Problems to reach the Adobe servers...
I signed this evening and installed the software. When I try to connect I get the following error, "could not reach the Adobe servers. Please check your firewall settings and try again in a few minutes. "I've tried everything I can think of including turn off my Firewall and AVG. Even when I do this last I get the same error. If someone can provide me with a solution to this problem, I'll be forced to ask for the cancellation of my subscription. I have ransacked the internet for a solution during this evening and found nothing that helps.

Creative cloud cannot connect to the Adobe servers.

I tried to download the trial version of the cloud creative to try it before you buy the plan of the student. However, when I select the Panel app the message "Impossible to get on the adobe servers, please check connectivity internet, Firewall setting and try again" and then a small box orange appear low says 'impossible to join the adobe servers '.
I tried everything the internet told me to do and still no joy. Can someone help me please? I'm getting super frustrated with it!
I don't know if it means anything, but I tried the advance troubleshooting setting where it gives you links to see if you can log in to the adobe activation servers. With the connection to the license, I get a web page that says that 'lm.licenses.adobe.com refuses to connect 'Thank you

Creative cloud cannot reach the Adobe servers or install one of the programs of the trial.

I just bought the 1 year paid in advance with all Adobe Adobe Creative Cloud applications. But when I downloaded it, it said "unable to reach the Adobe servers. Check your firewall settings, and then try again in a few minutes. "I'm on a connection high speed of my PC directly on my Modem. But it worked when I tried on a laptop computer connected to the router.
I have already added exceptions for all adobe in my Windows Firewall and Norton firewall. I tried to uninstall and remove all adobe, but no luck :/
Any suggestion would be great.

I encounter the same problem about the update of Lightroom on CC. The error message "Unable to join the Adobe servers" is displayed. I work with Win 10 OS and followed your advice and turned off the firewall, but without success. I would appreciate any advice you have to offer.

It's my new iMac, restored CC account, no problem to download both apps, but when I try to download Id, I get a repeated "unable to join the Adobe servers" with tips to check my firewall settings (they are) and try again later. Just noticed on a page Adobe CC, that 'InDesign's download now... "but I see no status bar or other evidence of a download. What should do?

Adobe Download Manager cannot happen on the Adobe servers
I'm getting the "unable to join the Adobe servers" error all the time.
I tried
- deleting the file opm.db;
- deleting the log file PDApp; and
- enter my information to connect to adobe.
- disable my avast Firewall (there is no on my modem)
But the error does not disappear and I can't upgrade to 5 LR, etc..
If someone managed to fix this error?

(a) I'm not happy I have to use the forums to get help on a product I am payingf for.
(b) why Adobe does not offer 24/7 support? I am in Australia and is not appropriate to expect the opening hours.
(c) I wonder that if Adobe will refund the days that they are unable to supply the product, to which I subscribe.
Yes Jihoon1109 of the managed network is probably causing your network difficulties. This is especially true when the steps listed in http://helpx.adobe.com/x-productkb/policy-pricing/activation-network-issues.html have been completed.
I recommend you contact your it Department and have them examine the Adobe Creative Cloud Service Documentation of access to technology section of http://www.adobe.com/devnet/creativesuite/enterprisedeployment.html.

Im trying to open the tutorial of 23 minutes on how to use different tools in photoshop and it continues to come with unable to resolve the DNS servers worked fine yesterday? Ive had creative cloud on my laptop for a week and not yet able to get past the basics make me very frustrated.
I guess you meant the links when you open photoshop CC. I tested all four videos of the 23 min tutorial and they all played fine. If something between you and adobe does not work correctly.
- Check that your firewall is blocking the net. Try to access youtube videos and see if they play very well
- Go to the adobe tv site and try to play one of the videos here. Adobe TV
- If youtube plays very well and adobe tv does not work, next is to check if you have flash installed. Some videos require flash, others are html 5. Sorry that I could not confirm what player has been used for this tutorial. I think that html 5 but not sure.
- Next is to look at the properties of your browser and check multimedia settings are not disabled if it y in a. (this is totally dependent on the browser)
