Creative Director problems Cloud App
Hello.
The creative Application of Cloud Manager cannot update 2 programs. Adobe Creative Cloud connection and DPS Office Tools CS6. Whenever updates begin States Manager App I have to close the Manager to complete the installation. There is a separate download? Do I have to uninstall the App crib? Help. Thank you in advance!
Here's what I did. About creative cloud, I turned off the SYNCHRONIZATION. I turned off the THROW to the CONNECTION. I disconnected. Creative to launch cloud apps crash
Hi I had a ton of questions since I got the update of el Capitan, but some of these problems come from before I've even updated.
My questions are:
Photoshop Illustrator and indesign periodically freeze especially on open a document or start the program. They seem to just hang with the beach ball and won't open at all. This affects then the remaining Adobe applications I have running at once. they all freeze. Once I force quit the program, then the others I opened both beach ball. Once that I force quit and then go to restart the program, the icon bounces in the doc for about a minute but the splash screen never comes to the top. If I go to the menu 'force quit', it shows the apps it works but not him does not not to all messages. If I click and hold on the application icon in the doc it says "application is not responding do not" but the apps never appear in the activity monitor. the only way to try to solve this problem is to restart constantly and is not always a guarantee.
Another major problem that I'm having is that the creative cloud App constantly does not load. That I may be able to see anything below the cloud icon in my menu bar in this case, I have to open the activity monitor, leave the creative application of cloud and start it again until I see anything under the icon
I tried trashing prefs, run disk utility and reinstall the software. I used to work as a technician for the Apple and nothing I'm seems to fix the problem. I've been throughout the forums and tried everything that was recommended. I have reports of incident for indesign and illustrator that I can share.
I run a small design to only one company and it is killing me with my deadlines!
Help, please! Adobe apps are the ONLY ones who are affected!

Hi, I'm new to the forum. I decided to try this since assistance telephone Adobe has been catastrophic. I bought Adobe Creative Cloud, installed and registered on 25 February 2013. Since that time my computer crashed and I lost the programs and the link to download. I still have the serial number and the product is in my account section products registered to . Problems with the Creative Director of cloud
I want to trial and probably pay for Lightroom/photoshop CC. Currently I have 6 of lightroom, but want to integrate photoshop. I obviously don't want to delete lightroom 6.
My original problem was that I tried to install photoshop on the site but the screen stuck at "downloading" and did not download / install anything. I guess he tried to install the Manager is that I already have... - this exact?
So I tried to open my version of the CC Manager and he wants to update. I tried to update and install, but each time (at least 6 times!) it launches the application, but just leaves ish filled to about 80%. Then when opened again once it asks to update again. I can't see all the apps in the CC Manager. Does that mean that there is no installed apps or it's just because it won't let me watch because he wants to install the update?
Should I uninstall the CC Manager? It is corrupt? Should I uninstall using the vacuum cleaner? I don't know what to do and is very difficult to find help to point me in the right direction?
You can use Adobe or CC Uninstaller cleanup tool remove Adobe Creative Cloud and then reinstall the same.

Please follow the steps:
Windows:
Name/AppData/Local/Adobe/OOBE/opm.db C/users/user and delete it.
Mac:
~/Library/Application Support/Adobe/OOBE/opm.db and delete it. (http://helpx.adobe.com/x-productkb/global/access-hidden-user-library-files.html)
Launch desktop CC and sign in with your Adobe ID and let us know if the apps are visible through the Office to CC.

Creative connection problem Cloud
Hi all
I have the following problem:
When I start creative cloud on my laptop and fill in my username and password it starts to connect, but the next screen will say "you have been disconnected" (or something like that, because I have the Dutch version and translate it for you guys haha)
Tried to reinstall the creative cloud already, since it does not work, I removed all Adobe applications and installed creative cloud again, but the problem is still there.
The username and password are correct since I can use them to connect to the Adobe site and also to Creative cloud on my PC... these two systems work on Windows 10.
What can I do?

Creative installation problem Cloud - 1 error code
I tried to download the installer of creative cloud to use a free trial several times without success. I get an error Code: 1.
None of the solutions on this support page [ error "Unable to install" received when installing Adobe Creative Cloud desktop application ] works for me.
Solution 1 does not apply because this is my initial installation of the creative cloud (I had the creative cloud before but it is completely uninstalled from my computer).
Solution 2: I tried to run the cleanup tool Adobe CC, and while he had run the program once I reach step 10, there is no instructions to know how to find this file in Windows 10 to ensure that the program was successful.
Finally, I tried the solution 3 (creating a new user on my PC), and it has also failed.

Backup to the creative cloud app problem
On my iPad when I save a document Photoshop Touch for creative cloud, he didn't immediately appears in the creative Cloud app for iPad. Problems with Creative Cloud (apps starts do not)

I have 2 main problems with CC. I'm on mac Osx Lion (10.7.5)
(1) Illustrator CC no longer starts. It worked perfectly until yesterday. When I turned on my computer today and tried to run the application, it hangs on the home screen on "initializing".
Tried to delete the Preferences file, reboot, repair permissions etc... nothing.
Then I thought, maybe I can try to reinstall... and here's the problem
(2) creative Cloud app no longer starts. Until yesterday, he began at the start, but after some time disappeared from the top bar. Check in the application activity monitor runs, but I can't see/access it anywhere. Now, even if I try to manually start the application, nothing happens (in the activity monitor app appears under 'performance').
Adobe support told me to call later because demand for support is needed and now they are not available, I think that here I can find better help.

Edit: CC app will start, but not always. On the last 4 restarts, all started when connecting only 1 time.
Seems that delete the folder preference (in osx is in "user/library/Preferences/Adobe Illustrator 17 Settings") had me back on track.
Now Illustrator launches properly. I also did a cleanup of the system (permissions, caches etc) and rebooted.Office of creative cloud works correctly after reinstallation.
