• Failure of motherboard - really?

None of them show any information if there is a fix for ASA 8.2 (x).

  This means that Cisco starts to stop supporting 8.2 (x) and to push customers to their "so-called" best image 8.3 version (x) as a strategy of "marketing?

  Cisco is best to find a solution for this problem on 8.2 (x) rather than push customers to something Cisco "love." It may not be the best interest of the customers AT ALL. Instead of pushing customers to ASA 8.3 (x), Cisco likely to push customers to its big competitor Juniper:)

• Defective touch controls

  Hello

  With the help of HP dv8t-1000, product number: NQ226AV, Windows 7 64-bit.

  The control keys keep popping up and auto setting, even if I'm not touch. Wireless and bluetooth will be turned off unexpectedly.

  This has been an ongoing problem for a long time.

  Please let me know if there is something I can do - it would be similarly disable control keys.

• Is my rMBP defective 2015 or does have a glitch or bug?

  Hi all! Can anyone tell me if these symptoms are acceptable? 2 days ago, I bought a new MacBook Pro retina 2015 (entry level) model 15 ". It's actually a replacement/upgrade of a rMBP defective 13 "which was a lemon. I'll try my best to explain this. What happens is when I'm playing video on QuickTime my control functions (play, pause, fast forward, rewind, stop, and esc. desire does not.) This happens regularly and doesn't happen that after I pinch to minimize or maximize and only after I have the same pinch action twice. I know it sounds silly, but it's true. I mean, it's controls stops working after that I have pinch to optimize two times in a row and when I pinch to reduce at least twice in a row. The only way for the controls start the new operation is to pinch the reverse of what the screen. So, if its in full screen I'm having to pinch two times on the screen to minimize and vice versa and then it will work. Can someone please explain this? Someone of you have heard of, or been there before? Seriously, I think using the return policy of 14 days of Apple and swapping out for a different MBP. Thanks in advance for any tips and advice!   I come from Apple TV.

  When turning on our ATV volume it triggers that our volume of receiver Denon drifting slowly to maximum or minimum-, it takes about 1 min to do this.

  Tried to connect directly to our Denon receiver and our Sony TV ATV. Problem happens in two configurations. I tried different options to turn off the smart controls which offers the latest HDMI - ATV standard both our TV (for example, disable the automatic volume control).

  By turning the ATV and the new (menu system) will stop the problem for awhile - but same problem returns after 1 to 5 mins.

  I spent 8 hours in the last days trying to make it work. Looks like a bug in the SW of the ATV? (i.e. Disabling smart control of ATV does not take effect).

  Desipite being impossible to use, I don't want to damage my 20K speaker system. I am close to my unit back and get a Chromecast instead.

  Any help to fix this would be appreciated!

  System: Apple TV Gen 4 + Denon AVR 2313 + Sony KDL 60w605 all the connected HDMI (and 3 other units that work very well).

  Sounds like a defective remote control.  With HDMI control off the coast, it seems possible, that the remote control is to turn off the IR signals directly to the receiver.  Try to cover the distance before or the façade.  In any case, I would return the unit.  During the test leave in the main menu and just look at the level of the volume on the receiver.  Do not play anything to avoid overload problems.

  the internal CD-ROM drive in my R500 is no longer recognized. He went in the 'My computer' view in Windows XP.   Are you sure that this problem is caused by the defective CD/DVD drive?
  Of course a material error could affect the power on self test (POST), but it is really hard to tell if it s caused by ODD.

  Hmmm, what you could do is remove the STRANGE to the laptop and to start the machine, in this case the MESSAGE should be transmitted correctly.
  If this isn't the case, so I doubt that the problem could be linked to the STRANGE

  However, if it s a hardware related issue, then the laptop should be addressed to the ASP in your country
  The R500 does not seem to be an old book so I guess that the guarantee is valid and the repair must be made free of charge.

  This is obviously a defect of material. AFAIK there is no adjustment for volume control dial on the front button of the Portege. This button cannot be enabled or disabled. I put t know how old is your device, but I assume that the warranty is still valid. Contact the Service partner and let check the device. Warranty will cover all costs.

• Toshiba 40RL953B has stopped responding to the remote control

  Hi all, my first post and this is a problem.
  I have a 3 years 40RL953B Toshiba tv that is not responding more to the remote and the buttons on the side, it is stuck on HDMI 2 port and works well with deviced plugged which, but I have no control of volume or something else.
  I was wondering if replacing the main Board it would heal or there at - it another way?
  The closest Toshiba repair center is 45 miles away and I don't want to spend a fortune on a 3 yr old TV that does not have the quality of great pic of anyway, but still, I don't want to just Chuck... 4

  Hi all, I have a 40RL953B Toshiba 3 yr old 40 "Smart TV TNT HD, the problem is that he is stuck on HDMI 2 port and will not respond to the remote control or the buttons on the side. It does not work with something plugged into HDMI 2 but I have no volume control, it's ok when woking with a set-top box with no nut no good with the likes of a stick of fire from Amazon.

• Satellite M60-135: no function Sound Mixer level controls to "CD player".

  On my Satellite M60-135 (Toshiba original Setup) Windows XP Sound Mixer shows a slider of level setting for the drive but it doesn t work.
  I can drag the level control or may mark the mute control for CD player, but it has no effect.

  I tried to disable digital playback in the device driver for the DVD-RAM device but it doesn't change anything on the level control.

  Is this a general problem of the Satellite M60, is a specific defect of my M60 or can it be fixed by updating all the drivers?

  Believe me that this is not a problem or any kind of fault. As you know CD players used on desktop computers have audio out port. This level control Configurator will be used just for them. Portable CD or DVD player has this audio separated on the port and that this option cannot be used. The same situation is on my Tecra M1.

  In addition, it is a tool of Microsoft and Toshiba has no influence on it. As you know there is no OS designed only for laptops and this option is that it can not be used.

• Control Panel shows that 4 GB of RAM, but product specs say I should have 8GB

  My HP Pavilion Elite HPE-250f desktop computer is supposed to get 8 GB of the RAM factory installed, but the control panel shows only 4 GB. When I run the diagnostic with the Support Assistant software it says that everything is working well, but also shows that 4 GB of RAM. I've had the computer for several months and the warranty just expired. In the past, I noticed it says 4 GB and thought that I should have bought a computer with only 4 GB, but it has always seemed strange to me. I looked towards the top of the record online and it says the HPE-250f has of 8 GB, and it also says 8 GB on the box in which it came. I didn't do any changes to the computer and never open the Cabinet. I hesitate to open the cupboard, but do not feel I should have to pay a lot of money to understand this.

  It took me a few tries - and months of frustration - but I solved the problem by carefully removing the memory cards, clean gently slots and cards and firmly the resettlement of the cards. It's been several months now, but the memory has been resolved. I had serious problems, as it is stated in this thread, with a catastrophic failure of the graphics card and HARD disk failure. I read on several posts that this particular graphics card was problematic, so I've upgraded to a Radeon HD 7700 series. I got the Core edition, which has 2 GB of memory defect to 1 GB. No problem since.

  In case of hard drive failure, it was a disaster! I replaced the HARD drive of 1 TB with a 512 GB SSD, but it kept the infection by a rootkit that I couldn't clean up. I tried cleaners virus and rootkit of several software companies with no joy. Not even the first products like Kaspersky, McAfee, Sophos, BitDefender and other companies. I reformatted the drive several times, but the hook came back in return. Finally, I brought the computer to a friend who is a computer SCIENCE professional. The rootkit probably lies in the commercial cloning software (Acronis True Image HD) that came with the SSD, it said. We loaded the operating system without using Acronis and have not had any problems since! I've also installed a WD Blue 1 TB HDD and rebuilt directories so that all libraries (Documents, photos, videos, etc.) are on the disk hard while the system is installed on the solid state drive. The upgrades were worth every penny! Now, my desktop HP 5 years computer works very well and the performance is very good even by today's standards. Boot times are much faster, too.
