Connection to a WNDR4500v3 to a FlashAir W-02 Toshiba router

Someone has managed to connect a Toshiba FlashAir SDCARD to this router. My router sees the card and shows in the list of connected devices, but the router will not give him an IP address. It shows just as 'unknown '. I have configured the SD card properly that's why he sees the router, but something prevents the assignment of intellectual property.

He finally started working. I added a few more options in the file config manually and it finally connected.

  • HP PHOTOSMART 7520E: HOW TO CONNECT THE 75 HP PRINTER TO THE COMPUTER AND THE ROUTER

Here's my problem.  My modem from my ISP did not work properly and they brought a new modem and set up.  It is obviously not properly configured, and when I go on the computer I have to use the arrow in the lower right of my computer to connect to the Internet.  I also connect my printer using this same low right arrow.  My Internet provider tried to fix this error on the phone but IT does IS NOT WORKING CORRECTLY.  I call today for an appointment for a tech to come to my house to fix this.  That's why I can't take back my electronic impressions with crossword games, etc., until it is properly fixed.  I would ask BEFORE the tech comes to my home to BRING A MODEM it IS WORKING CORRECTLY.  When I spoke this morning with my Internet provider, I learned that there are other people in my neighborhood by using the same network, that's why I'm having this problem.  I TOLD THEM THAT I DO NOT ACCEPT THIS BECAUSE ALL THESE PROBLEMS HAVE OCCURRED AFTER THEY HAVE INSTALLED THIS OBVIOUSLY DEFECTIVE MODEM.  I HAVE THEM ALSO SAID SINCE I WAS 'SHARING' A MODEM WITH MY NEIGHBORS, I'LL ASK FOR A DISCOUNT ON MY SERVICE AND OF COURSE, THAT HAS NOT RECEIVED POSITIVELY.   I'll post an update when this problem is solved by my Internet provider.

  • "No. Connection problem" C310 trying to download apps. Thompson TG585 router, prints OK wireless.

My HP C310 All in One Printer has worked until I have change my router to a Thompson TG585. I can always print wireless, network report is OK, but if I try to use one of the applications that require internet, I get the message "No. Connection." I checked for the update (which I assume also requires internet) but who says that everything is OK. I stop my router, printer and restarted but no luck.

Check on the front of the printer to make sure that the Web service is enabled.

If this is the case, you can set an IP address of the printer:

-Print a the front of the printer Network Setup Page. Note the IP address of the printer.
-Enter the IP address in a browser to reveal the internal settings of the printer.
-Choose the network tab, then wireless along the left side, then on the IPv4 tab.
-On this screen, you want to set a manual IP address. You must assign an IP address outside the range that the router sets automatically (called the DHCP range). If you don't know what it is, enter a very high number for the last segment (comme.200.
-Apply the subnet 255.255.255.0 (unless you know it's different, if so, use it)
-Enter the IP of your router (on the Page of the Network Config) for the bridge and the first DNS. Let the second white.
    -Click 'apply '.

Now, stop the router and printer, start the router, wait, and then start printing.

After that, you will have to redo 'Add printer' using the new IP address.

  • It takes a long time to connect by Satellite A110-049 to the Actiontec GT701-WRU router

    Actiontec GT701-WRU wireless router model

Since the purchase of a Toshiba A110-049 running Windows Vista (it was necessary because the old laptop gave the soul) we had problems to connect to this router.

Using the old laptop running Windows XP connection was instant and reliable.

Now, using Vista, it takes a lot of time (10 minutes or more) to get a connection. In fact, receive us signals from more distant networks more easily than our own router.

I have been in contact with the technical assistance of the Actiontec, which were very knowledgeable and helpful in the past. However, I said that nothing can be done about signal problems.

I think it's strange that there is no signal problem before migrating to Vista: the router and the laptop are both in the same places.

Is there a known issue with this model laptop computer or router?

I would be grateful of any help.

    Hello John

Please try restarting the router. I had problems to connect to Vista preinstalled Qosmio G30 with my Belkin router. At the end I n know what to do and I simpy rebooted the router. After doing this Qosmio connected immediately and I was able to use the WIFI for Internet and Skype.

  • Unable to connect to the internet via the Time Capsule 2 TB router

    Hello

I can't connect wireless to the internet using my Time Capsule (see 7.7.3 running).

I mainly use a macbook air (so no ethernet jack) running El Capitan 10.12.2 but the problem also occurs with our iPad and iPhone.

The system has worked for a few hours after the initial Setup, but our ISP crashed and I was not able to make it work since their entry online. I've used a Linksys router.

ISP is done via a wireless connection. The provider can see my antenna and an Apple device connected to it. I have a static IP address with DNS assigned.

My airport utility shows green for the network connection and the internet but no Web page will open.

I did reset hard and reconfigurations a few times which one where I left the modem to the router cable disconnected until I got the full configuration.

The wireless network is using DHCP with DNS assigned to a beach.

Router mode is DHCP and NAT.

    Any ideas would be appreciated.

There are a number of situations where the TC will simply not work.

I have a static IP address with DNS assigned.

If you have configured the Internet of TC tab with static IP address?

Would it not be possible to get the address IP via dhcp... have you tried?

Wireless modem is connected by ethernet to your TC? Also, the modem is a router that is bridged?

I really need to see the numbers... but it's not good to put the public IP address here... xxx on the first two bytes and just give me the rest... as long as the IP and gateway are the same.

Or send it to my email address. (see my profile).

Your linksys might work, but the CT will not... This happens because Apple does not provide sufficient flexibility to allow the wireless Internet service provider. (Or Satellite or fiber or some ADSL).

But it can also be a problem with the network... we have problems with the WAN port with some modems.

Does the ethernet connectivity light come on, when you connect the modem to the WAN port on the TC?

    Finally a resolution...

I tried running an ePrint of New York telephone, and it worked, but still no luck wirelessly from the PC printing.

He said that the WiFi was indeed working.  So, I did a search for new firmware and found that there was one in April of this year (2016).  Downloaded and took a chance on install.  To my amazement, it is actually installed on the printer without any connection "connected".  Who told me that there is an existing wireless link.

Once the install is complete firmware, I tried to print a worksheet Excel from the PC, and it actually printed!  I have to assume there was something in the formware upgrade which allowed the router from LinkSys (WRT1900AC) to communicate fully and to work with the PC.  The router was published in 2014, so maybe it was.

In any event, everything is in fully working again.

Man y thanks to all who have shared their data entry.  I hope this could help someone with a similar problem in the future.

    Thanks again!

  • WRT150N wireless - download speed of connection is super slow when I move away from the router.

I have a suggested internet high speed through Comcast, and my wired computer is get 6 download MBS. My wireless laptop is close when I'm a few feet from the router, but decreases significantly when I move out of the room - up to 200-300 KPS.

I can't even watch a movie from netflix on the floor without stopping and buffering several times in a 1/2 hour show.

Long-story-short: I expect too much on this Wireless N technology, or is there something wrong with my router, connection, configuration, etc. ?

The strenth of signal on my laptop shows excellent quality for good, but the speed is terrible.

    Any suggestions / advice?

It could be due to the wireless settings are on your router has its default value, which is the reason why you might be faced with the problem. I think you need to change some settings in your router...

Connection to the router configuration page and then click on the tab below the Strip Radio Standard - 20 MHz and the Standard 11 - 2, 462 GHz channel change and wireless... Wireless SSID broadcast should be enabled and then click on save settings...

Then click on the "Advance wireless settings" sub-tab and below change the tag to 75 interval, change the Fragmentation threshold to 2304, change the RTS threshold to 2304 and click on save settings...

Now let's see if you can locate your wireless network and try to connect...

  • Connection to a laptop to a printer through a wireless router.

My setup is a laptop running Vista 32 bit. Installed the software for my HP Officejet printer. Normally, the HP printer is connected to the router via an Ethernet cable. I know it works also okay another PC is also connected to the router via an Ethernet cable. This shows very well. I can print on my HP 7310 printer via a local ethernet plugged directly cable on my laptop. I would like to print to the HP printer wireless. The wireless works very well for the browser - so I know that the connection is O.K.

I can not even the laptop to recognize that there is a printer is installed via the router.

    Any help would be appreciated.

    Hello

Because the printer works when it connects directly to the laptop, it probably does not work when the printer is on the network because the printer is not configured on the laptop as a network printer.

I guess that the printer is a network printer.

Install the printers utility and drivers (such as a network printer) on the laptop (read the manual of the printer on the operating instructions).

Also, make sure the laptop's firewall allows LAN printing.

  • Laptop does not connect to the internet, office. Both use the same router. Tried troubleshooting, does not. Help!

I have a desktop computer and a laptop. Both use the same router. The laptop does not connect to the network, but the office has no problem. My wireless adapter on the laptop is on, I tried troubleshooting. I tried to turn it off for 30 seconds then restart him. But nothing is resolved the problem. Any ideas would be helpful! Thank you

    Hello

    Maybe this can help.

These steps and tell us where is the breaking point.

Check the Device Manager for the wireless card valid entry.

    http://www.ezlan.NET/Win7/net_dm.jpg

If there is no valid entry, remove any entry from fake and re - install the drivers for the wireless card.

Check network connections to make sure that you have a network icon/entry wireless connection, and that the properties of the icon (right-click on the icon) are correctly configured with the TCP/IPv4 protocol in the properties of network connections.

    http://www.ezlan.NET/Win7/net_connection_tcp.jpg

Make sure that if there is Wireless Utility a utility vendor is not running with the native Windows wireless utility.

    ----------------

Make sure you firewall No. preventing / blocks wireless components to join the network.

Some 3rd party software firewall continue to block the same aspects it traffic Local, they are turned Off (disabled). If possible set up the firewall correctly, otherwise totally uninstall and get rid of its remaining processes that permit the own local network traffic flow.

If the 3rd party software is uninstalled, or disables, make sure Windows native firewall is active .

    ---------------------------

Stack TCP/IP work should look like.

Right-click on the wireless network connection card, select status, details and see if she got an IP address and the rest of the settings.

    http://www.ezlan.NET/Win7/status-NIC.jpg

Description is the data of the card making.

The physical address is MAC of the card number.

The xx must be a number between 0 and 255 (all xx even number).

YY should be between 0 and 255

ZZ should be between 0 and 255 (zz all the same number.)

The date of the lease must be valid at the present time.

    * Note 1. IP that starts with 169.xxx.xxx.xxx isn't valid functional IP.

    * Note 2. There could be an IPv6 entries too. However, they are not functional for Internet or LAN traffic. They are necessary for Win 7 homegroup special configuration.

    ---------------------------------------------------

A message in the small window that says connected wireless doesn't means that you are really a valid functional connection.

Above everything is OK, you must be able to connect to the router.

Connection to the router means that you can enter the IP of the router base in an address bar in one go, being able to connect and configure the router menus see.

If it doesn't connect to the router, journal newspaper from any computer that can connect to the router wirelessly with a wire, disable wireless security, make sure that the wireless SSID broadcast is enabled and try to connect with no. wireless security.

Enable security wireless after you eat to make a functional connection.

I have been troubleshooting for weeks and am now bald from ripping my hair!

    Computer: Dell Inspiron 537 s Slim Desktop  w / Pentium Dual - Core CPU E5200 @250 GHz

    Router: Netgear N600 model #: WNDR3400v2

    Cable router: SBV5220 Surfboard Motorola

    Affected programs:

    MS Internet Explorer

    Mozilla Firefox

    Avast! Security Suite

    Work of MS Security Update

    Ping works sites (Yahoo, etc.)

Other computers connected to this network via WiFi - no problem getting on the internet.

Run the network troubleshooter advises all is working properly, no suggestion.

    Attempted fixes:

Turn off all extensions on IE (but don't forget Firefox and Avast! are also unable to access.)

Disabled all start-ups and the package process

Restarted in Safe Mode - still not able to access.

Ran check complete virus, then check virus run start. Minor ad-ware 'virus' not found, all corrected automatically.

Rebooted the router and the computer to infinity and beyond! s

Tried other computers using the same ethernet cable connected to this wireless routers cable, no problem accessing the internet.

    Disabled functions package

    Off MS Firewall

IP Reset configuration (memory: netsh ip net reset c:\resetlog.txt - without DOUBT NOT EXACT - OF THE MEMORY.) Command worked)

As I said, this had happened before and then miraculously fixed itself after a short period (less than 1 week). This time, no joy.

Of course, it's one of two things:

    (1) a configuration problem I just can't find/understand.

    (2) the problem of equipment more strange, more selective, in the universe.

    Hello team zig - zag,

I wanted to thank you for your help. I finally broke down and reached out to our friends at Microsoft directly for assistance. They had me a role through all the things that you suggested (again). And finally (after many hours of phone and chat discussions) came up with an answer: "* shrug * we don't know what is the problem - choose a restore point and come back to that.» What I did. This has solved the problem of internet access, but created other problems I'm trying (nothing that I have to post here, they are specific to a particular program package).

Still, I wanted to thank you for your time and effort on my behalf. I'm very, very happy!

    All my best,

  • Connection is de-energized when (not if) away from the router

Hello you all fine technical staff.

My name is Jake and I have a technical problem.

So yes, the connection is either super slow or de-energized when I'm in my room. I am writing to you in the room next to the router and everything works A OK. But I'm going to the 7 additional meters to my room and the beginning of the problems. I have even a booster dose is plugged and it's on the same office that the laptop, but the problem persists. I'm getting full bars, but it still has problems.

Is it maybe a problem with my wireless card? Or is there something interferes with the signal? Its a mystery wrapped in an Enigma, and I hope you smart people can help... Please.

It could be many things, but first of all, I would recommend making sure you have the latest drivers available from the manufacturer of the system.  In this way you even if you have problems, you just the best possible start to their fixation.

To do this, visit the Web site for the company that built your laptop (Dell, Asus, HP, etc) and go to the drivers/download section, choose your model and get the latest updates available for your wireless drivers.  This would not be a bad time to make sure that you have the updated Windows 8.1 and all other updates too.
