  Method 2: If the steps above do not help, unplug the printer from the computer, uninstall the drivers for printer and re - install the same thing again.

  The steps you mentioned is correct.

  When you configure the print service, you can set the URL of the web application server financial information in .properties and this file will get stored in the HSS registry (this is the step where you run the FRprintserversetup.cmd). So when you run Setup of each print server there will be created for this purpose in the HSS registry entries. Then, there will be an internal logic that will work on what server should take what process.

  GIGO, however, you should be able to bring the pencil strokes back with nothing more than the levels/curves. Color just pick up the low-medium gray and bring levels down until they start looking as you want.

  Are you referring to the labels under brands of printing option when you open the print dialog window?

  If you check this option button, the name of the file you are editing will be printed on the top of the page, as shown below. You can change this label by changing the name of your file (go in file > save the to do)

  Is it possible to configure the printer from the PIA... If so pls mention the relevant measures or pls provide the document.

  We print directly, but we do so only for the sqr process. We have a Setup program from the unix for each printer queue. When the output of sqr is sent to this queue; It prints directly on the printer. The work-around, I can think of is, when you want something printed in PIA you plan a process to do the processing or to generate the output and file from ftp to a print queue.

• Series of printer HP Color LaserJet 2840: not able to configure the functionality of SCAN to e-mail or a folder

  Have a series of HP Color LaserJet 2840 printer on a local subnet for home with two computers that share.

  We can make regular features print very well.

  We cannot get the SCAN function to work for the scan to e-mail or in a folder.

  Went and used the HP Toolbox to set options analysis, but for some reason, they are not taken.

  The Guide of the user for this problem are usless (as usual with the documents of the user).

  I have spend too much time on this seemingly simple question, as usual.  (months of work on this periodically)

  I'm sure that's not that hard to implement.

  Can you please help or advise.

  Additional information:

  2 computers on the subnet local via 100MB ethernet switch and router (basic stuff)

  No problem of communication to the printer for print jobs or check on other orders of status.

  Some scanning configuration problems.

  Two client computers are running Windows Vista Home Premium SP1 32-bit

  I want to set up the printer so I can scan from the printer directly to a folder on the machine either or e-mail to each machine.

  I do the steps correctly, from what I can tell, but the info is not required or sent to the printer. ?

  If I add an e-mail through the box to tools, I can fill in the email field and the name field, but it will not show when I hit Add.

  Besides which should represent the box 'Host '?  The printer or my personal computer?

  If I try to add a file, it displays a browse box but never lets me select a folder to scan to?

  I don't understand.  Shouldn't be this embarrassing.  And if it is, (as usual), the stupid tech docs should do a better job MUUCCHH through it.  In fact, they don't even show or talk about the Host column.  So what is this for.

  I was printing a user for a smart phone manual. After many false starts, I finally got exactly what I need.

  Print booklet, 2 pages of a sheet and automatic two-sided, so I got 4 pages on a sheet of paper from the manual pages are half size of 8.5 by 11.  I could print 16 manual pages at once on 4 sheets of paper.  Exactly what I needed. It would take 20 tries to do all the work. cut the leaves half everything was fine.

  Then disaster! failure of the printer. A call to Canon got a warranty replacement.

  But now I've lost configuration to print in the right format. I can't replicate the results and I'm only at half way through the job.

  Detach the printer, I have a piece of paper that has 2 pages of manual on one side and 2 more on the other side. If I run 6 sheets at a time get 24 pages of manual. I am totally impressed with the software that does so well.

  But now I've lost the recipe to select print settings. If anyone can help. Is there a manual for the printer that describes the implementation of ptoper?

  It's preference that tells Firefox saves the last modification of the settings.
  
  Print save_print_settings = True - (by default): save the print settings after each print job

  This setting has to be changed in about:config if you would want to switch it to False.

  -the values are stored as measures either inch or metric or not according to U.S. paper sizes (letter, legal, custom, etc.) or 'A' type of paper sizes.

  These two settings are saved in the selection of paper made in the dialogue window of the printer properties for the printer that can be opened from the Properties button in the "native print dialog" window of Firefox which is what you see when you start printing in Firefox via {Ctrl + P} or one of the menu items print.

  These two settings are automatically set or changed with each print job which is sent to the printer. There is no way to set a permanent default paper size, the default is the last used paper sizes.

• How to get rid of the black lines on the printed and scanned documents

  When I print, copy or scan on my officeject 6500 wireless I get a black line to the bottom of the page.

  1. After upgrading to Snow Leopard, the hp utility stopped working for me. It does not detect any of the device. Surprisingly, Capture of Image began to work with my printer via wifi c4588. He didn't use to work in Leopard.

  This software you re-install?  This one for Snow Leopard?  The one on the CD is probably for Leopard and should be uninstalled.
