DX70/DX80 video output to LED screen

Hello

I got DX70/DX80 phones registered to Cisco Call Manager.

My query is that: If we extend DX70/DX80 video output on screen LED Sony/Panasonic HDMI port?

regds,

Aman

It is possible for the DX70, but not for the DX80, is not possible when the HDMI input is used as the output does not work at the same time. Refer to the section "Ports and slots" in table 2 of the DX70 and DX80 data sheets.

    Hello

I; m afraid; It looks a bit like a graphics card problem...
If replacing the screen did not help the GPU could be affected.
In this case, the motherboard should be replaced. It would be the worst case, because a motherboard is the most expensive part for laptop.

In addition, you will not find any what manual disassembly here on the Toshiba page.
These manuals are not for use public and created only for the technicians of the ASP.

But the world wide web contains lot of information and I would recommend to google for some details.

  • Tecra 8000 composite video output

I'm running the video output from my tecra 8000 via yellow composite video connector at the rear of the unit. I thought it was as simple as pluging in both sides of a RCA (one end to the video input of a video recorder) Jack and the other end into the video Tecra.
I get NOTHING on the screen. What I am doing wrong?

    Thanks in advance

    Hello

normally, you have to pass the video signal in the composite connection.
For this (on newer models at least) by pressing FN + F5.
This combination toggles the 'next' display/device combination
If the videodevice primary and standard is the internal TFT, pressing FN + F5 once going to signal internal both TFT and RGB (monitor connector). Next time you press it, it will only in RGB, and next time, again, it should go to the TV output (composite).

    Try it!

    Hello

What video output port can you hear? The VGA port or the output port RCA-video? In both cases, the external display you seek, should give a picture.
If this isn't the case, it should at least be configurable in windows.

  • Video output Qosimio G20 S problem - NTSC TV

    Hi all

I have a Qosmio G20-110, bought in the United Kingdom and problems of video output via the S-video cable to a flat TV in US I have the image but it rolls down very quickly. When he does that, I played video clips AVI on windows media player. I followed the Nvidia Setup program to get the result on portable computer LCD screen and tv screen synchronized, and that's ok, except for the picture of rolling. I don't know if there is a problem with the NTSC output - is this still a problem when watching digital videos on your laptop? - or if it's a different kind of problem. Any advice much appreciated.

BTW, I read elsewhere on the forum that the media center TV works in the country of purchase - not the case with my laptop, I've watched television successfully both in the United Kingdom (PAL system) and the United States (NTSC system).

Is it possible to check or change the type of output via s video cable?

    Hello

I have no experience with a standard NTSC TV but AFAIK the PAL signal supports 50 Hz and supports the NTSC 60 Hz signal.
Maybe it has something to do with your problem.

You will find the detailed description:
    http://en.Wikipedia.org/wiki/NTSC

However, in your case I would recommend BISO settings.
In many of the BIOS version, you can pass the video parameters between NTCS and PAL.

PS: I recommend you to test the video output also on different TV s to make sure this isn't a TV related issue.

    Good luck

  • HP Pavilion Elite HPE-400Y no video output.

    Hello

I have a HP Pavilion Elite HPE-400Y computer that I had stored (unplugged) in a bedroom closet bedroom for almost a year.  It was working fine when I put it in storage.

This past weekend, I wanted to use, so I plugged in and connected to an analog VGA monitor well known on the integrated motherboard video VGA analogue connector.  When I turned on, there is no video on the monitor.  I searched the HP support site and found a statement that said "built into the graphics card or the card PCI Express x 16 slot are usable at once; they are not usable at the same time. "This computer came with a 5450 PCI express X 16 video card installed.

However, the 5450 PCI express X 16 video card only has a digital DVI and I wanted to use a loose analog VGA monitor.  So I powered it turned off and physically removed the 5450 PCI express X 16 video card.  Then I unplugged the power cord and removed the CMOS battery for a few minutes.  Then I replaced the battery and applied again to power.

I still do not get all analog VGA video out of the motherboard, not even the BIOS messages it is first energized.

I also tried to integrated edge connector with a DVI equipped, monitor.  Still, there is no video output.

So I removed the power and re-installed the 5450 PCI express X 16 video card that has only a DVI connector.  I connected to a monitor DVI equipped and applied again to power.  There is still no video output was two well-known instructors.

When I turn on the computer, the fan power works, processor and fans of casing run, the blue led on the switch is lit and not blinking.  The Green LED on the motherboard is on.  The Green orange and activity led Ethernet link light are on.  There are no beeps.  I can hear the hard drive starts to work.  I have no video output.

I use a HP USB keyboard and a USB mouse.  The red LED at the bottom of the mouse is not on.  The shift lock and lock lights number do not light when you press the corresponding key.

This computer has spent more time of storage that it has been used.  It worked even when stored in a bedroom closet in bedroom.  I checked all the wire connections on the motherboard, with no improvement.

I would like any suggestions to get this working of the computer.  I wonder if the motherboard has somehow that went wrong.

    Thank you for your help.

    Hello Big Dave,

Thank you for answering my question / problem.

I am aware that I can not use an analog VGA connection on the motherboard for a digital DVI input on my LCD monitor and vice versa.  I tried two different montors both analog and digital connections on the motherboard.  I tried to communicate clearly, but I guess that I don't have.

It is unimportant, now that I've found that HP recognizes that my computer model had a drawing or a manufacturing defect that causes the exact symptoms I am having.  There is here a link to HPs extended warranty program that describes the patterns and symptoms:

  • WHY NO VIDEO OUTPUTS TV / MONITORS?

Does anyone know why the televisions and monitors have no VIDEO OUTPUTS of any type?  If anyone is aware of a TV or monitor that has any kind of OUTPUT video integrated (e.g., HDMI or component or composite or S-video or RF/coaxial terminal older types), I would greatly appreciate the number of brand or model.  I don't think that there is still, perhaps to keep the price down, or even to have people subscribe to cable and rely on a cable or DVR to record TV programs, to pretend that the cable companies have been dictating the characteristics (for we require to subscribe to their services/facilities). Does anyone know why TVs and monitors DO not have a built-in VIDEO OUTPUT? (However, they have several redundant entries!)

    Thank you so much.

  • DSC-WX150 will stop recording at 03:00 minutes when you use the HDMI video output

    Hello

    I have a Sony Cybershot DSC-WX150 camera.

When using an output HDMI cable to view the camera to a television screen, the video movie recording function to 3:00minutes exactly every time automatically stops.

When there is no HDMI cable plugged into the camera, it records fine 20 minutes.

I tried changing film formats, changing the power settings, camera reset the values by default, etc., but with no difference.

Why it only record at 03:00 minute exactly mark when you use the HDMI video output? Someone knows how to fix this?

    Thank you

    Hi tight,

Welcome to the community of Sony!

If I understand correctly, when you use your TV as a monitor while video recording automatically stops and does not cross the entire 29 minutes. Based on your manual, it is normal for the camera when it is connected to another device via the HDMI cable. This serves as protection for the camera.

  • Instructions for video output on windows vista.

Hi, I have connected my old laptop to a VGA HDMI converter box but I need instructions how to complete the process in the control panel to use windows vista.

I know that the equipment works like the windows start loading page transfers to my LG LCD when I turn on the laptop.
Just before the homepage appears he knocks off and the signal on the receiver goes out.
I know that I have to set something in the control panel to set the video output to the LCD screen but do not know how to go on this subject.

  • Video output Vista professional S has stopped working

I use a s video cable to the back of my PC to my home theater receiver. The video output was previously, but stopped. I always receive sound but it is via a separate coaxial digital cable. I tried other sources in the entrance of the receiver box and winning photo through them isn't a problem with the receiver box. Any suggestions on what may have caused this?

    Hi gc1971,

Thank you for writing to Microsoft answers Community Forums.

    1. first of all, check that the s-video cable is correctly.

    2. open the "display settings" in your Vista computer and activate the output to the TV screen. You can reflect the content of your computer on the TV or extend the display as a double screen control.

    3. make sure the TV is set to the s-video input.

Important: Make sure you connect the cable to the TV before turning on the computer, because sometimes it may not recognize the external display.

You may also change the resolution of your TV screen using the display settings in your panel of control remains the image may appear distorted.

Given that this issue has started recently, you can also try to do a system restore to a point at the TV-out worked very well.

To restore the operating system to an earlier point in time, follow these steps:

Click Start, type system restore in the search box, and then click System Restore in the list programs. If you are prompted for an administrator password or a confirmation, type your password or click on continue.

In the System Restore dialog box, click on choose a different restore point and then click Next.

In the list of restore points, click a restore point created before you started having the problem, and then click Next.

    Click Finish.

The computer restarts and system files and settings are back to the State they were in when the restore point was created.

  • No HDMI output video output mode "DUPLICATE".

I'm having a problem trying to get this laptop at the video output to the HDMI port mode DOUBLE.  In DOUBLE mode the frame buffer should be displayed on the screen of the computer AND it should display the video on the HDMI port, so it can be seen on a HD TV, and al.  What is strange, is that EXTEND and PROJECTOR ONLY modes work that proves the cable, HDTV, and the video port on the laptop works properly in these modes.  However, duplicate video mode is displayed on the screen of the laptop and no video out the HDMI port.  I know because the HDTV screen is empty with the exception that the HDTV displays the message "No Signal".  I have the latest firmware and installed video drivers.  Anyone who has an idea of what's going on?

This computer is only 3 weeks.  This is the first time I tried to use the HDMI output on it.

    HP Pavilion dv7 - 6187cl

    Windows 7 64 bit

I think that I found the solution to the question that I had.  The problem seems to be that the laptop seems to be driving the HDMI output on HDTV with a resolution of 1600 x 900.  This causes the HDTV to not be able to synchronize the signal from the laptop.  As HDTV does not recognize the resolution, the screen on it is empty.  However, even though mode DOUBLE, if you change the resolution of 1366 x 768 laptop, then the laptop and HDTV display video.  Curiously, although the HDTV can manage resolution up to 1920 x 1080 it is impossible to view the output of the laptop when it is set to 1600 x 900 mode DOUBLE.  If the PROJECTOR ONLY mode HDTV work very well in resolution 1920 x 1080.  In addition, when mode EXTENSION the laptop and the extended secondary display can be set to a resolution of 1600 x 900.
