Device CD/DVR

I can't get my CD/DVR to work. Whenever I have click on it on my computer or insert a CD, it says to insert a CD. Also, when I go into properties, it says there is no memory left in it.  What can I do to clear the memory (why is it full?) and solve this problem? Thank you.

    Dear Sirs,

I can t of PAL video capture using the capture win DVD creator section.
I even tried to change the settings from NTSC to PAL, but he knows nothing.

    Please advice.

    Hello

The G30 supports s-video IN port on the right side for laptop.
You must use an s-video cable to connect the two devices.

After having connected the two devices Win DVR starts to pick up the signal.

If that doesn't work not in your case the problem could be related to in-to-composite S-video adapter.

My Equium P200D all of a sudden she decided to show the CD/DVD drive in device as Manager no longer works due to a corrupted driver?

    Hi dude

This problem is known to me it happened to me also
The problem is that you register Windows!

A registry entry is corrupted and this is why the CD/DVD-ROM does not like I should.

    So what to do.
First remove the driver from the Device Manager. Simply remove it.
Then access the registry and and delete the Upperfilters and Lowerfilters completely from the following registry key values:
    HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Contro l\Class\ {4D36E965-E325-11CE-BFC1-08002BE10318}

    Reboot the laptop.

  • DirecTV DVR not seeing internet via router TC

I installed a modem Arris SB6183 on Comcast xfinity network.  The modem is turned on and connected to the network, xfinity without problem.  All my other devices connected to the TC and could see the internet without problem.  (Though, as I write this I realize that they were all apple devices.)  However my Directv DVR (HR44-500) did not see the internet via the wireless or ethernet cable.  My TC is a 3 TB A1470.  The installer has been in DHCP + NAT.  I also tried to give Directv a (local) fixed IP which address found DVR, but still couldn't find the internet.  When I plugged the DVR directly to the SB6183, without going through the TC, he saw the internet seems to indicate a problem of TC.

After a few days of futile efforts, I have reconnected the router xfinity and replace the TC in Bridge mode.  Everything is working now and the DVR sees the internet, but I'm still pay Comcast 10 $par month to rent their modem.

Does anyone else have this problem?

You need to clarify a few things.

I would expect questions for Internet access to the DVR by the TC without doing manual port forwarding. The DVR itself must be connected to the internet as long as you have the correct values for IP etc. Although I suspect that ipv6 might complicate the situation.

If the DVR awaits UPNP router compatible... the TC is a failure. Apple is not compatible UPNP, adopting instead their own port open NAT - PMP protocol which is limited to most of the time the Apple products.

To get out, you need to return to the configuration without your xfinitiy router... and give us a stack of screenshot... To see the complete configuration of the RECORDER and the TC... screenshots are the best way to do it.

DNS, in particular, can be a problem... so make sure you use Google public DNS on the DVR and see if that helps.

Any other suggestions we really need to see all your settings...

Some screenshots of a working Mac or iPad would also show the configuration of a unit of work... rather than the DVR has failed.

    Hello

First of all, you should check in Device Manager if the CD/DVD drive can be recognized correctly. If there is no yellow exclamation, then the software (driver) does not run correctly!

In such cases, it s advisable to remove the ODD (CD/DVD drive) Device Manager and restart the laptop. After restarting again the operating system should recognize and must initialize the disk again.

    Please check first!

The problem is very strange, after several days of use of the laptop drive does not read or write DVD! The process of reading or writing with the CD is excellent. Who is wrong? I didn't change the firmware or something like that. I don't really know what to do. I can't reinstall the system since the Toshiba Recovery dics's on DVD and it won't start...

    Help, please

    Hi Artur

Try to remove the drive from Device Manager and reboot your device. After restarting the OS should reinstall the drive. Then try to play the DVD.
Well, I also read a few topics in the forum a similar car problems and it seems that you are driving can has a calibration problem. In this case, you should replace the disk. I think that it isn't a reason to be angry. Your device is under warranty and all replacements must be done for free.

Please I'm looking for a solution for my dvd rom DVD - RW DVR-K16S who has stoped writing on CD. When I started writing something on a CD, a message appears saying ERROR WRITE. Now I'm confused. I don't know if it's the cd rom that is damaged or there is a software problem.

I tried a burn with a different software. All proved futile, the drive can read DVDs and CDs, the only problem is burning.

Remove the device from Device Manager, then restart the unit. After this check in the Device Manager, and if everything is ok check disk properties and activate the CD writing.
