  Sorry that I did not address the issue of a PDF document. There are some subtle differences in a pure Adobe Acrobat PDF Pro and Photoshop PDF. The main thing is that you can export with editability in PS checked, but there is a little more under the hood.

  For anyone trying to install a virtual machine via the client software on the network and trying to mount CD/DVD via the console VM itself, in most cases this is not for me and charge the DHCP before I managed to turn on the CD/DVD due to lagg (Gigabit connection)

  Work around because it's simple, go to the host computer via the Client (not the virtual machine, see photo) then start their virtual machine, and then click on connect the CD/DVD. This will allow you to load a new operating system on your machine without the error.

  I just made my first film with Premiere Elements.  Now, I wanted to make a jacket of disc and a DVD label.  When I went to Adobe for help and put the jacket 'DISC' or 'CD Label' in the search box, I was always sent to Photo projects.  Once saw a tutorial on photo projects that helped to helped me to create a jacket and a label.  However, when I went to print it and format selected with its multitude of choice paper, I couldn't find a size displayed for a CD or disc jacket label.  I have labels for my CD labels, Avery and Memorex.  Was what I had to do to make a DVD jacket insert my image in Word Perfect, print and cut to size.  To create a CD label, I first did the label with Adobe Photoshop and saved.  When I tried to insert in Word Perfect, it wouldn't work because of its format.  I managed then, turning to Adobe.  I could change my copy of the label.  When I did, I was able to save it in JPG format.  I was then able to insert my copy in Word Format on the Avery 5931.

  I have an Epson R1800, and there a CD holder, so I print directly on CD, but only at a time. You can check if Avery has a label for Photoshop template. Another option would be to put your design in a smart object, then you can duplicate that and position them in a Photoshop document that corresponds to the spacing of your labels.

• Tecra M5: DVD player does not read these mini DVD

  I have canon handycam dvd and mini dvd works on it. A month back I recorded the movie and photos on mini dvd with handycam and ran mini dvd on my tecra M5 player, it worked very well.

  Now after 1 month, I have 5 mini DVD with movies and photos that I took for 1 month of vacation country of diffierent, I tried my best but tecra dvd player does not read these mini dvd, label appears instead dvd player cd player when I put the mini dvd in there.

  All the other standard size DVD, CD works good about it. Its complex and as well as irritating.

• Replace the DVD drive with lightscribe on Satellite M60

  Is it possible to buy a lightscribe for the M60 dvd drive replace a normal drive. I have a lot of videos that I made more certain that I bought and I transfer them to DVD, it would also be useful to label the disks that hold backups and plans that we use. I prefer the direct info disc rather then print the labels and stick them onto the disc printing. I can do the work myself if I get hold of the drive and the driver.
  There is still a lot more left life warranty Toshiba in the machine and I am reluctant to update. I have two other M60s in my office and they gave very good service.

  If you take the risk that your warranty would be voided and you find a compatible player then do it. Sorry, but if I were you, I would buy an external USB-DVD/RW lightscribe capabilities. It s fast enough and he would support lightscribe that you need.

• Creating a DVD

  I use FCPX to do a monthly show, which consists of 4 Segments.  I organize as follows:

  After each show is complete, I want to give the customer a DVD.  I usually just download everything on Vimeo so I don't really have a mix in a file.  When making a DVD I can only think to go.  Make an extra 'event' and bounce down in all segments in an "export file", then move these 4 export files in the DVD "event.  I have them jam everything down to the timeline in my DVD project and made chapter markers then burn.

  Then once done the DVD I am delete event DVD cause its just to create more unnecessary files on my storage drive.  I tried just drag my separate projects to the timeline, but it will not allow nested projects inside projects.

  Is there a better way to do it?

  Events are structure/organization of imports, not exports, then, I do not understand why you want to create an event for the creation of a DVD (?).

  I don't want to appear redundant, however, I always have the same problem, cannot print on different media (for example. Labels, Matt / glossy papers, etc.) other than plain white paper. As I said in my original post (below), I tried different settings, different programs, etc., without any result. The printer does that pass through without printing media, leaving the error / blinking yellow light.

  I believe that this printer is able to manage different media other than paper white just to 'stick '. Again, I ask your help to solve this problem. It is and has been, very frustrating trying to overcome this restriction of printing!

  I can't get my HP Officejet Pro 8000 Wireless inkjet color printer to print CD / DVD labels. I have tried various printer / paper options but the printer just feeds the media (in this case 'Fellows' brand matte CD 2-top) then spits it right back with result error amber light flashing.

  Printing has a sensor that determines if the paper is loaded and feeding properly into the printer.  If you print on media that is colored or printed features we can confuse the sensor.

  One thing to try - cut a strip of the sticky part of a post-it note maybe 1 "wide by 1/4".  Attach it to the top left of the sheet of labels on the side to be printed, the long side on the short side of the paper.  This will then put face down into the printer, with the band on the upper right of the tray paper.  After printing, you can remove it and reuse it for the next page.
