops - mena you just, it turns off without warning?

Closure would imply an orderly progression where it closes open programs and actually stops the BONE before turning off power and which would not cause the symptoms you gave.

Could be damaged by the heat, or you might have a fan coming out, only not on if necessary.  Your "seems to come and goes out more" could be that the fan is cycling when it should just be on... meaning that it provides insufficient cooling.  Only verified material.

  • Computer stops when the power to the computer to sleep, on computer virus problem

    Hello

When I put my pc sleep and wake him up, a window pops up saying that the machine has stopped unexpectedly, and then the pc automatically reboots by itself,.

after reboot, a window box comes in saying that the pc rebooted one... and that Windows will inform me what to do.  What happened yesterday and today.

I must say however that Friday evening, August 24, my pc was slow work, since a few days I noticed, but Friday it was slower, I could see that something

moving in often via the little blue wheel icon that shows that something is happening.

I "had" McAfee Total Protection in my machine since 08/05/2012 and last night I clicked on the McAfee to do a full Scan of my pc, because I thought there was something fishy in it.  McAfee Full Scan clicked, a blue page with white letters arrived, quick and deep that I saw Dump numbers going up to 100, then the blue screen came out and restarted my PC.  After reboot a small box of Windows came to say that the machine had stop unexpectedly, he

has run a control bar, when in fact something like 'your stop machine unexpectedly and windows will inform you what to do', something like that.  I then

new click the McAfee icon, click the full sweep, the same thing happens again anywhere.

Then, I went to the website of McAfee and talkative with Technical Support, he came into my pc to see for himself, he opened the Navigation button and had IP

address to which McAfee was 'downtime '.  He told me I had a virus in my computer... He gave me a phone # to call for assistance in the removal of the virus. I called, the man

did not come into my PC to see, he said, I had to pay $89. something taken him. I closed with him, went with the customer, aksed for my refund...

sad situation, but I withdrew my PC with McAfee.

I've downloaded Malwarebytes, checked my PC had 2 Trojan horses, you click on Remove to remove the.  Still had Malwarebytes in pc, I went to Trend Micro, which I had before in my pc for years and renewed my Sub. with them and has installed. After doing a full Scan, no virus.

I made a 'machine checking if' work properly AM early this morning.

This afternoon, August 25. I opened my pc, the audit began, time + after pc restarted normally, then all of a sudden the blue window came with white letters, dump numbers went up to 100 then pc rebooted, Windows little box came "... unexpected" and normal ran pc after.  Worked a bit on the pc then place to sleep so I could go somewhere, when I clicked on the mouse to wake up, as I always do in the pc, it awakened, blue page with while that the lettering came, took place on the same things as above.  PC ran good, had to go eat, put the pc to sleep, came back same thing occurred again

I searched what happens and found nothing.  I went to the community, there nothing either.  So I'm here today to help hoping that you know what is happening.

Thank you for your time and your help.

    Hello

Currently, you have a program full-time antivirus installed on the computer?

If you do not have one, I suggest you to install Microsoft Security Essentials.  Follow this link to download.
    http://Windows.Microsoft.com/en-us/Windows/products/security-essentials

    Follow these methods.

Method 1: Run a Scanner online from Microsoft.

    http://www.Microsoft.com/security/scanner/en-us/default.aspx
Note: The Microsoft Safety Scanner ends 10 days after being downloaded. To restart a scan with the latest definitions of anti-malware, download and run the Microsoft Safety Scanner again.
The data files that are infected must be cleaned only by removing the file completely, which means that there is a risk of data loss.

Method 2: To remove the virus manually, see the article:

How to remove a computer virus?
    http://Windows.Microsoft.com/en-us/Windows7/how-do-I-remove-a-computer-virus

Important: The Troubleshooting Manual in the link above steps show you how to modify the registry. However, serious problems can occur if you modify the registry incorrectly. Therefore, make sure that you proceed with caution. For added protection, back up the registry before you edit it. Then you can restore the registry if a problem occurs. Recently upgraded to El Capitan, I had that problem for Mail stop unexpectedly when I saw some posts.  I followed the steps and was able to remove the trouble messages.   Now I can't restore the mail window message viewer component.  When I try to catch the separator bar to go back to the left, only half of the small arrow icon and line appears, and it cannot be moved.   Can open the message by double clicking a message viewer.

    Hi there, alicefrompa!

Thank you for using communities Support from Apple. From your post, I understand that you do not see the Message Viewer box which allows you to read your e-mails; only see you the Inbox that includes a brief overview of the message and are unable to restore access using the separator bars. I have had this happen to my own Mail app and am happy to let you know how I could fix!

You are really on the right track - you want to roll your mouse over the divider between the Inbox and sections Message Viewer (which should now be on the extreme right edge of your mail window) and drag it to the left.  When you click on the receipt/Message Viewer box, the cursor turns into a line continuous black with a single arrow pointing to the left. When you see the cursor change, click with the left button of the mouse and (while holding down the mouse button in) drag the combination line / arrow to the left. You may need to drag a little further than before to get it. I had to hang mine almost completely in the middle of my Mail app before the display of the message box appeared.

From there, you should be able to adjust the boxes to your widths you want as expected.

If you are still not able to get the display of the messages visible after have try this, here are a few more things that you can do.

    1. Press command + O on your keyboard.
    2. Exit the Mail application, and then press on and hold the SHIFT key on your keyboard while reopening.
    3. Restart your Mac by selecting the menu  Apple in the upper right of your screen restart from the menu drop down.

    See you soon!

  • spectrum x 2: spectrum x 2 stops unexpectedly

The computer stops at least once unexpecedly whenever it is used.  does not start again, unless I plug it into the charger.   The battery is often full when this happens.  Sometimes if I get it started quickly it will be just as it was when he stopped.  Sometimes it starts, and I have to sign in and start as usual.  If I happen to have plugged in to the charger when I start it I don't have there problem.   Of course it's not ideal, I need to make it portable, as it is supposed to be.  Any help would be appreciated.

    Hi @Twindy91,

Thank you for visiting the HP Forums! A place where you can find solutions for your problems with the help of the community!

I stumbled upon your post on the laptop and wanted to help you! I looked in your question about your x 360 spectrum HP stop down after update of Windows 10. You can try to use theWindows Update Troubleshooter to fix updates that do not come through Windows 10.  Please restart the laptop twice to make sure that all updates are completed!

I see that if you change the balanced power plan options option in the book will help. Here is a link that will help you.

Go to your power options. Select balance, then click on change plan settings. Click on change advanced power settings. Then save changes. Restart your computer and see if the options have changed.

    You can also try:

In Device Manager, click the arrow next to display adapters to expand this category
Right-click on the graph, and then select Update driver software if more than 1 graphic adapter do 1 at a time.
Select search automatically for updated driver software.

The laptop must find and automatically install the updated driver
Once the installation is complete, restart your laptop.

Please let me know how it goes.

    Thank you.

  • HP Pavilion laptop computer stops even if I return to setting original or factory

Please help because I was closing my laptop without no reason. We turn-out in a blue screen with an error about incomptibility with the system. I have restore its original, but after 5 minutes, his stops. It is less than 1 year old laptop and I use it twice a week on the weekends.  Battery is not the problem and overheating is not also the reason because sometimes in less than 5 minutes after opening, its stop itself. Hope you could help me to fix it.

    Hello Cirssy,

Your computer stops on its own.

    Do a hard reset.

    Turn off the computer.

Remove the power cable and battery.

Hold down the power button for 15 sec while booth energy sources are deleted.

This should reset the hardware in the computer.

That you put it on press the F10 key. This will load the BIOS setup utility.

Press F9 to load the default values.

Press F10 to save and exit.

When the computer starts up, check if everything is working.

If it is still at the age of one year I give HP a call so that everything is still under warranty.

Here is a link to a phone number to call HP.

I would like to know how everything goes.

    Nice day.
