Download Creative cloud problems
Hello
I bought a creative cloud yesterday, but I can't download it on my laptop. Every time I try, starts the download/install, but to halfway through, it stops and gives me the error code 1
What to do? I tried about 10 times now, without a little luck...
I also tried the cleaning tool. I'm a little frustrated, because I would like to use Lightroom CC @.

Download creative cloud to solve the problem
Every day when I start my computer, I get a message that says something to the effect that I have to download creative cloud to solve a problem. Why am I need to do this? It happened at least 7 times in the last 3 weeks.

Please, try the following steps:
- Uninstall Adobe CC of the machine (Creative Cloud help |) Uninstall the creative Office Cloud app)
- Set the "Read and write" permissions on the files of Adobe for all users in the following locations:
- / Library/Application Support /.
- /Users/ [user name] / Library/Application Support /.
- Restart the computer.
- Install the application Adobe CC (Creative Cloud help |) Creative cloud for office)

Unfortunately the creative cloud is not compatible with Ubuntu / Linux.

Hi there - I have recently had a new office (mac) and downloaded creative Cloud immediately. Photoshop updated and downloaded perfectly, but I'm having a problem getting bridge to open. Cannot download creative cloud because I'm in the Kenya, even though I am an American with the American credit card and the address of the credit card. I changed my region on my Adobe back account in the United States, but it won't let me download it.
I think that the Downloader checks your IP to be sure that you are, where you say you are... so your account is based in the United States will not work for a purchase, since you are not actually in the United States
